11/07/2025: I've been going to Hong kee ages now. Especially after a few pints of guinness from the gravediggers. HONG KEE has always been there for me when I needed them the most. Fresh food hot food and food that taste amazing ❤️

03/09/2025: Asked for a cod portion and got a dried up cod or I think it was, asked for plenty of salt and vinegar got a sprinkle? And now I’m home I can’t be bothered to bring it back, but they’ve lost a customer now and I used to love it here, all I can say is keep an eye on the how they prepare it so you get what you paid for.

15/08/2025: We’ve been loyal customers of the Orient for years, as have our close family, but after our recent experience we won’t be returning. We placed an online order late one evening, unaware the restaurant had already closed. The order was understandably not accepted that night, and my call to check went unanswered. However, the next morning the order was unexpectedly processed and delivered—without confirming the time it had been placed or whether we still wanted it. The delivery driver didn’t offer the option to decline and instead remarked that it would be “good for the hangover.” Since then, we have repeatedly tried to contact the Orient for a refund, as this was clearly a system error on their part, but have had no response from the “boss.” This level of service is extremely unprofessional, disappointing and, based on my understanding, may even breach consumer rights. I can no longer recommend the Orient due to how it is managed.

21/07/2025: I ordered a spice bag and it was very salty covered in seasoning and disguisting black greece was dripping from the bag and all the food was full off black greece

29/07/2025: Lovely lunch, I had the burrata with aubergine and tapenade, which were a little too chilled, but that's probably my personal taste, I don't like warm and cold foods together.

19/06/2025: The are rude including the man there, he was so rude that I will never order anything there again or anyone I know. He told me to order the uber to pick up my food and said the food was ready. I ordered the uber, the uber arrived and the food was not even ready. Instead of him to apologize because he is costing me more money. He started speaking rudely to me and telling me "you listen". Just imagine! Well, very poor customer service even at the restaurant. I went there to eat a couple of times and the food takes over an hour to get ready even if you book ahead. Today, I ordered at 15:00PM and the food was not ready till past 17:00PM. And they open at 15:00PM so I’m wondering why it took so long. The man is rude, great food, but very very poor service.

12/06/2025: I’d highly recommend. Very affordable price for the food and beautiful aesthetics. Staff was very friendly and professional too. Solid 8/10. Would definitely go back.

03/09/2025: The drive through is a running joke in our house. If you don’t stop and check your items you will absolutely drive off with the wrong food. Very frustrating.

24/08/2025: The staff act like it comes out of their own pockets if they have to give you some salt. Common sense, if someone orders delivery, they might not have salt or sugar. But noooooo they wouldn't ever put that in the order. They also like to often forget things from the order and the food most of the time comes cold. This mixed with the fact that it's one of the more expensive mcdoanlds.

17/08/2025: Extremely Disappointed – Still Waiting on Promised Vouchers Over a month ago, I handed in paper vouchers at Arnotts with the assurance that they would be replaced by electric vouchers. Despite multiple follow-ups and several emails exchanged with customer service, I have yet to receive anything. Each time I contacted them, I was told—after a supposed review—that the electric vouchers had been granted. Yet nothing ever arrived. This has happened multiple times, and now my emails are simply being ignored. The original paper vouchers were submitted in-store back in July, and it’s now mid-August with no resolution. I’ve been more than patient, but this lack of accountability and follow-through is unacceptable for a brand of Arnotts’ stature. If you promise replacements, honor them. If you review a case and confirm vouchers are granted, deliver them. And if you value your customers, respond to their emails.

09/08/2025: G1 has an Eason store (like an Eslite store). We bought 10 notebooks for 3.99 euros, which was a great deal. P.S. There's a free restroom next to the Eason store.
