11/03/2025: Terrible cust service experience! The other day I ordered an iced coffee to go. It took a while for my order, and the one who looked like their supervisor, who was then wearing black, spoke to me twice, asking me to be more patient while waiting, which I appreciated. However, the second time, no one had prepared my order yet. He then asked the Asian woman barista to finally make it, but I could tell she was upset about being told to do so, as she argued a bit when instructed. I was waiting at the side of the counter for more than 20 minutes while my husband and newborn were outside waiting for me, which is why I ordered it to go. When I finally received my order, the asian barista didn’t even look at me and simply slid the coffee across the counter without saying it was for me or apologizing for the delay. I even had to ask if it was mine. The coffee didn’t taste like iced salted caramel latte; it felt like it was rushed. The overall experience was really disappointing, and I'm a returning customer before this happened. I hope they train their staff to be more attentive to wait times and to be more courteous to customers.

08/03/2025: Was here three days in a row with friends. Superb breakfast here. Freshly prepared, beautifully presented, great variety. Super service and beautiful building.
