27/06/2025: We were staying 2 nights in the Farnham estate but wanted to eat in the town. We loved this place so much on night one that we came back the second night. We ate different mains on both nights & both were fantastic. The sticky toffee pudding was a great end to the meal..whether you decide to share or not lol. Good menu selection. The staff were brillant, very attentive & friendly. The interior was lovely. When we are back in Cavan we will definitely be back again. All I can say is enjoy😋

26/06/2025: You shouldn't list the curry as vegetarian if it contains fish. Apart from being inaccurate, it's dangerous for those with fish allergies. I was going to eat here as it looked nice, but on seeing the menu, I walked away. You need to either change the recipe or change your menu.

11/06/2025: Wow This is a restaurant in the true sense of the word. A short menu, so the food was done well . Highly recommended for that special occasion meal. This was my first visit. It was a reunion for us 3 oldies. At no point were we rushed. The service was excellent, but the food was exceptional. I have to say I didn't realise The Oak in Bridge Street was a fine dining restaurant .

15/06/2025: 10/10 experience, food is excellent every single time we're here, the best staff around too. We had latte and desserts too, which was perfect for Saturday treat. We felt so welcoming despite the place was nearly full. Murph's sherry triffle came with wow effect. We were happy after.

22/06/2025: Great American themed diner. Love the movie posters on the Walls, made for some interesting conversations with the kids. The food was good and the milkshakes were class!

15/06/2025: I felt happy after breakfast we got here. Tea was perfect. Enjoyed to look at all wall arts - movie posters from 30yrs ago. Staff was excellent. The place was full inside: lots families and lots single customers means people loves coming here. 10/10 definitely will come regularly. Very full after full Irish breakfast. We had a white toasts too which were perfectly crispy.

11/05/2025: Myself and my family went here for my relative's wedding over the weekend. And it was a life experience , I will never , ever forget We were up dancing Having the laugh. And lots more. We didn't stay because it was too expensive. So we stayed at another hotel. that was only 10 minutes away from here. It was absolutely brilliant.I will definitely be back to stay. Please god And one more thing, thank you to all the staff for their huge honour of setting this all up. You sure did work very hard in it👍

03/07/2025: Wow what can I say this evening I’ve gone in a different direction in this brilliant menu with so much choice. I’m a BIG believer of experimenting in the great menus Eastern Tandoori Virginia have and this evening I’m delighted with my choice. I went with the Seabass and to say I enjoyed the fabulous dish would be correct but more than that it melted in my mouth with a great flavour of tastes . The warm welcome that I received every time I enter the establishment is so welcoming and refreshing that can only make you want to come for more. I really want to award the fabulous front floor staff who always offer a friendly welcoming feeling and I also want to thank the GREAT Chef along with his kitchen Chefs on the Five Star Service they offer . Well done to the management of this great establishment I totally recommend you delicious restaurant. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

02/06/2025: Lovely place. Had brunch and food was fresh and tasty. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very nice open dining area with lots of light coming in. Chairs were comfortable. A family friendly place. Bathrooms were neat. There is an outside seating area as well which was nice and warm but we opted to sit indoors. They have high chairs available. Would definitely recommend.

13/05/2025: We drove from Limerick to Cavan to look at garden showrooms,etc,. We stopped for lunch here in willows ,cafe, I got chips and coke because im vegan and was happy With that. Delicious chips. We sat outside in sunshine it was lovely. Nice staff too . Thanks . From Limerick.
