29/08/2026: The staff here are always so kind and the food comes out fast and fresh. Highly recommend!!

12/07/2026: 45e for a family feast. Italian base pizzas way overcooked, and chicken way undercooked. When I complained I was told I didn't understand how the Italian base was meant to be lol.

17/08/2026: Customer service needs improving. I ordered 2 McFlurrys using the kiosk. I was not able to get a receipt. Then I had to wait and wait for 2 mcflurrys as people who ordered behind me get theirs. I ask about my order and the gentleman tells me it is coming. 2 minutes later he ask me what my order # is and magically my mcflurrys are done and nice and runny!

16/08/2026: Sockets have no electricity and toilets are not in good condition.

24/10/2026: The emergency exit door was all blocked!! Please do something about it, that’s extremely dangerous.

07/09/2025: I’ve been to Golden Bites today, the new shop on Washington Street, with my young son. We were warmly welcomed, and the atmosphere was very pleasant and aesthetically nice. However, I do have some concerns. When placing my order, I made it very clear that my cappuccino should be made with oat milk (for health reasons I cannot consume dairy). Unfortunately, I received a cappuccino with regular milk. I didn’t complain at the time because I’m not the type of person who likes to create conflict at an establishment, but I mentioned twice at the counter that it should be with oat milk. Another point: I’m not sure if I was charged for two portions of grilled buttered bread since I received four slices, but I only ordered one portion, which I believe should be two slices. I also wasn’t given a receipt, so I couldn’t verify the charge. Once again, the environment is very pleasant, and the staff was kind and attentive. However, we have already experienced issues with delivery orders in the past — missing items, wrong orders, etc. I expected that visiting in person would be different, but unfortunately, the same kind of issues happened. This makes it a little difficult to want to return. I truly hope this is just something temporary due to the new location

09/07/2026: My experience was unfortunately not positive. I placed an order through Too Good To Go and arrived at the store about 12 minutes before 7:30 PM. The pickup time had already been announced on the app, but the attendant didn't even look at me and, quite rudely, simply said that pickup would be at 7:30 PM. What bothered me most wasn't waiting a few minutes, but the way I was treated. Too Good To Go is an official partner of the store, and customers shouldn't be treated with disregard for using this service. If the staff disagrees with how the partnership works, that's a matter between the company and the app, not with those who are following the stated rules. Furthermore, I didn't think the contents of the bag offered good value for money. Based on my experience, I wouldn't buy from Too Good To Go again at this location. I hope the store invests in a more cordial and welcoming service for all customers, regardless of how they make their purchase.

19/09/2026: There was no service at all. They didn't even ask for my name. I just had to wait around to see if my drink would show up.

10/09/2026: impeccable stuff. an earthquake hit as the barista was bringing my coffee over but they managed to not spill too much of it and i even got to keep the wallet that they dropped without realising.

10/10/2026: We waited over 2 hours and 10 minutes for a delivery and I had a 5 year old and 8 year old who were up beyond bed time because of this. I rang 2 times and was reassured delivery was on the way and still waited another 55 minutes after this. The takeaway is only 5 minutes away from us. I will never order again from this company. Customer service was very poor.

03/10/2026: Food took 43 minutes during a quiet period, order was wrong not once but twice. Unfortunately no clear communication or organisation between staff

02/10/2026: Way to long waiting for a fast food service.

13/05/2026: Chicken frie rice was very poor, it was boiled rice, a lot of peas and carrots and a few little bits of chicken. Didn't touch a wok in my opinion. 3 in 1 was ok. The ribs were a good portion and the sauce was nice.

04/05/2026: Got the Spicy Salt and Chilli Chips today and they had sugar on them, which I wasn’t expecting. When I called, I was told that’s just how they make them. I said it wasn’t for me and I wouldn't order that again, but got told, 'I could find them somewhere else, thanks' and she hung up the phone. Rang back and spoke with who I believe may have been the owner/manager and was told I basically shouldn’t be calling to complain, thats how they make them for the last 25 years . He felt she wasn't rude in how she handled the call as he was next to her. Fair enough if that’s their recipe, but the way it was handled wasn’t great.

29/09/2026: The staff is reluctant, grumpy, we had to wait a lot for everything, food and drinks, even though we were there on a Sunday afternoon, there were hardly any guests besides us, the restaurant was dark, the lighting was poor, I had to use my phone's flashlight to read the menu, we will never go there again. Very loud, we couldn't even talk

06/09/2026: 5 waitresses and service was dismal! Food was edible, just - less said the better. Just NO!

27/09/2026: Poor watery coffee for a costly price. Ireland has a long way to go in terms of coffee pricing or needs to lift the quality of beans

23/03/2026: We were looking for some food after the cinema and found here. The lady taking the order was really lovely and the food was excellent and very good value. The interior needs some renovation.
