30/04/2026: Avoid this place! Ordered last night Megs Spice Box , everything was look like sad and dry, like cooked and over fried again , by the way teenagers eat it and sick now second day. Definitely was old stuff !

25/05/2026: I’ve been coming here for many years. Service has always been on and off until recently. I arrived with family and from the second we stepped foot inside Dylan’s customer service and genuine warmth made our experience so special. He went above and beyond for us, informed my 90 year old grandmother about everything on the menu and was extremely patient and kind, especially given she is hard of hearing and Italian. Thank you again Dylan. Give that man a raise!!!!

16/05/2026: Food is not great, its seemed to be stale and tasteless.

17/05/2026: The food was really good. Unfortunately, the whole restaurant smelled of smoke whenever someone ordered the charcoal grill. In the end, our clothes smelled of smoke too, even though the table where the food was being grilled was at the other end of the restaurant.

29/03/2026: Went in at 2am not knowing what to expect, but it truly exceeded our expectations. Loved the sweet and sour crispy chicken and aromatic duck. Very great service also.

31/05/2026: I purchased a caramel iced coffee from McDonald's Citywest and after drinking about half of it, I noticed several black rubber/silicone-like fragments in the drink. I stopped drinking it immediately and took photos. I have reported the incident to the relevant food safety authorities. Very disappointed and concerned about quality control.

29/05/2026: I'm so disappointed! My husband and I bought two Big Tasty takeaway, they didn't include tomatoes and cheese! We only found out about it when we got home and never went back. This was my last visit to that McDonald's!!

13/07/2025: Strictly Not recommended. We have ordered family mix meal for 26€ and when we get its made already and food isn’t fresh when we request to change chicken piece they said its the last one we have. We ask them to give us anything fresh in exchange they give us chicken strips and same no fresh made. It was look like made yesterday. Then we almost binned everything. We have chicken strips left and we requested again to change and then they gave the same one re-fry. It was a bad experience.

26/03/2026: I don't know what has happened to garden house. It was always the best Chinese in blanch. Michael always made sure every dish was perfect. I ordered a breast of chicken in black bean and the chicken had bones in it. The chicken in cashew nuts was boiled chewy chicken which smelled like fish and the cashew nut sauce was gloopy and bland, the only flavour was salt. Most of the salt and chili chips were small and containing no potato. What happened?!! I used to order from here like twice a week for about 15 years! My first order in a while and I was so disappointed. Such a shame. Giving an extra star in homage to the quality garden house once offered.

06/03/2026: Got food form here befor there was hair asked them nicely for a fresh meal the gave me one tried to Oder again told me they don’t deliver down to my house but delivered to the house next door called me rude names when I asked why honestly not a good place

16/04/2026: Ordered curry chips and chicken curry roll, food was simply disgusting, chips must’ve been counted into the tray as it was easily 25% empty and I’ve never seen less curry sauce in an order (not even enough to cover the scantly few chips). The curry was clumpy, far too thick, and completely tasteless. The chicken curry rolls were burnt and chewy.

17/03/2026: Payed €9.50 for a spice bag today, brought it home just to realise the bag is literally half filled, was still left hungry after i ate it. Expensive enough for one spice bag as it is, but the fact it was only half full is kinda taking the piss. I’ll give them 3 stars because the food was nice, and it was St. Patrick’s day so they were probably up to their eyeballs in stress

04/04/2026: Very poor service. Waited for over 30 minutes to get my order. Really not happy wrong order onto of that. Never coming back to any Eddie Rockets. Very poor service food portions also very small

01/04/2026: Very disappointed with the service at Eddie Rockets. We ordered fries, onion rings, and one chilli fries, but the order was completely wrong. Instead of chilli fries, we were given fries with beef sauce, which was very concerning as one of my friends is a strict vegetarian. This kind of mistake is not minor and should have been handled more carefully while taking the order. Although they offered to replace it, the situation could have easily been avoided with better attention to detail. Overall, not happy with the experience. Customers should be able to trust that their dietary preferences are respected.

10/06/2026: Great selection of items and the food is quite tasty, albeit a pricey. Shop is clean and tidy etc.After all it's a premium shop with premium experience. This is where it falls flat. The checkout experience is far from premium and leaves me annoyed each time. You are majorly funneled to use self checkout. The majority of which are not logged in. Queues form quickly for the solo manned terminal at the counter. If you have opted for self checkout, inevitably you will have to wait for assistance. They are to busy trying to get through the queue that has formed waiting for something from behind the counter. More often than not checkout experience is bad here. Also No coffee after 5 o clock is ridiculous. Many different schedules exist for different people folks, get one of the many good quality machines that are available

05/05/2026: Garlic bread was lovely. Bacon cheese fries were only okay, not actual bacon, more like ham and they used red cheese. Pizza was okay, good amount of toppings but needed a slightly longer cook for me personally as toppings were a little under done.

19/04/2026: Good spot if you want something tasty without spending too much. The deals are really worth it and the kebabs are always satisfying. Portions are generous, and the Oreo milkshake is honestly so good! Definitely one of my go-to places.

21/09/2025: This is one of the best Indian takeaway (even though there are 2 tables to sit in) I have ever tasted in the western hemisphere. Real chefs, fresh ingredients, not too oily nor too salty, plus you get to see the kitchen by yourself when ordering and clearly I can tell that the kitchen was super clean. The prices are on the high end side for a takeaway but worth it if you want to eat fresh, clean tasteful Indian cuisine. Also I need to mention the quantities are huge and you won’t go home hungry. Hats down to the team.
