15/06/2025: I had high hopes for this place, but after witnessing what goes on behind closed doors, I can’t recommend it. The lack of professionalism and questionable after-hours behaviour were deeply disappointing. What’s worse, after leaving my honest opinion, I received an intimidating message. That says more about the place than any review could. I was a regular customer. I expected decency, not fear. Not sure if management is aware, but if they are, that alone should be a red flag. Think twice before supporting this place.

25/08/2025: The worst pizza I've ever eaten. We've ordered #5 in the menu: red pesto base roasted peppers mixed mushrooms, onion, mascarpone, mozzarella.The pizza was so heavy and greasy, it was hard to eat. Besides untasty. We've barely eaten the 1/4 of it. Though we are not so picky.

15/07/2025: Always have a good experience at Soma! Especially the location on well road, my favourite spot out of them all. Staff are so lovely they even remembered us from a few days before hand when my mom ordered a mango matcha latte🫣. Really good coffee it’s unlike anywhere else in cork one of a kind. I’ll be back soon

21/07/2025: They make great cakes, sandwiches and more. Yet if your going for a coffee you may be left there. Today while standing for that coffee you had 3 people serving a sandwich bar. Little recognition for those standing at the take away counter. Very disappointing and not for the first time

12/07/2025: Been coming here 2-3 times a week for months now for a mid-morning coffee, and the occasional pastry. Really great coffee in a lovely setting with a nice community coffee shop feel. Great staff too - non-ageists who don’t “sir” me because I have grey hair. That stuff matters more than I think a lot of businesses realise.

30/06/2025: The bar with the best atmosphere I have encountered so far in Ireland🇮🇪! The bartender can make drinks and coffee, and the service is very good! Can chat and share drinks🍸 Very good! Gave a tip! I don’t know the taste of the food because I didn’t order it, but I highly recommend cocktails!

02/10/2025: I had breakfast here today. The full breakfast is very good and the bread really nice and good value. Staff member stood behind me when asking for my order which was a bit odd as I didn’t know if she was speaking to me. Toilets very clean.

21/08/2025: The customer care service and response needs to be worked on. More information about delivery(delivery company) used too needs to be given to the client or updated on your website/whatsapp welcome message. I had a terrible experience of being ignored without any update from the person I was chatting with. When I complained the message I got was such a terrible message, where the person responded like she was doing me a favour. You really need to do better. About the product I ordered, there is no doubt about the authenticity of the product I got it. It was exactly what I wanted. It was original, especially since a lot of fakes are in circulation and the price was the best price I saw anywhere. I hope in future I can get more of the product I got and be able to edit/update this review to more favourable experience.

02/04/2025: Amazing Oat flat white perfectly balanced and silky milk texture. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Tried the new flatbreads, told they were home made and was very impressed. 10/10 Specialty coffee done right

31/08/2025: A very tiny wonderful place, the best apricot oat slice I ever had! After a nice walk this is a very good option!
