02/07/2026: Placed order at 9.45, still no food delivered an hour later, was on hold trying to get through for 30 MINS!! Just for them to say "there was a problem with our system" so we didn't see your order but we can start it now, I said fine just make sure the driver reads the note and doesn't ring the doorbell(as it was going to be midnight now by the time the food arrived) after delaying my food over 2 hours not only did they not compensate me in any way or offer me anything, they also blatantly ignored my note and request to call me and not ring the doorbell waking up the whole house at midnight, ignorant useless staff, food was mediocre too.

20/05/2026: No sufficient parking, the area across the road would be a perfect suggestion for domino's to buy as cars are abandoned outside, and taxi drivers get aggravated

18/07/2026: visit 8 days ago, i was very disappointed in regards to the service around the clearing and the cleaning of the tables when people have finished eating and have left the cafe. 98% of the young floor staff do not pay attention to clearing and cleaning of the tables when customers have left. I was sitting outside at a table which remained uncleared and unclean despite the floor staff delivering food to another table beside me and just walking away. When my food was served they just put it down in the space in front of me and then started to clear the table, a sachet of butter had melted onto the table and was left there, and the table was not cleaned and there was still cans and glasses left and never removed. The staff are young and seem untrained in the basics and that is just mot good enough as it seems to be happening regularly as i would be a frequent customer. it is such a shame as it is a lovely place to go to and would get a 5 star review if it concentrated and focused on providing good service.

04/07/2026: I visited during one of the hottest days of June and was so pleased to find such a comfortable place with plenty of parking. The garden centre is beautiful, with a wonderful display of flowers that creates such a relaxing atmosphere. From the moment I arrived, I could see how hardworking the staff were. Despite being busy, everyone was friendly, organised, and attentive. While waiting to place my order, the warm breeze from the kitchen carried the delicious aroma of freshly prepared food as meals were being served to the tables. The ladies on the till kept everything running smoothly and efficiently. The food was outstanding. The pesto sauce with fresh basil was a perfect combination of flavours. The mixed fish chowder was delicious and paired beautifully with the vegetables. The chicken fillet in the salad was incredibly tender and full of flavour, and even the vegetables served with breakfast were cooked perfectly. What stood out to me most, though, was the warmth of the people working there. Their genuine smiles at Wildflower felt even fresher than the beautiful garden flowers, which had wilted under the June heat. A lovely place with excellent food, fantastic service, and a peaceful setting surrounded by nature. I would happily recommend this café to anyone looking for a relaxing meal in beautiful surroundings. I'll definitely be back.
