23/04/2025: Very well known pub, I have been a few times for a couple pints of Murphy’s and I was delighted myself, is a pub with his own loyal customers and every week with live music I always remember this pub here in cork and looks like is a pub to be here for many years to come I hope so.

02/12/2025: Overall a great kfc,
Even had table service.
Only thing lacking was direct car parking, but was clean, quickly served fresh not reheated and staff were probably the best in any kfc I’ve been to.

01/10/2025: All the staff were very friendly except for the manager, who was bland and rude. I went to ask her a question, and she treated me in the worst possible way. She wouldn't let me speak, and when she got tired, she passed the problem to one of her employees and left in the middle of the conversation. The music from the bar can be heard in the rooms at night, even making the floor rumble.
19/09/2025: Great pint at €5.50 on one of the most expensive streets in Cork City Center. With prices in the City reaching €6.50+ There is also happy hour and menu deals. It also has a hostel and bar with screens, also outdoor seating. In a great location for transport. If a visitor or a local a great place to check and enjoy.

06/12/2025: Chips were not cooked, hardly get a takeaway as its so expensive so very disappointed for the kids.
29/11/2025: Ordered from here for delivery. Took over an hour (I live a 5 minute drive away). Food was COLD. Driver wasn't very pleasant, he couldn't take the food from his delivery bag and hand it to me, instead just opened it and stood there whilst I took it out.

06/11/2025: I got beef Rendang from this place, and I could believe my eyes, it was basically like Thai curry or something. It wasn't beef Rendang at all! Very misleading and just tastes sweet and oily. No flavour whatsoever. Please don't put up items on the menu that you have no idea how to make.

09/01/2026: Really? Is, 21st century and is 2020s and those obselete services like Internet coffees in Cork still exist? Is embarrassment of country those seetvices when in the world kids don't even know what is Internet services that most gone in 2000s did I just time travel? Common nobody needs if anyone doesn't have in 2026 Internet access are libraries cheaper services for but keep an outdated infrastructure is no longer making sense
25/12/2025: My experience is based on using computer for printing and Ive waited some time to be attended by a staff which does not say any kind word, a "good morning" or even a smile which is a minimum request to get a job when dealing with customers. Besides some customers who arriver after me were helped first. Anyway who cares about company reputation at all...

15/11/2025: I was at the cinema with my family and after we came out we went to dinos for food. We ordered two hamburgers, two large chips and a curry. The chips were hard and green, the hamburgers were very dry and tasteless. The curry was the worst of all it was like it was watered down. I say it was about 95% water. I was very disappointed and won't be going back. The dinos in Blackpool is way better especially the curry.

09/01/2026: Absolutely shocking service! Avoid if you can. Not sure how the food is because it hadn’t arrived 50 minutes after ordering despite the place not being busy. The servers were more interested in chatting and hiding down the back. Several people left without eating.
09/01/2026: On a previous visit, we ended up quietly leaving after several tables that arrived after us were served first. Even after raising this with staff, we continued to be left unattended.
A few days later we returned, only to be immediately turned away at the door. Given this restaurant’s 3.8-star rating, one would expect an effort to make things right rather than penalising customers for past issues.
This experience was a clear reminder that some places simply do not deserve a second chance.

30/08/2025: Very good coffee shop and very good for a morning stop for breakfast and to drink a quality coffee. I really liked the coffee. I'm a fan of good coffee and I know what good coffee and bad coffee are, and here you have quality.
Congratulations on transforming this place into a very high-quality coffee shop, above average, despite the competition not liking it and trying to say otherwise, but time is the best thing to put to the test.
I highly recommend it; you won't leave here unsatisfied.
06/06/2025: Cafe is small and seating cramped, decor a bit depressing. Coffee was OK though the cappuccino was very milky . There are better coffee shops around for the same price.

16/12/2025: Very disappointing outcome to this place. I had high hopes given the name & reviews..... But what it appears is that the place has been taken over, kept the name but taken all the smoked food off the menu. Rather than sample what is on the menu (what appears to be a basic attempt at smoked/ pit food..... Without the smoked/ pit food) I took my business elsewhere to avoid further disappointment.
08/08/2025: There was hair in my daughters ice cream.

14/01/2026: Perfect spot to stop at following a long night enjoying the nightlife around Cork. Usual swift food order, with some added entertainment courtesy of other guests' antics.
Noted an unusual number of security guards covering the front of the store, but they were great tbf - chatting to/cracking jokes with visitors, helping people & staff with various tasks etc.
