30/08/2025: Very good coffee shop and very good for a morning stop for breakfast and to drink a quality coffee. I really liked the coffee. I'm a fan of good coffee and I know what good coffee and bad coffee are, and here you have quality. Congratulations on transforming this place into a very high-quality coffee shop, above average, despite the competition not liking it and trying to say otherwise, but time is the best thing to put to the test. I highly recommend it; you won't leave here unsatisfied.

06/06/2025: Cafe is small and seating cramped, decor a bit depressing. Coffee was OK though the cappuccino was very milky . There are better coffee shops around for the same price.

03/03/2026: My partner and I have been coming here regularly and it never disappoints. The food is very reasonably priced and always super tasty. The staff are attentive, friendly, and create a welcoming atmosphere every time even if super busy. Our special compliments go to the store manager, Jay. He consistently notices the small details that others might overlook and ensures that everything runs smoothly while maintaining a warm and organized environment. His attentiveness and natural leadership are clearly reflected in the team’s attitude. What stands out most is his thoughtful and composed approach. He leads with confidence, fairness, and genuine care — qualities that are valuable. One can see that he takes pride in his work and sets high standards, not through pressure, but through example. It’s truly refreshing to see such professionalism combined with authenticity. Jay is a real asset, and his dedication does not go unnoticed. Thanks again Ramen.

From the moment you walk in, the aroma of slow-roasted meat and warm spices feels almost otherworldly, like it’s pulling you out of the everyday and into something far more comforting. The kebabs themselves are tender, flavorful, and perfectly balanced—juicy without being greasy, seasoned without being overpowering. Even the sides feel thoughtfully crafted, from the crisp, fresh salad to the pillowy warm naan that tastes like it came straight from a traditional tandoor. 03/12/2025: The kids love coming into the shop, had to pop in after a bit of shopping and the workers were so accommodating. Alex was very helpful explaining the doughnuts in detail to me as I had no clue, he was just amazing couldn't have been more helpful really made the trip in worth it. He was an absolute delight to have a chat with. Will definitely go in again.

02/12/2025: We visited the Marina Market in Cork today, a 2 hour drive from where we live and my goodness it’s worth it for this food alone! We got the tenders and baos to share. The Korean fried chicken baos in particular are stunning, myself and my husband were very impressed 😍 gorgeous crispy coated chicken, fresh flavours, delicious sauces and pickles. Perfect! Highly recommended!

24/12/2025: The atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming, perfect for chilling with a friend or getting a bit of work done. Staff are friendly and efficient too. Definitely a solid choice for coffee in Cork! ☕😊

24/11/2025: Staff were very friendly but €4.95 for a flat white is INSANE. Although the barista did their job perfectly, the coffee itself was no better than something out of one of centra’s machines. How does one justify charging €4.95 for THAT is absolutely absurd. Will never be returning and would definitely not recommend

19/12/2025: Attending regularly with an elderly friend. Today just took the biscuit,so to speak. €20 on absolutely Rubbish food. Tea and coffee just passable. Staff could not be more dismissive or unfriendly. The toasted sandwich was anemic,asking again to be toasted properly and i then needed a fairly good set of teeth. No sorry, no explanation, no please no thank you,and certainly no smile €20 is a lot of money to me,and as it was my turn to pay im absolutely fuming at the money i wasted on way below average toasted ham cheese and onion. For goodness sake ye really need to up your game. FURIOUS 😠

27/12/2025: My daughter & I visited the Quays bar today & had food that was reasonably good. Unfortunately the place was absolutely filthy, our shoes were sticking to the floor. Toilets were disgusting & absolutely filthy with no toilet roll & when we asked we were told there was none. I dread to think what the kitchen was like.

01/10/2025: All the staff were very friendly except for the manager, who was bland and rude. I went to ask her a question, and she treated me in the worst possible way. She wouldn't let me speak, and when she got tired, she passed the problem to one of her employees and left in the middle of the conversation. The music from the bar can be heard in the rooms at night, even making the floor rumble.

19/09/2025: Great pint at €5.50 on one of the most expensive streets in Cork City Center. With prices in the City reaching €6.50+ There is also happy hour and menu deals. It also has a hostel and bar with screens, also outdoor seating. In a great location for transport. If a visitor or a local a great place to check and enjoy.

07/01/2026: Phenomenal cafe. Food was exceptional, flat white one of the best in Cork and the staff were quick and attentive. Highly recommend!

07/01/2026: What else can I say only a 5 star experience from beginning to end. Came in here with the Monday blues with it being my first Monday back to work since the Christmas break. It was 4:30 and looked like they were beginning to close the place down. A young man bursts out of the kitchen and you could just tell he had a passion for his job. He explains that they usually start to close the place down around now but just for me he will stick something on. 5 minutes later he comes out with a piping hot sandwich which was delicious and a flat white with a swan as the latte art. Simply amazing and will definitely be back

06/06/2026: Went in with my son who is autistic. Ordered a happy meal with a plain burger. Went to a sit down tables were filthy and also and there was a smell of piss. I got out the burger that was a double cheeseburger and I went to get it rectified. The guy at the till looked at the receipt and burger without saying a word and brought out the manager who looked further I was watching that they weren't going to peel the cheese off. I finally got the plain burger that I ordered without any kind of apologies. This place is a absolute kip and shouldn't be called McDonald's. A place for kids. The staff were so unaccomadating I will never go in there again.

27/11/2025: It was just okay for what I ordered, but there were other things that looked good, it was on my way, I might go back tomorrow and improve the review and the experience.

17/05/2026: The best pizza we’ve ever had! Absolutely unreal — fresh, flavorful, and always perfectly made. You can really tell they put care into every pizza. Special thanks to the staff as well — super friendly, polite, and always in a great mood. We’ll definitely be ordering again!

17/04/2026: Be careful ordering from them on the Uber eats app, they haven’t sorted out their system yet so they’ll ask for unspecified charges at the DOOR. If you happen to have a problem with them their customer service is terrible, specifically Ali. Avoid, avoid avoid.

07/04/2026: I went in this afternoon and the girls working behind the counter were absolutely amazing. The manager appeared to be training a staff member and came across as very friendly, couldn’t fault the services and my BMT was unreal, would recommend.

20/02/2026: Id wanted a footlong half chicken half ham plain with absolutely nothing else done, the man who did part one was friendly and nice understanding its for a child. The lady who did part 2 was not nice, was unfriendly was waving her hand shaking her head at what was apparent she thought riduculous request. Tells me i will be paying for 2 seperate 6inches. She proceeds to toast it, after id specified it was meant to be cold. Sold me orange juice and gave me sugar free oasis. A complete waste of time and money!
