20/10/2024: Familiar atmosphere, really accesible price, exceptional tasty food and kind staff, with special patience to not English speakers.

18/10/2024: Have been here on numerous occasions and this is the first time I have given a review. All food I had had been very tasty and well cooked. Staff are very obliging with any special requests as one of our friends has a good intolerance. They always try to help. Their special's are great value and always include steak. Highly recommend.

31/10/2024: Cute little cafe, stopped with the kids for a quick bite. Service was great, food was gorgeous and the coffee and hot cocoa went down a treat!

11/09/2024: Great takeaway with Ritchie welcoming all customers like old friends. Doner kebab was outstanding, with freshly cooked naan bread, succulent well cooked meat, 2 great Chilli sauces and crisp fresh salad. Keep up the good work Kebab Palace.

29/10/2024: Took few takeaway's from them. Really tastey.. good food, plenty of options in menu. Though for collection its very poor, i had to wait 25 minutes in the shop to collect after i received ' your order is ready for collection' and when asked about order even after 25 minutes, staff was bit rude stated its getting ready, 'you can see that we are busy'. I was bit embarrased infront of all other people who was in the shop at that time, everybody was looking at me like i did something wrong. Even said that, i will be still ordering from there for sure as the food is really good.

20/08/2024: First time I came here the female teller jimped me out of €20 or €30 by giving me the wrong change. She may have thought I was a foreigner unfamiliar with euro currency. Upon realizing her “mistake” I immediately returned and she gave me the money back with a side serving of feigned innocence. Upon returning to Navan I made the mistake of returning here. I ordered the standard fish and chips. Inside the box was a long stringy chewy item instead of a filet of fish. The chips themselves were bland. This restaurant has been in business at this spot for so long you would expect the food to be of decent quality, Not so. The menu itself lacks any variety and the prices are way over the top. Navan deserves so much better than this. Also note the atmosphere when you walk in. The workers have a sullen, un-engaging and unfriendly attitude. I will not be returning.

13/10/2024: Unfortunately, I can't recommend Leon anymore. I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service we received at your Leon restaurant today, 13.10.24. Despite being informed of a 15-minute wait, we unfortunately had to wait over an hour for our food. When I inquired about the delay, I was given another 15-minute estimate, which again proved inaccurate. To make matters worse, my friend's order for a hot sandwich without tomato was incorrect twice, arriving cold and with tomato both times. Additionally, her drink was not served until after the meal, despite her request. We also ordered croissants and waffles to accompany our coffee, but due to the slow service, our coffee had grown cold by the time the pastries arrived. We were waiting another 20 minutes .The croissants were served with melted cream, and ice cream was melted as well which was unexpected. I was further dismayed to observe two staff members standing idle behind the bar while our table remained dirty after the first course. When our pastries finally arrived, a waiter commented that our table should have been cleaned in the meantime and offered to do so herself. This experience was truly disappointing, and I will not be returning to your restaurant in the future. Waiting over an hour for a sandwich and receiving incorrect orders is unacceptable. I hope that you will take this feedback seriously and take steps to improve your service.

15/09/2024: Popped in for some lunch and it was the perfect place for it! ☺️ The staff are very friendly and the food was perfect!! We will definitely be going back!

07/11/2024: Nice place. Food was slightly slow coming out but that could be a plus. There wasn't a lot of pre cooked food in the deli window. Clean and central and decent value for money.

08/11/2024: Our first time in Flambe since the change of ownership and name. A big improvement! The place is much brighter, cleaner and the decor is great. Staff were friendly and attentive. Food was really tasty and fresh. We had Diavolo pizza and fish and chips. Pizzas are Neapolitan style - really quality dough and fresh toppings. Try a bit of balsamic on it - lifts it levels! Some people commented that the crusts are burnt. It’s Neapolitan in a wood fire oven- they’re meant to be that way. Fish was really fresh, thin crispy batter cooked in clean oil. A really good addition to Trim, we will be back.
