07/03/2025: Never had an issue here , food was always beautiful . Theres one girl with a serious attitude problem , customer service appauling from her all rush , rush , rush stressed out of her head. Strange , id say shes a right treat at home , wont be going there anymore after the way i was spoken too , especially after choosing to spend 50 euro there . The way she spoke , how someone would employ a fool like that , Ill never know 🙄

16/03/2025: The prawn baked potato was delicious! Perfectly seasoned, with a great mix of flavors and a crispy skin. The service was friendly and fast, and the atmosphere at Marina Market was lively and welcoming. A great spot for tasty food!

03/02/2025: Nos sentamos en el restaurante y finalmente nos informaron que el desayuno había terminado. No hay problema con eso, ya que fue nuestra culpa. Nos ofrecieron bollos, sin embargo, 20 minutos después de que los tés y cafés aterrizaran en la mesa, pregunté si los misteriosos bollos se les diría que el chef estaba en un descanso. Chef para galletas? Nos ofrecieron pasteles, que llegaron fríos y tan sobrecocinados / secos para ni siquiera ser apto para el cubo. Finalmente, un platillo de mermelada y unos paquetes de mantequilla fueron entregados a la mesa. Ciertamente no consideraría que tenernos a todos sumergidos en un platillo comunitario de mermelada digno de lo que este hotel está tratando (y fallando) para representarse a sí mismos. Después de otros 10 minutos pagamos por los tés / cafés y nos fuimos, simplemente no había servicio y realmente no hay interés en nuestra costumbre. La gerente se preguntaba por el restaurante totalmente desinteresada en nosotros y observé a uno de los servidores sonarse la nariz y tirar del pañuelo antes de continuar sin lavarse las manos. El personal parecía no estar interesado, los servidores parecían estar totalmente desentrenados y la gerente requería ser instruida sobre lo que es el servicio al cliente. Esta fue mi segunda visita (la primera fue para cenar hace un año que fue igualmente insatisfactoria) no habrá una tercera. Sugeriría que el establecimiento pusiera un esfuerzo similar en el servicio al cliente como han puesto en los terrenos, fue una experiencia escandalosamente insatisfactoria y un esfuerzo amateur para un hotel de este tipo. Todo espectáculo y ninguna sustancia viene a la mente.

14/04/2025: Starbucks came to Cork to stay and it came at the right time, bringing added value to Cork city. These multinationals are spread all over the world, this is very positive for Cork. Anyone can open a Starbucks, they just have to pay for the franchise and then the sky is the limit. Whoever buys a Starbucks franchise has a great advantage, it has a well-known name, it has been in the market for many years, it doesn't have to prove anything in terms of quality, and it's almost like having half a house already built.

24/05/2025: Ordered for collection they said the food would be ready in 5 minutes we got there in 10 and they hadn't even started making it yet, asked for 2 plain burgers and both of them had everything on it

16/04/2025: We stopped by for lunch and had the original meal it was delicious and a lot of food. The crew was very friendly and doing a great job even keeping the place clean when it was slow 😎

29/12/2024: Could be a great place cause the food is good but the stench coming from the bathrooms needs to be sorted. Staff must be so used to it they don't get it anymore. A good clean is needed. We were hungry with kids so stayed. Food was lovely.

10/02/2025: Very friendly service.John was very kind.We sat in for a meal and the food was very good.We had vegtable spring rolls,sweet and sour chicken (child menu)and beef in blackbean sauce.He offered us half and half option for rice and chips.Main course had plenty of beef and veg.

04/05/2025: Service - We didn't know that the store closes at 6 pm(we don't come here often) went in with a baby, sat the baby down. Ordered 3 Toasties and 2 flat whites. Lady at the till never once mentioned that they're closing in 10 minutes, instead just gave us everything in takeaway bags. It was only after we complained, that the supervisor asked us to take our time. Food - Flat whites were extremely watered down. Tasted like it was sitting out for the whole day. Toasties didn't agree with us. Let's just say it was a marathon to and from the toilet the whole night. Please improve your quality.

16/03/2025: Every single time without fail, when I order for collect they get it wrong. Returned my drinks multiple times because they make it with whole milk when I’m allergic to dairy and asked for oat.

28/04/2025: Staffs attitude stinks, ordered a plain chicken burger when I got it, it had sauce in it and returned it and when I got the right burger he called me out and blamed me for not saying plain when I clearly did, no communication at all between their staff

27/03/2025: Shocking Ordered food that was grand the lady said roughly 10-15 mins minutes that was fine 20 mins later they goes will be another few mins as the chicken was still cooking She said will be another 5 mins About 10-15 minutes later it was ready I waited 35 -40 mins for only a chicken bacon burger deal Also there was very little people waiting for food not a queue

18/05/2025: Just had dinner here last night what a fabulous place to go. Food was great, compliments to the chefs especially the steak was melting in your mouth! Our waitress Livia was very attentive especially with our 2 toddler she brought their food very fast she was checking on us and all the time with a smile on her face!! We had such a great time and we will for sure coming back!

04/05/2025: We went to visit Blarney Castle and we were caught at lunchtime at this place, the meat stew surprised us, a very filling and very well prepared dish. Otherwise very similar to other places.

26/03/2025: Went through the drive through today. Amazing service from the staff here, so friendly and welcoming, well done it made our evening!

11/03/2025: The last 3 times I've used the drive thru they have messed up my order. Today they decided not to include the 3 pies order and paid for. This place is becoming a joke
