06/09/2025: For the past 6 years we have booked rooms for 7 families to visit and enjoy Laytown racing.
We stay 2 x days and Reddan's cannot be anymore accommodating. We love everything about this hotel.
Location, rooms with stunning views, food, service and the owner is absolutely lovely.

Bective Tea Rooms
06/10/2025: This is our second Visit to Bective Team rooms for Sunday Lunch. The Premises itself is just stunning. The food was gorgeous, and they offer a great selections of desserts. The Services is excellent, as the staff and super friendly and efficient.
Will definitely be back. a lovely way to spend an afternoon.
06/10/2025: Can't recommend Bective Tea Rooms enough!
We booked the afternoon tea for a baby shower at the venue. We were seated in a more private area of the restaurant, which gave us room to move around and not be in the way of other guests which was amazing.
The afternoon tea was fabulous, food was delicious and beautifully presented. Everyone is so friendly and beyond accommodating. We also ordered a cake through Bective for the event and it was gorgeous! Thank you so much for everything, we will be back!

01/11/2025: Such a peaceful spot.Highly recommended.cozy coffee shop and with a farm shop where you can find local and fresh products.
07/09/2025: This farm is amazing. Has so many good vegetables, meat and fruits, some of them are grown in the same farm. Very cheap in comparison to the supermarkets and you are supporting local farmers! I do recommend to go there if you want a lovely day! Also you can see the animals, and they have a small canteen!

17/09/2025: Stopped here for drinks and dinner. The chicken was delicious and gravy added delight. Mashed potatoes were fresh. My husband had requested BBQ sauce turns out it is made fresh, he is ultra picky about his BBQ and said the chef needs to bottle that!!! Luxury at a good price.

Used for a business trip so was convenient to the location.
The bed was extremely comfortable.

06/10/2025: Was easy enough to get a table last minute in a Saturday night. The staff were lovely, really friendly. Portion sizes are decent for the pasta. We ordered starter sized portions for our mains and they were very big portions, more than enough for a main! Really good selection on the menu too. We’ll definitely be back.
