11/09/2026: Usually very good with good general selection. However their ice-cream cones have let them down, smallest in Cork unfortunately 😕

28/09/2026: So I tried breast in a bun meal here. No just no it's not the same as the city centre locations which are fabulous and always has been. This doesn't feel like the same thing at all. Definitely doesn't taste the same. Just no consistency which city centre locations. If you love hillbillies as a treat then slip this.

09/07/2026: My experience was unfortunately not positive. I placed an order through Too Good To Go and arrived at the store about 12 minutes before 7:30 PM. The pickup time had already been announced on the app, but the attendant didn't even look at me and, quite rudely, simply said that pickup would be at 7:30 PM. What bothered me most wasn't waiting a few minutes, but the way I was treated. Too Good To Go is an official partner of the store, and customers shouldn't be treated with disregard for using this service. If the staff disagrees with how the partnership works, that's a matter between the company and the app, not with those who are following the stated rules. Furthermore, I didn't think the contents of the bag offered good value for money. Based on my experience, I wouldn't buy from Too Good To Go again at this location. I hope the store invests in a more cordial and welcoming service for all customers, regardless of how they make their purchase.

19/09/2026: There was no service at all. They didn't even ask for my name. I just had to wait around to see if my drink would show up.

10/09/2026: impeccable stuff. an earthquake hit as the barista was bringing my coffee over but they managed to not spill too much of it and i even got to keep the wallet that they dropped without realising.

29/08/2026: Worst pizza ever, dough felt like hard sponge, I would never repeat. Only pro is servers are polite and places looks clean.

10/10/2026: We waited over 2 hours and 10 minutes for a delivery and I had a 5 year old and 8 year old who were up beyond bed time because of this. I rang 2 times and was reassured delivery was on the way and still waited another 55 minutes after this. The takeaway is only 5 minutes away from us. I will never order again from this company. Customer service was very poor.

29/09/2026: The staff is reluctant, grumpy, we had to wait a lot for everything, food and drinks, even though we were there on a Sunday afternoon, there were hardly any guests besides us, the restaurant was dark, the lighting was poor, I had to use my phone's flashlight to read the menu, we will never go there again. Very loud, we couldn't even talk

06/09/2026: 5 waitresses and service was dismal! Food was edible, just - less said the better. Just NO!

03/10/2026: Food took 43 minutes during a quiet period, order was wrong not once but twice. Unfortunately no clear communication or organisation between staff

02/10/2026: Way to long waiting for a fast food service.

13/05/2026: Chicken frie rice was very poor, it was boiled rice, a lot of peas and carrots and a few little bits of chicken. Didn't touch a wok in my opinion. 3 in 1 was ok. The ribs were a good portion and the sauce was nice.

04/05/2026: Got the Spicy Salt and Chilli Chips today and they had sugar on them, which I wasn’t expecting. When I called, I was told that’s just how they make them. I said it wasn’t for me and I wouldn't order that again, but got told, 'I could find them somewhere else, thanks' and she hung up the phone. Rang back and spoke with who I believe may have been the owner/manager and was told I basically shouldn’t be calling to complain, thats how they make them for the last 25 years . He felt she wasn't rude in how she handled the call as he was next to her. Fair enough if that’s their recipe, but the way it was handled wasn’t great.

27/09/2026: Poor watery coffee for a costly price. Ireland has a long way to go in terms of coffee pricing or needs to lift the quality of beans

23/03/2026: We were looking for some food after the cinema and found here. The lady taking the order was really lovely and the food was excellent and very good value. The interior needs some renovation.

13/10/2026: We had a great lunch! We were taken care of by Maria, and she was fantastic! She made sure our allergens were respected and was very proactive checking everything for us with dessert as well!

26/09/2026: Can’t speak to the food because we left after waiting more than 20 minutes to get served. Came back to meet my travel partner for a drink and had multiple staff walk past me at the bar. Waited another 20 minutes without either stopping to take an order. Not sure what is happening here but the service is God awful.

25/09/2026: The filling of the sandwich was good and fresh, but the bread itself seemed like it was from the previous day. One of the problems with Subway is that the experience depends a lot on who is serving you. For example, I’ve never had this issue with stale bread at McDonald’s, but it does happen at Subway. Maybe because I bought the sandwich in the morning, I was given bread that had been left over from the previous day?

02/07/2026: Becarful you order from this place you will get food poisoning , rude staff they are cooking with expired chicken also they are cooking without cloves and hes hands always in his nose
