02/08/2025: I don't know what happened to this place at all, used to be the best in town, but the quality has dropped down, please get it better asap, My order today was so bad so far, temaki salmon was kike a whole fish, Hot roll not crunchy and the sushi that was with the grilled salmon also wasn't crunchy, very cold food, this is my second order that comes like this, I hope you guys get a better food quality soon.

17/05/2025: Best burgers I've had in Dublin. I use regularly and never had an issue. Very consistent. Can sometimes take a while to arrive but always worth it.

22/06/2025: ⚠️AVOID⚠️ Food never arrived, no apology and also the SECOND time this has happened. Dissapointing is an understatement as the food is great ,service and attitude ,terrible.

02/06/2025: I got a takeaway on Saturday and I can honestly say, It was was the nicest Indian food I had in year's. Food was beautiful and fresh. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

23/07/2025: What a brilliant atmosphere, unbelievabley friendly service from Stanislav made us feel right at home! Accidental pit stop on the walk into the city and came back again on our way out. Hight recommend.

13/06/2025: The pizza was given to us completely burnt and inedible. When we attempted to return it and ask for another one, we were met with the owner. Who; - Compared me to my husband in a sexist manner ; claiming that he was better than me because I "complain" too much even though my husband has also confronted him about the poor quality of his food MULTIPLE TIMES. What kind of owner could you be if you cant put up with a woman politely pointing something out. - screamed at my 15 year old to remove a review she had previously written over a year ago. What relevance does this exactly have? And also, SHE IS A MINOR, who on earth are you, a grown man, to yell at a child? I have been loyal to this take away for almost 2 years. Despite of the previous poor experiences, we've had. Safe to say after this repulsive experience was added as the cherry on top of this distasteful sundae, I would sooner starve than to ever step foot in that nauseating environment again.

06/06/2025: If I had an option to give zero starts I would. Toppings were missing on the pizzas, there was a hair on one of the pizzas. When rang and spoke to the manager, he was nothing but rude. I wanted to return the whole order as didn't feel comfortable eating the food due to the hair but he refused to refund the money. This isn't the first time the manager/owner has been rude. They provide the worst customer service in the Lucan branch.

11/09/2025: Visited Fresh in Grand Canal Dock Recently. Went to the salad bar and picked up some chicken and rice. 16.50€ absolutely crazy, ontop of that the chicken was horrible. Wasn't fresh at all.

28/08/2025: I went in 7 minutes before close to get one thing and the security stopped me and told me they're were closed I had to hold out my phone and show him I had 7 minutes and walked passed him. Staff were telling everyone to hurry up. Seems like they couldn't wait to get out of there. I got out with 4 minutes to spare. Bad customer service. If it says online you close at 10 you close at 10

17/08/2025: We have been going to this place for almost 10 to 12 years. It used to be the best for halal burgers. We went all the way from Navan to Dublin to get food but it was disappointing! The chicken fillet burger didn’t taste the same. They’ve changed their recipe and it’s not great. The bun was half empty as the fillet was too small. The fries used to have the seasoning but not this time.i will think twice before eating here again.

01/08/2025: A friend and I went for dinner and we found a 10€ menu that looked like a pie for a 5 year old, my friend got diarrhea, and we saw cockroaches and ants in the place where the sauce was, everything needs to be improved!!!!

01/07/2025: Frank and Honest Grange Road Centre Dublín ... oh Dios mío, estoy tan enojado con esta basura. Mi café favorito es F&H, pero hay un concierto que no es mi asunto, estoy de paso y solo quería tomar un café y usar el baño. Bueno, Caragh (el miembro del personal más ignorante que tuve la desgracia de conocer) fue muy grosero. Como estoy sola, fui al baño de la calle 1 antes de hacer el pedido. ¡Oh, muchacho! Eso fue un gran error. Ella me gritó que saliera de la cola y pidiera una calle. Amablemente pedí usar el baño y necesito un café que tomaré después del baño. Para resumir, me acosaron, me intimidaron y me humillaron frente a otros clientes, así que fui al mostrador, pagué 4 € por un café con leche normal (caro) y pedí que me lo prepararan después de ir al baño. ¡NO! ! Tuve que volver a unirme a la cola al final, mientras mi café con leche se estaba enfriando. 15 minutos de cola y 4€ para usar el baño y los baños eran una vergüenza. No dejaría que mi perro fuera al baño allí. Luego, a disfrutar de un café con leche frío mientras estábamos afuera, ya que no podían proporcionarnos un asiento. Si te avergüenzas fácilmente y no te importa que te traten como a un niño pequeño atrevido, entonces este es tu lugar, de lo contrario, es un BASURERO, EVÍTALO, SUCIO. PERSONAL IGNORANTE al que no le importan los clientes.

20/05/2025: Inside the SuperValue but it doesn't feel like it. Lots of space, power for devices, less crowded, better seating and cheaper than Copper and Straw next door.

08/09/2025: Coffee was watery and cold staff not friendly - there was no other customers so can’t put it down to being busy.

13/07/2025: I love OFF BEAT are my favourite donuts in Ireland but the staff in Heuston Station is not that friendly, I went to collect a surprise bag before taking my train and the staff didn’t look happy when I ask for it, I arrived at 8 (this time supposed to be to collect at) and they made me come back in 15 min and the door was half open, they don’t give you a bag even if you offer to pay for it.

16/08/2025: fries were fresh and crispy, there is a Indian manager who is very polite and served me with smile and greeted me despite some teenagers who were making comments on him .

17/08/2025: Yes, it's a chain. But it is also a local coffee shop. Easy parking, abundant seating. Good espresso drinks, what's not to like!
