31/07/2025: Absolutely disgusting ordered from here using the just eat app my order said delivered but I never received my order driver made no attempt we as a business order from you guys the whole time .
Spoke on the phone to mug and bean your staff are unhelpful and rude with no care no refund or no redelivery after spending 33 50 Absolutely myself nor my colleagues will not be ordering from here again but if that's how you want to run your business I wish u all the luck
26/07/2025: Great food and coffee (the Vegan Melt was delicious), excellent soundtrack ( Fleetwood Mac and other golden 80's bangers) and lovely hospitable staff. Would definitely recommend 👌🏻

05/08/2025: Truly the hotel was fine. But the restaurant staff were very careless, and the service was slow even though it was almost empty. My meat was overcooked, and my brother had to wait 30 minutes for his food because the waitress “forgot” (that's what she said) to write it down. It also quite long for us to receive our drinks after we requested another round. After complaining about this to the waitress she confirmed to us that our desserts would be removed off our bill and put on the house. After asking for our bill and having to wait almost an hour, it came back complete without our desserts removed from the amount. The food was also mediocre at best.

Ordered the mix kebab meal to eat in and the owner even brought it to my table.
Lovely meal but couldn't quite finish it, as much as I wanted do.
Highly recommend but make sure you're hungry

None of our other reviews detail chippers as none of them really stand out, despite many being of relatively good quality. Tower Grill here almost seems healthy ! Decent staff, really good quality fish, big thick pieces, good batter, staff who care about the produce and their cooking. New set-up apparently, they recently took over the business.

22/08/2025: We celebrated our son’s first birthday at Masoori Restaurant, and it was a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely amazing, and the staff were very polite and helpful.
A special mention to the head chef and honour Surender Uncle – he was truly awesome and made our celebration even more memorable.
Highly recommend this place!
06/08/2025: Fantastic food at a reasonable price. My favourite place for a nice takeaway, I have a new love for Indian food.
