14/10/2025: The sushi is usually nice. The ramen is so bad. Sorry I hate saying it as the staff are really nice but no way would I return for the Ramen

10/10/2025: Got spicy chicken wrap and chips for 13.50. Added milkshake for 1 euro extra. Chicken wrap was ok..not a lot of chicken and very small for what you are paying. Chips were soggy and bland. Vanilla Milkshake basically tasted like frosty milk. Also bland. Still hungry after finishing everything. Quite disappointing.

26/09/2025: New Great Wall is our favorite Chinese take-away. The delivery people, first of all, are always so sincerely friendly and it's so clear they're not expecting a tip to the point of reluctance. Absolutely classy people. The food is always piping hot, even if it's delivered. I've let it sit for 10-15 minutes before I could get to it and the chips are still toasty. They're really on the ball. And the food is the best version of your classic European-style Chinese takeaway. If you like their version of things, and we do, you can't go wrong with their consistency, professionalism, friendliness and welcoming personalities. We never have a bad expeirence with New Great Wall.

20/07/2025: Ordered on just eat as a delivery Had to pay €1 extra because of incorrect display delivery fee Extremely salty to the point it’s not edibles ( would be nice if I did not have to pay the €1 extra and if they ease up on the salt )

13/03/2025: The service was incredibly pleasant. All the staff were very friendly and it really added to the nice atmosphere! I got the wrap of the day (teriyaki chicken wrap) and I devoured it. It was absolutely delicious. Would definitely come here again! 10/10

01/10/2025: All the staff were very friendly except for the manager, who was bland and rude. I went to ask her a question, and she treated me in the worst possible way. She wouldn't let me speak, and when she got tired, she passed the problem to one of her employees and left in the middle of the conversation. The music from the bar can be heard in the rooms at night, even making the floor rumble.

19/09/2025: Great pint at €5.50 on one of the most expensive streets in Cork City Center. With prices in the City reaching €6.50+ There is also happy hour and menu deals. It also has a hostel and bar with screens, also outdoor seating. In a great location for transport. If a visitor or a local a great place to check and enjoy.

03/11/2025: La Tana is probably my favorite pizza spot in Cork, on its day. My main issue is the inconsistency. Sometimes we get it and it's amazing. Sometimes it's a lil undercooked and greasy. Sometimes it's overcooked and the base is actually burned. I've had more good than bad but for the prices they're charging I'd expect to at least be able to predict what I'm getting. The one thing I will say is they don't skimp on the toppings. Very generously topped every time. That part is consistent. Oh and the Garlic sauce. Immense. A must for your pizza.

27/09/2025: I waited 15 minutes for my order, it was only a cheese toast, I can understand everything, but waiting 15 minutes for toast is a very long time, I went up to them several times and asked where my order was, and it turned out that they hadn’t even prepared it, and only after I asked about the order, they started preparing it.

23/09/2025: The service was outstanding. The waitress(friendly girl with glasses) delivered my coffee to my table and showed super customer service.

15/11/2025: I was at the cinema with my family and after we came out we went to dinos for food. We ordered two hamburgers, two large chips and a curry. The chips were hard and green, the hamburgers were very dry and tasteless. The curry was the worst of all it was like it was watered down. I say it was about 95% water. I was very disappointed and won't be going back. The dinos in Blackpool is way better especially the curry.

22/11/2025: Ethereal is not a word I ever expected to use for a kebab shop, yet it’s the only one that fits. From the moment you walk in, the aroma of slow-roasted meat and warm spices feels almost otherworldly, like it’s pulling you out of the everyday and into something far more comforting. The kebabs themselves are tender, flavorful, and perfectly balanced—juicy without being greasy, seasoned without being overpowering. Even the sides feel thoughtfully crafted, from the crisp, fresh salad to the pillowy warm naan that tastes like it came straight from a traditional tandoor. The staff are genuinely friendly, the portions generous, and the whole experience leaves you feeling both satisfied and strangely uplifted, as if great food really can be a little bit magical.

15/11/2025: The doner kababs are absolutely vile, the meat is unnatural, very dirty, food and stains all over the tables, they wouldn't even think to give them a wipe down and unfriendly staff, avoid
