28/12/2025: Staff was very unhelpful and rude getting our orders wrong when there was only us and 2 other tables in the restaurant . Food was very good but we found charcoal in one of our burgers and the sauces available were very watery. Nando’s is cheaper and way better

08/12/2025: I was there on Saturday, we placed our order, and the service was terrible. The food was getting cold when it was ready, and there was only one server to serve and clean tables, and she preferred cleaning tables to bringing the orders. Besides the delay, when she finally brought it, she didn't bring everything at once; I had to ask twice for the rest and the soda. The food is still wonderful, but the service has declined.

12/12/2025: Disappointing experience! I found a hair in my burger, the carbonara pasta was extremely oily, and I waited 30 minutes for a dessert - a simple ice cream with some fruit and whipped cream on top. The waitresses didn't feel like working...

07/12/2025: 20 min for a late and double espresso with no one on the cue for take away

18/12/2025: 20 minutes waiting. Milkshake was melted / not even cold - rude staff said it wasnt ice cream and should be . Food cold and stale

02/12/2025: The kiosk machines are missing the till rolls to print the receipt. I used a company card and need a receipt for tax purposes. A Indian looking man in a red shirt promised me to get me a receipt, but he just trow my order number on the bin and walked away. I waited some time and 2 people where trying to sort out the recipt but with no success. Eventually the manager came (nice young man, had nice manners) and finally sorted the problem and i got thr receipt. It should no be this difficult.

12/10/2025: Went to the Brasserie Bar, and it was great. The vibe was just okay, initially I felt a bit bored. But the service made me really happy, especially thanks to Aisling and Vitor. They were amazing, so friendly and made me feel comfortable. They truly made the night easy and fun.Definitely a go-back spot for a drink and a good chat!

28/10/2025: Never leave reviews, but MUST this time. Every time we order from this place, they forget to put something in the bag. Couple months ago my husband came back with bag and there was 3 cheeseburgers missing, I know his fault should off check the bag at the counter but it was loads of food and the bag was closed. When i seen it at home drove straight to the shop and the manager didn't even said sorry, made me feel like its my fault and why i m even there, he send worked my way and disappeared. The last 2 times order with deliveroo as I didn't want to face rude staff anymore, first time no sauce (even we paid for it) and yesterday no fries. Food cold as well. Never again.

08/01/2026: Probably the worst Supermac’s in Ireland. Staff is friendly however the quality of the food and the quality control are a let down.

24/10/2025: Me and my partner had dinner here on the first night of our stay at the hotel and we were very impressed with the quality of food and the impeccable service from our waiter Jiyan. Will definitely be dining here again. The only thing I would criticise would be that it was a little cold so I had to grab a jumper from the hotel room and I even spotted a women on the table next to us wearing a coat!

17/10/2025: One of our favorite breakfast is at the four hotels we were at. Especially for a vegan which can be limited in the free breakfast in hotels around town, but they had a really good tofu scramble on toast.

21/10/2025: Food here is really, I would recommend the dinner box, chips are really nice and the chicken is cooked perfectly, I also recommend the curry sauce really tasty, staff are really nice and the place is kept clean and tidy

28/12/2025: Definitely no. Never again. This should just be a take-away if even that. We were using the laundrette across the way so had some food while waiting. Medicore at best. Over priced too and I know prices are going up but this was ridiculous. Toilet smells like damp/mould and toilet doors dont have locks. Lobby area into bathroom smells like cigarettes smoke. Bathroom bi nis covered in rust with the soap balancing on it. Like faulty towers. Do not recommend

27/12/2025: Don't understand why they have such a low rating, their pizzas are delicious and the staff are lovely and the place is spotlessly clean.The negative ratings are from people who've ordered online and have had issues, everybody has problems when they order online.Trust me if you walk in and place an order, you'll be satisfied.

16/10/2025: went in at about 00:30 on Thursday the 16th to collect an order. the man at the counter was so so nice, he was super patient, really attentive with all the other customers too. I work in fast food too and if I was up at this hour working in the middle of town, my mood would not be this calm and zen. and my order was ready when I got there a few minutes early, so everyone in the kitchen was really hardworking too. its the morning now and im still thinking about it like how do they do it its insane. food tastes great too by the way! pizza was yummy, but this is mostly to appreciate the workers!!! stellar job guys

29/04/2025: Just had a delivery from Pizza Daddy. We had the fried chicken kebab, chicken tikka kebab, taco fries and a burger. Extremely happy with the food and quality. Fast delivery through Just Eat, and a loyalty card system with Pizza Daddy through just eat! Love loyalty systems! We will definitely buy again, not just because of the loyalty program, but the brilliant food. Thanks Pizza Daddy.

31/08/2025: I understand this is only a 3-star hotel, but they barely meet the standards of a motel. Super rundown beyond the lobby (not just old). Housekeeping is excellent considering they can only do so much. Desk staff were polite, though they lacked initiative and weren’t particularly helpful. First thing you’ll notice is the old musty smell and paper-thin walls. The guest next door woke me up using the bathroom. I even heard the clicking of him texting before his shower. Thankfully, I was on the top floor. Several advertised “amenities” were misleading and missing. They had like five parking spots in their “lot,” so you are expected to pay for parking down the street. Unable to provide a charging adapter as agreed, but sold me a used charger for $10 USD. The room itself could barely hold a double bed and offered no basic necessities besides the watered-down soap pump on the wall. Guests are also not permitted to have a friend wait in the room. They have to wait outside, which feels unnecessarily restrictive. $185 USD (discounted through booking online) for a 10hr stay, I at least expected a complimentary bottle of water or a room that didn’t reek of the 50s. I hate how negative this review is, but this hotel only aims to take every penny they can. Charging me for a used charger (visible scuffs on the metal) when all I needed was an adapter? Did another guest leave that behind? Save the “thanks” comment for the next review. It’s nonchalant and directly shows that you don’t care. Yes, it’s a business, but do better.
