17/10/2026: I am extremely disappointed with the service I received at KFC. I placed my order through the drive thru, and my order was packed completely incorrectly. When I pointed out that an item was missing, the staff member, Vaibhav, responded with an aggressive attitude, repeatedly argued back, and even yelled at me instead of addressing the issue professionally. When I asked to speak to the manager, he repeatedly claimed that he was the manager, despite my concerns, and when I asked him to show me his name badge, the situation remained unresolved. When I asked how I could make a formal complaint, he dismissively told me that he was the manager and that I could complain if I wanted to. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect, courtesy, and professionalism, regardless of the situation. No customer should have to deal with such rude, hostile, and disrespectful behaviour simply for pointing out an error with their order. The way I was spoken to was completely unacceptable, and I am shocked that this is how customers are treated. This experience has seriously damaged my opinion of KFC, and I will not be recommending KFC to anyone unless this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

26/08/2026: We had a very good meal here. I can definitely recommend the Yaki Udon! The waiter was also very friendly and attentive (he even took our personal preferences into account).

20/09/2026: Food was nice, I got the feather blade risotto, tastey but they were light handed on the truffle, the dish could do with a bit of refinement. Service on the other hand wasn’t great, struggled to get us in even tho the restaurant wasn’t even half full. There was a group of waitresses chatting sharing a can of monster on the dining room floor. One waitress attempted to take one of my friends plates three times, when he was clearly still eating. Tastey food but overall experience was only ok.

19/09/2026: Tasty but the portions were very small ? I mean for 20 euros I could of eaten a bit more pasta which is quite cheap to make 🙄

28/05/2026: The nicest place you can go, practically in the center of Cork. Good coffee, delicious fruitcake, excellent music, unbeatable service, and a covered terrace where you can smoke. The owner is a great guy. Ideal for a relaxing break.

19/02/2026: Got a ham and cheese toastie which was delicious. The food and coffee is cheap but lovely. The owner is a gentleman, can’t recommend this place enough.

31/08/2026: Nice restaurant with a good atmosphere. Unfortunately, I didn't really like the vegan burger, but that's a matter of personal taste. The chicken, however, was very good.

07/10/2026: That was one tasty burger not had one like that since mum used to give us homemade burgers as a kid. The young man serving us was superb keep going your smashing it. Will be back next time I am in Cork.

25/09/2026: Excellent food. Burger was juicy, and I appreciated the fact that they asked how I'd like it cooked. Plenty of toppings, good portion of fries. It all had a very "homemade" feeling. Also, staff was friendly and nice. The only thing I would improve is maybe installing a better air extraction system inside, as I left the place smelling like burger :)
