15/03/2026: Very rude staff member on the phone tonight my card was used as fraud today in this restaurant.i had asked the man could he tell me who signed my receipt as it was a Mastercard so I could contact the Garda regarding this transaction and all he could say was o I don’t know I’m to busy not a very nice manner at all as I live nowhere near this restaurant I was very worried as I have my card so they obviously have a copy of my card all I was looking for was a bit of information so I could report it to c

12/02/2026: Gorgeous food and amazing cocktails! So much carity on the menu. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Lovely atmosphere in the Percy French bar where you can eat from the people's restaurant menu. Highly recommend!

24/02/2026: Quiet and relaxed. Very professional and a well run service. Food exactly as ordered and the chef should take a bow, very good. Desert should come with a government health warning, but you would die happy. After a few weeks in the gym, I'll look forward to the next one. Highly recommend a visit.

20/02/2026: The food was tragic, the chicken looked like it was fried in very old oil and it was soggy. The pizzas were tasteless or you wouldn't even understand what kind of taste they had, not me.We went for a big family dinner and we all saved money and time.

19/02/2026: The pizza at this place is incredible. I ordered a four-cheese pizza to go. On my way out, I decided to try one slice — it was so delicious that I ended up eating three before I even got home. It was a real four-cheese pizza, rich and full of flavor. What also caught my attention was the crust. It wasn’t chewy or bland; it had a slight crisp to it and was absolutely delicious. The service was very friendly, and the wait time was about 10 to 15 minutes. I highly recommend this place — the pizza was amazing!

18/10/2025: Perfect for abit of lunch or breakfast...staff are really good at what they do. Prices are gone ridiculous now tough.50 odd quid for 2 coffees,breakfast burrito, and scrambled egg with salmon. Everything was nice but not justifiable to pay that much

06/02/2026: We travelled up from wexford for my wife's birthday. After a long trip we were met by the most incredible staff, gorgeous room and jaw dropping food. Easily the finest meal we've ever had and the breakfast next morning was just as spectacular. An unbelievable experience overall really capped off by the staff. Worth every kilometre, worth every euro. Can't wait to go back

19/03/2026: Visited Lakeside Manor today, lovely location and food was brilliant. Although the place is beautiful the staff lets this place down unfortunately. We had a lovely waiter at the start and then a woman continued the service for the rest of the evening. We asked for drinks, she could not have been any more rude and we felt uncomfortable from her responses. We were given no cutlery or basic condiments. When we asked for some, we were walked away from with no acknowledgement. As people who work in hospitality we thought this response was absurd and it put a damper to our evening. We will still return as it’s a lovely spot and the food is great, however this could be worked on for future reference.

17/03/2026: Thank you for the hospitality! Nice atmosphere and staff, the room was clean. I liked the playground for children. Thank you for the breakfast, it was delicious, the only thing that was missing for breakfast was cappuccino, maybe the coffee maker just broke... but everything else is great.

11/03/2026: Great help when government left the people of Cavan alone and unaided after the storm, allowed us to charge our phones etc,provided heat and food for us and quite frankly we're a saviour to many.Will not be forgotten in the future and should be frequented by all as a truly deserving and caring business. There are not enough stars on the scale that should be awarded to this establishment.

27/09/2025: The best coffee I’ve ever had in Cavan! I dream about it daily! The iced vanilla latte is a work of art, and the carrot cake was lovely too! The staff is really attentive and the vibe in there so great! It’s always packed, especially during lunch time so that says it all!

02/09/2025: Fabulous selection of food, freshly cooked and an exceptionally good coffee which is hard to find at times. Nice friendly, pleasant, helpful staff. Added bonus of freshly baked (in store) breads and cakes on offer too. Small intimate seated area to front of cafe and another nice seating area to the back. Have returned several times and will continue to do so. Would recommend to anyone in the area.

15/03/2026: Love beautiful Hotel and event centre in the heart of Cavan with spacious free parking. Loads of meeting and event facilities with helpful staff.

15/03/2026: Stayed 3 nights at end of February. Spotless hotel . Really well maintained rooms . Great breakfast with many options for each morning . Staff are really welcoming . Lovely woman working on breakfast service. Can’t remember her name, she had black bob and mentioned she was from clones. She was wonderful and would go above and beyond .

15/10/2025: The best Indian food we have ever had! Authentic, wonderful flavours, excellent service, and value for money. Spotless bathroom. Nice ambience. You can bring your own wine, beer and soft drinks if you prefer. We will most definitely be back. Thank you.
