30/03/2025: Esperó aprox 10 minutos para una mesa 1 hora 40 minutos para la comida , trajeron otros 3 juegos de cenas a nuestra mesa y se las llevaron ya que estaban equivocados. mal servicio muy decepcionado. salió para el día de la madre fue un fracaso

12/05/2025: Had a recent visit here and I have to say the sausage roll is the best I have ever tasted. The scones are also beautiful. Very friendly staff.

07/04/2025: Popped in for an early coffee & scone with my Mum. Quiet busy place as always. Warm welcome from the team members. Excellent service. Delicious scones, butter & preserves. Pity cream is not fresh cream rather than tined cream.. Overall experience wonderful. Look for to returning they always do superb lunches & dinners too.

04/01/2025: We tried Eddie Farrels lamb shank and chicken masala, food is great. Crowded restaurant, atmosphere is ok. Porsions are above avarage. Efficient service with square porsions. I will visit again.

30/03/2025: Got food delivered from this restaurant only to find after plating up our food that it had multiple long womans hairs a lot of hair not just 1 or 2 this was a lot of hair absolutely disgusting how any one would think this is acceptable. straight into the bin . Refund pending .sorry now there's no lies why would I have ordered food and put hair in it something happened to our food why would I have rang putting in a complaint send ye a video of the food and leave a review if the food was perfect ?? Why didn't ye offer us new food and collect the contaminated hair food ? Don't worry I won't ever be ordering food from ye again disgusting and not a bit impressed even with yer inconsiderate reply. Regular costumers of soba blackpool and never any issues with the food or costumer service.

16/05/2025: Food arrived cold. Had nothing to do with the driver. These buffoons packed an ice-cold drink right up against a steaming burrito. The burrito arrived cold and I had to heat it up myself. This was in the bag. The driver had nothing to do with it.

10/05/2025: Kind staff, but their burritos are so bland and tasteless…

22/04/2025: Stopped in for a quiet pint before heading off to a city match, what a delightful little bar. Cosy atmosphere, good beer & friendly staff. What more could you need!

14/04/2025: Pedí comida de apache en ballyvolane Nunca antes había experimentado un servicio al cliente como este no solo no recibí mi comida, sino que la persona que entregaba la comida era ignorante no me mostró respeto trató de culparme por mi timbre no funcionaba me dijo que me llamó timbre 4 / 5 veces, pero obviamente no lo hizo No recomendaría este lugar a nadie servicio impactante

18/03/2025: The pizza is very good for a fast food pizza place, my only problem with them is that they got wrong the pizza base in 2 out of 3 orders… all 3 times I ordered the meal deal with 2 pizzas, each pizza had different base, and only once they got it right … besides that the staff was friendly and kind each time.

08/05/2025: It is a great place to spend some time, you have different environments in the same place, where you can enjoy a good game, you can play pool, bowling, table football, board games and Arcade....and you also have Karaoke 🎤...the only complaint I have is that I found the karaoke a little expensive, an hour flies by!!!

29/04/2025: It’s a nice place to watch sports football is the main sport pass on TVs but a lot of people have Mardyke to watch rugby too. This place is point to meet friends or future girlfriend or boyfriend is a huge place a lot of tables sport table for snooker too is a lovely bar to spend a night drinking, talking with friends meet people from other countries and other parts of Ireland it’s a enormous place and this is an advantage over some pubs, if someone wants food they have to order from outside, Pizza from Four Star Mardyke is a customer of four star the best pizza for parties and places like this one, plenty food.

01/03/2025: Intentamos llamar para reservar una mesa 3 veces sin respuesta. Aparecimos como a las 6. 45 pm (familia de 4 ) pidió una mesa, le dijeron que no había mesa libre hasta las 8 pm. No había ni una persona comiendo en el restaurante, así que nos fuimos ya que nuestros niños de 5 y 6 años tenían hambre y no queríamos servir una mesa.

23/02/2025: 2 merguez muy mala y un trozo de carne que no pude identificar nadando en salsa para el Couscous Royal. 50 por un vaso si el té de menta (probablemente una bolsa de té con algunas hojas de menta para la decoración) € 10 por 4 pasteles diminutos en una caja de plástico. . . Rip - off !

24/07/2024: Nice pub. Good atmosphere. Service was pretty slow, but there was a birthday party so I'm willing to believe that was the reason. The problem for me was the lack of vegetarian options: the only vegetarian options were a plate of pesto pasta and 2 pizzas. As an Italian visiting Ireland, I'm not going to a "traditional Irish pub" to eat Italian food. I expected at least one slightly typical vegetarian option (even a burger would have made it tbh). My boyfriend's stew was excellent though. Fair prices for a fancy Irish pub. Big extra point for the desserts which were excellent.

06/05/2025: Finbarr is a super host, the Francis Brennan of Cork, really, and the breakfast is delicious!

06/04/2025: Absolutely love this place. The food the drink the atmosphere all around this place is incredible and I can’t wait to see it again.

10/03/2025: Way too much sauce and very scarce on the fruit for their crepes.

16/11/2024: Food is grand but customer service is horrible, can’t even see if your food is done without one of the chefs giving out about “staring at him” and saying “I don’t know what you do in your country but we don’t stare at people” and getting aggressive. Unprofessional.
