07/03/2025: They can't taks orders when its midnight. The staff is so confused and unable to help in any conditions needed. Food is good but the staff and service is bad as i won't recommend it anymore.
23/12/2024: Mi amigo llamó tratando de pedir una pequeña pizza margarita. No hubo respuesta, así que mi otra amiga trató de llamarla. Cuando la trabajadora contestó, no dejó entrar ni una palabra y comenzó a gritarle por teléfono diciendo que no podemos ordenar la recolección, y nos advirtió que no llamáramos más a este número.
Cuando se le preguntó al trabajador por qué no podíamos hacer un pedido de recogida, dijo que no estaban recibiendo pedidos hasta las 4 : 30 .
“¿Puedo pedir a las 4 : 30 ¿y entonces?” preguntó mi amigo;
a la que colgó el teléfono.
Un trabajador grosero, dando mejillas sin razón.

26/10/2024: Nice coffee. Staff not so friendly.
It would be more efficient if consecutive numbers were given for coffee orders as people get confused with random numbers making them think they missed their coffee collection. Consider hiring more staff, maybe staff would be friendlier then.

27/03/2025: I've been to this place several times without any problems, but the last time I was with my japanese friend, and the guard didn't let us in. He didn't give us a reason or ask for ID or anything. He just said "no" and didn't respond when we asked for an explanation. Disappointing.
21/03/2025: Lovely wee pub! Had a few singers in too which was so nice to hear local people singing ❤️

Experiencia reciente de almuerzo de domingo. La comida era buena, pero me cobraron por una coca y me dijeron en la recogida de comida que ya había tomado mi bebida - y me dijeron en términos inciertos en eso - que no lo hice. Dejó un mal sabor en lo que por lo demás era una buena salida

26/03/2025: Got a munch box mostly chips which were unseasoned very little chicken and absolutely pickled in salt all that I can say in favour is lovely ribs and curry sauce and lovely staff disappointed in portion size for the cost
08/02/2025: A large selection of menus, you don't have to wait long to order, they only serve takeaway dishes.

The best place for chips , but definitely not the best for burgers ;(
20/01/2025: I brought back a full inedible fish here once to ballincollig, and the manager at the time, she told me I could not get a refund even though I had a receipt - I was told to take a new one or nothing! It was very imbarasing infront of the other costumers. I contacted Dinos HR in November 2023 when this happened, but I got only one reply, and I got no satisfaction. I go out of my way now to go to Bishopstown; they are far superior in every way.

12/03/2025: Spent a fortune on Sunday night. Absolutely terrible I won’t be returning. That place was the holy grail of chips before but after nearly spending €25 on food for myself and my friend and not being able to eat it I will never be back. It was totally burnt. Actually a disgrace that anyone would serve that.
21/02/2025: the boomer behind the counter briefly interrupted her long conversation with a friend to take my order, when I asked her to add onion rings to it I don’t think she heard me cause she just went back to her gossip, failing to acknowledge me.
Then when the rest of my food was ready she asked for my order again, I figured it’s a bit late to mention the onion rings so I left it.
Next she asked if I wanted salt and vinegar so I said yes, then she asked me again. She seems overly concerned with the salt and vinegar part and under concerned about actually food orders.
I’d love to know who’s hiring these individuals.

20/03/2025: by far my favorite take away,out of four take aways in an area where old people go to die,like salmon,there's usually Mammy's and Granny's that force feed,yet all do well,each has its own niche,but Papas is run by the sweetest people,the food is amazing,I went in to drop off sweets last night,it's nice to be nice,the Chef asked me why I hadn't ordered my food for a while,it's been a few months,I'm renovating my house,I wouldn't eat at my place at the moment...he knew what I ordered,so getting the fantastic Italian Inferno pizza later,I'll sit on the wall,I couldn't recommend more.

10/04/2025: The Best Hot Chocolate is to be had at this Coffee house.
I was offered a mix of Dark and Milk Chocolate that was carefully mixed together which made for a very rewarding and enjoyable Hot Chocolate. Every other Hot Chocolate I have had since then,just tastes like Watery Milk. So Thanks Blue House Coffee for taking the time to make such a Great Hot Chocolate,so from here on in,my Hot Chocolate experience will be reserved for Blue House Coffee.✋️✋️
On top of all that the service is great and there is a lovely community atmosphere.❤️❤️❤️
14/03/2025: We were here at 0800 to get coffee and something to eat before our bus, but they were out of everything except one single pastry. The flat whites only came in regular size, and they were quite small for the cost. I was disappointed after reading the reviews.
