01/02/2025: I had a lovely meal in Soba yesterday with my colleague. Beautiful food and the staff were so lovely especially Ren. 10/10 will be back

13/05/2025: The place is very cute inside and always a good atmosphere, Khloe is always very fast and friendly when serving . Food always taste amazing I love the fact there is options of non healthy and healthy so there is a bit of something for everyone . I have got it delivered to my workplace a few times for all the staff and nothing but good complaints were given .

22/03/2025: We went at 1 o clock on a Saturday it said it was open at google and it wasn’t. We took the bus all over here and nobody was there, they weren’t serving food/drinks. Shame.

18/01/2025: Had our table booked and shown too it that was grand, was left sitting there for ages and eventually had to look for someone too actually serve us. Food came fast and was delicious, can not fault the food what so ever it was perfect 👌. But then strangely I'm the middle of eating our dinner the woman came back and asked would we like to pay cash or card and stood there until I paid? I did not appreciate that at all it was very rude. But what ever about the service I would go back for the food it was 100%

21/11/2024: Ordered the bacon cheese burger and fries and a SF chicken burger and fries via deliveroo yesterday. My partner's SF chicken burger tasted good. Halfway through eating my own beef based bacon cheese burger I found the flavour a bit "funny" but didn't think much of it. Circa an hour later I felt extremely unwell. I could not sleep from the level of nausea and this morning still felt very poorly. Once I ate today, I immediately felt nauseous again and have thrown up twice. I fear there must have been some form of cross contamination, bad meat or a bacteria issue in their kitchen. I'm feeling utterly wretched and the only thing that my partner and I have have eaten differently the last few days was my beef burger versus their SF burger so it must be the burger that has caused this.

08/04/2025: I've been living here for breakfast for over a year and it's always a good experience. The staff are friendly and the food is a good quantity and at a good price compared to other places in Cork. For lunch the options are perhaps a little more limited, but delicious nonetheless. I will miss him when he is no longer living here.

04/12/2024: Pasó apresuradamente Tiramisu muchas veces, pero siempre sintió buen rollo. Hoy las estrellas se alinearon para el desayuno. Para empezar, el café era excelente y el personal muy cortés y servicial. Orden del mostrador y los precios son razonables. Un poco lento en servir los huevos florentinos, pero bien vale la pena esperar.

03/06/2025: The place is amazing, with great music and fun weekly activities. However, there’s something more important than everything else to me: the staff! I visited on a public holiday, and one of the staff members was incredibly aggressive and unhappy. An alternative lady, who was supposed to be helpful, had an inadequate posture with me and my friend because we didn’t want to participate in the Quiz. It was unnecessary and some people really don’t know how to work in a hospitality service. Unfortunately, it seems like the company is lost in this situation because there are 100 others pubs in Cork where this kind of behavior is not tolerated.

18/05/2025: Didn't have an issue until I polietly asked for the key to use the bathroom and the bartender that looked barely over 16 quizzed me on if I had a disability. I asked him to clarify what he was asking and he flat out asked me what disability I had that required me to use the bathroom. Your bartenders need some training on the Disability Act.

23/04/2025: Very well known pub, I have been a few times for a couple pints of Murphy’s and I was delighted myself, is a pub with his own loyal customers and every week with live music I always remember this pub here in cork and looks like is a pub to be here for many years to come I hope so.

29/12/2024: I had a lovely 12 pubs experience and this was my second to last stop. The Gentlemen behind the bar looked after me and the customers were extremely friendly considering they were asking "who the feck is this Rambo" love the bar and the hot whiskey. Will return again

19/02/2025: My stay was very pleasant with wonderful staff welcoming me with open arms when I arrived. I was provided with professional service and relevant information about the hotel amenities, including the different menus on offer that week when I checked-in. A special thank you to the receptionists Eva and Maria who made an extra effort to make my stay as enjoyable as possible. I work in hospitality and study the industry in college so I understand the complexities of managing customer expectations, but I must say, the staff did a great job at accommodating me. My only criticism would be the overall cleanliness of the carpets in the corridors. I do however understand that there was a large group of young kids who must have been staying in the hotel for some competition, so the mess in the hallways may have only been a result of them. Overall, I recommend this hotel and can see myself booking another stay there again.

18/02/2025: It has everything a 4-star hotel can offer except for the service provided by some workers, it even seems like they are bosses. There is always a black sheep in the flock, but that is not what puts this hotel behind others, but rather its location, but nothing major changes. This hotel is good and recommended.

30/05/2025: Always a great pint here and carvery is fantastic, the fish n chips is delicious and big portions too. Staff very friendly and helpful.

29/05/2025: Very good restaurant here in Wilton, the food is good and everything is very Irish, which is absolute quality. On Sundays they do a kind of rhapsody, which is like an English carvery, and it is a very beautiful pub restaurant in itself and spacious, with lots of tables and lots of people go there for lunch and dinner. We can say that they serve food all day long. If you like a good football game, this is the right place or any other type of sport. I highly recommend it to lovers of Irish food and for anyone from out of town, why not go there and try it? I went there and really liked it.

06/04/2025: This cafe is perfect for a riverside view, with excellent birdwatching while you sup great coffee. And they're so friendly. My new favourite cafe. Spotted kingfishee - a bonus!

20/03/2025: Quite good cafe that is located on the river. Very nice place to sit down and relax in. Service is slow but outside of that, it's great.
