28/12/2025: Came here two weeks ago, good and drinks are great, staff are helpful

21/10/2025: I came here for coffee snacks and lunch. I had the best coffee in Knocklyon. Also, the staff is very friendly and polite. I will come again. Thanks

24/02/2026: I usually pay for a late checkout as I like to be careful driving home the following day after having a few drinks the night before. The General Manager was very kind and understanding and gave us a two hour late checkout. We we're understandably delighted.The cleaner knocked on our bedroom door at 11.35am the next morning that we we're due to leave the hotel to say (in an angry loud tone)that we should of been out of the room by 11am. I explained that I had an extension until 1pm. She shouted through the bedroom for everyone staying on the floor to here that she doubted i got a late checkout and that the village hotel don't do late checkouts. She was very rude and said that we we're to leave the room A.S.A.P. Then the receptionist then rang the room phone to say I should of been out by 11am. I explained that the manager wrote it on my booking form that I had a late checkout. She nor the cleaner bothered to check this before hand. The receptionist asked me did i pay for the late checkout. (I'm thinking what's that got to do with anything). She said i can see now that the manager authorised the extra lie-in but could I leave earlier than the late checkout time anyway. Between the Cleaner and the Receptionist they both ruined the stay in the hotel. I just want to put that out there as a warning to others. The Hotel is perfect and the staff we're friendly and polite. The General Manager went above and beyond for us. It just takes one or two people who in my opinion act above their station to ruin it.

21/02/2026: I regularly drop people to your hotel ! Your carpark and the shrubbery around it is regularly full of all sorts of litter ! This really takes away from the first impression of your hotel 💯A daily 5 minute litter pick from your cleaning staff would resolve this problem 💯Let’s see if your policy changes going forward 🙏

27/03/2026: Hands down one of the best Pakistani restaurants in the country. The food is consistently top class and the staff are great. Never had a bad meal in the Taj Palace.

13/02/2026: The chicken has the texture of overcooked pork, the food was cold by the time we got it. They only told me of the 40minute wait after paying Then they added an extra 12 minute on top of that. No proper apology for the delay Not worth the price point. We were really hyped up for this. We didn't even finish the food it was so bad. Honestly please do avoid this place, it's a ripoff

31/12/2025: The family and team in Macari’s are amazing! I left Ratoath for Hong Kong seven years ago, and every time when I return I visit for a pizza and fresh cod. The service, the food and the banter are second to none, they really have a passion for making great food. Thanks Macari team, see you again next year! Gerald

05/04/2026: Probably the worst kebab I have paid for. Only reason I give this place 2 stars is that the service was quick. Most of the meat was burned and dry, not enough red cabbage and sauce, overall very disappointing.

09/01/2026: One of the best takeaways I've had. Staff always in great form. Anything I have ordered has always been excellent, but for me, the Pizza is the number one item on the menu! Definitely worth ordering!

14/03/2026: The nicest staff. It's mothers day tomorrow, so I decided to get Indian/Pakistani food to celebrate for my wife. I got take away for the family and we just love Khan Tandoori. The chicken tikka masala is outrageously good and my wife demands this dish. I love the bhuna and balti and of course the garlic naan. Tremendous value for what you pay. We've eaten from this place for many years, never disappoints.

31/01/2026: Visited Khan Tandoori in Navan and had a very disappointing experience. We were the only customers in the restaurant, yet still waited around 45 minutes for service. During that time, we weren’t even offered water. The high chair provided for my child was unclean with old food particles stuck on it. When I pointed this out, staff only picked off the visible bits instead of properly cleaning it — I had to clean it myself. Poor hygiene and extremely slow service. Definitely would not recommend.

21/03/2026: Have had 15 stamps or so from this place usuallly 5 star with the odd bloop however the pizzas tonight were worse than reheated frozen aldi 1:50 pizzas. Shocking service when rang obviously more competition needed in area

30/10/2025: I had the most wonderful experience yesterday at the Wildflower Cafe! On arrival there were no large tables available for our party of 5, however a lovely young girl, who mentioned that she was a supervisor later on as she chatted to our table, sat myself and my elderly mother down at a small table immediately as she noticed my mother walking with a cane. She then immediately called a colleague over to assist her with cleaning a nearby table for us to relocate to accommodate our friends who were joining us. The table was cleared and set within no more than a minute! Later on during our meal the young lady assisted us once again by taking a photo of the dessert display to save my mother having to walk up to the counter again. I am so delighted with the outstanding service in the Wildflower Cafe and I definitely will be returning again! Thank you to the lovely team who create such a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

23/10/2025: This little spot is my hidden nook — I absolutely love it here. It has everything rolled into one: a beautiful garden centre and a cosy café. I’m always in my element when I visit. The staff are lovely, friendly, and always welcoming, and the food never disappoints — fresh, tasty, and comforting every time. Whether you’re coming for a browse or a bite to eat, it’s such a relaxing place to spend time. Highly recommend! 🌿☕

28/12/2025: Even after explaining how to make the food. Extra spicy and chips well cooked and crispy. I have collected the food and went home, when i opened the food and tasted, he just prepared normally even after requesting him to make spicy and crispy. It’s the worst food I ever had and returned back with the food and showed him and the guy at the reception was so rude and that’s not the way to treat the customer. I won’t recommend this restaurant at all.
