29/01/2025: I stopped off here as I saw they served Ariosa coffee. I knew as soon as I lifted the cup my cappuccino was not going to be good. Such a pity,it seems like a nice place but at €4.20 a cup,it's an expensive coffee and should be better.

27/03/2025: We have a very pleasant stay. They staff we all very nice and helpful. We stayed for work related and look forward to returning.

13/10/2024: We had eaten here a few times, just wanted a toastie. Food was tasty, but the portion was small , I ordered chips , it was tiny about 10 skinny chips . My wife had chicken bap , and it was also tasty. Again very small portion. The cost incl 2 teas cost €35. I queried the owner about size of portion, in particular chips . She said it was not raised before ,€4.50 for 10 skinny chips is excessive. I believe the owner has now retired. I was disappointed because We had always found portion size and taste very good.

08/03/2025: Mediocre at best, to be honest. For the price, you'd expect much better - it's Dublin prices in Meath, which will never cease to amaze me. Their 'mild' spice is more like a medium spice. The chicken in bith dishes was overcooked. There was barely any chicken pieces in both too. The chicken that was in the spice box was mostly batter, & the potatos were soggy. I'm pretty confident that I got a box that had been sitting out for a little while. The prawn crackers are unreal, but aren't made in the restaurant.. so..... it doesn't really count! The food was warm, which was nice. I recently moved from Dublin to Meath, and would be lying if I said this branch lived up to the standards and quality of other branches I've ordered from. Will probably just order from a local non-franchised Asian fusion takeaway next time.

02/02/2025: Stopped in for hot chocolates to warm up after our tour at Trim castle. Weird and unwelcoming vibe from the lady at the till. It felt like we were an inconvenience to her even though the cafe was not busy. The man making the hit chocolates was very pleasant. Unfortunately the drinks were watery. The amount of marshmallows made up for it with the children. We would not go back due to the bad vibe. Cakes looked good. Maybe they only like locals and regulars. Strange in a tourist town.
