16/07/2025: I have ordered takeaway food (pizza, wings and garlic & Parsley spread dip) through deliveroo. Food as expected, cold, understandable as probably gotten cold during delivery Pizza was brilliant But the buffalo wings and the spread? That was a disaster. There was no buffalo sauce, barely a sprinkle if any as seen on photo. And the spread was just pure cheap butter with nothing else in it, no other flavour from it. It was a disaster.

05/07/2025: Don’t take bookings at the weekend, called in after movie for a table of 5, told it would be 30 minute wait despite the restaurant being 80% empty. How to ruin a business

26/06/2025: Order a spice bag meal says 14,5 for spice bag curry sauce and can of coke was charged 16.30 got the food and got in the car and the smell of feet out of the bag of food I had to put all my windows down , got home and took one bite of the spice bag and can’t eat it the smell of it and chicken taste like fish. Won’t ever eat out of here again

13/05/2025: Me and my girlfriend were pasting by this coffee shop with our doggies on a warm day and the gentlemen working there came out and made sure the dogs had water and gave them a little treat - gent!! I came back today to get my girlfriend their kinder oats which I usually buy from a different place but after there customer service I gave it a shot - she said it was the nicest ones she’s had so far. They added fresh fruit on top and it you can tell it’s all fresh 🙌🏻 two new customers thanks lads 👌🏻 will be back to try the sandwiches.

19/06/2025: The are rude including the man there, he was so rude that I will never order anything there again or anyone I know. He told me to order the uber to pick up my food and said the food was ready. I ordered the uber, the uber arrived and the food was not even ready. Instead of him to apologize because he is costing me more money. He started speaking rudely to me and telling me "you listen". Just imagine! Well, very poor customer service even at the restaurant. I went there to eat a couple of times and the food takes over an hour to get ready even if you book ahead. Today, I ordered at 15:00PM and the food was not ready till past 17:00PM. And they open at 15:00PM so I’m wondering why it took so long. The man is rude, great food, but very very poor service.

12/06/2025: I’d highly recommend. Very affordable price for the food and beautiful aesthetics. Staff was very friendly and professional too. Solid 8/10. Would definitely go back.

05/07/2025: Had an amazing meal here this week! Service was friendly and it’s a lovely setting. We had a delicious starter of burrata and bruschetta (combined) and then what I would say is very likely the most delicious steak I’ve ever had (a ribeye on the Specials board). The pasta with mussels also looked excellent! We will definitely be back!

04/07/2025: Been 3 years since my last visit to Dunne & Creacenzi, Dundrum when I thought it was disappointing! Alas tonight I was pleasantly surprised - it was excellent- the staff were Italian and extremely friendly and the food was excellent - loved the risotto. Will definitely be returning - at last a good Italian restaurant nearby. Well done you have raised the bar!

15/05/2025: Excellent place for a great variety of sandwiches and lunch items and gourmet coffee tea, drinks etc. Staff are super friendly and efficient. They do food for businesses and I would definitely recommend for meetings. It's also a locally owned business rather than chain store. Highly recommended. Amendments

06/07/2025: Ordered 2 dishes from the DIEP menu which we have regularly had before so were expecting the same. Not even similar and was inedible I got the chicken cashew nut which had a red colour and the chicken was coloured pink.Large carrots throughout?? Not remotely a Thai dish, tasted fruity and was awful, no spice at all It ended up in the bin My friend got the Duck Thai Green Curry which was ok, again filled with carrots & not the Diep dish. They are still using Diep menu & pictures...don't be fooled & avoid!!

24/06/2025: Stopped here for coffee yesterday 4pm - Nice view across the canal relaxing area However It needs a good powerwash outside - ground, windbreaker and glass all very grubby looking Inside clean enough but think the floor could do with a revarnish - too much wear and tear at this stage Toilet was clean and staff were nice but Neros please for the prices and profits you make clean it up
