16/08/2026: Hello, yesterday my family and friends visited this Palace ! We celebrated husband’s birthday! Everything was perfect! Food was very very good! excellent service! Some of us were the first time there and they were delighted with everything! Thank you so much for your work and that aloud to stay there longer!

02/08/2026: Buffet was amazing. There was a huge selection with everything being topped up regularly. I couldn't get over the quality. Sushi, mac & cheese, chips a huge choice. The desserts were delicious too. €36 per person is a lot but others were eating a lot more than us so definitely could be very good value. Staff were very helpful and polite.

23/03/2026: I recently ordered from Pizza Max Dundrum and overall had a decent experience. The pizza was hot, fresh, and quite filling especially good for a late night meal. The delivery was reasonably quick, which is a big plus when you’re hungry late in the evening.

21/07/2026: Myself and the boys stopped off here for food after walking our lazy, overweight dog Lisa at the Ballybrittas Walk Ha! Ha! We were starving. It was well worth it.

11/07/2026: I ordered 1 max lunchbox 1large coke 1 small coke 1 kids burger meal 1 garlic sauce When I got he ordered there was no garlic sauce and I clear says on the receipt I payed €2 for it this is a terrible restaurant wouldn’t recommend robs money of you and terrible attitude even when handing the food

14/08/2026: I am very disappointed about what happened today. Ordered through Uber eats and through their apps you can can decide which sauces to add. I decided I didn't want any sauces and marked every sauces as 0. However got 3 kebabs with chilli sauces and herbal sauces which I don't like. After calling the store they told me I had to write a comment to specify I needed no sauces which is totally unreasonable considering I didn't sign up for any sauces. The manager was very rude suggesting it was MY fault as I didn't write down the comments but how was I suppose to know I had to reiterate through the comments sessions I didn't want sauces? Totally rude and 30 euro of kebab wasted!

02/07/2026: shite craic altogether how long ye take????? bad buzz don’t order if ye are hungry. If you don’t want food then deffo cause you’re not getting it!!! I hate him!!!!!!! This is the worst night of my life! Wa wa wa i’m crying so bad but i’m so hungry there’s no tears. never again…. im back i tried to eat the food, stay awayyyyyyyy it taste like cardboard. The rest of these reviews are lies don’t do it to yourself. the onion rings had the consistency of a chewing gum.

15/07/2026: Nice Italian style cafe. Napoli never disappointed as a regular customer for years. Nice coffee, staff and pizza. The service in the restaurant downstairs sometimes leaves something to be desired but don’t let that stop a visit.

13/07/2026: I dropped into this cafe as I had time to kill before attending a function close by. While I can’t fault the service and very much enjoyed sitting outside in the sun, I couldn’t believe being charged €11 for a simple, quite ordinary glass of wine. I consider that completely unreasonable, even by today’s Dublin standards. Clearly, the much vaunted recent VAT cut has not found its way to the customer in this instance…

13/04/2026: I had a very pleasant experience at Istanbul Bites. The food was of high quality, and the overall atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. The staff were courteous and attentive throughout our visit. I would particularly like to appreciate their kind gesture of offering a complimentary juice to my son, as well as providing a discount. Such thoughtful service reflects their commitment to customer satisfaction. I would be happy to recommend this place to others.

30/07/2026: Solid chipper, nice chicken fillet burger meal, garlic sauce was good, cod meal , very fresh and excellent real cod !!! Mild Curry sauce was epic old school !! 0 complaints. Very good chipper.

30/07/2026: Went in around 4pm to get some chips, young girl behind counter lost her voice which can happen however while upon waiting for my food to be cooked. Herself and another colleague was hands on inappropriately touching each other during service. They was also kissing each other while cooking and preparing my food. Have to say I'm shocked a business would even allow that to happen during service luckily I was the only customer at the time and no children witnessed what I saw. Very unprofessional however the food was good and very hot. Due to what I witnessed I more than likely won't be back nor recommending this place to friends or family or even kids

14/07/2026: Best place to go for a bite to eat in Ballincollig!! I always get the Full Jumbo Irish, my son always gets the Eggs Benedict with Salmon, both are great! Also, very handy if you want dinner before the cinema!

12/07/2026: Absolutely delicious, whenever My friends and I are looking for breakfast we always call to the Plaza. The staff are kind, friendly and very efficient and the food is served quickly and tastes amazing, easily the best fry up in Cork in my opinion. The price is very reasonable, try it I guarantee you'll love it 👍

12/07/2026: I came here once because I didn't have my polish citizenship card for next door. We waited thirty minutes for food. I walked up to the counter asking what the delay was as although the place had a few tables we were the first to order. She said she just needed thirty more minutes. I got a refund and left.

21/03/2026: My toilit had a big sloppy 1 in it when I came bed bugs in the bed and the tv was tweeking in all my years I have never seen the 1st years in the back of the bus up the front now
