The best restaurants in Dublin

07/08/2025: Nice pleasant café. Bright and airy. Pleasant staff. Mainly coffee and pastries. A selection of 3 pre made sandwiches. So not the place for lunch. Please provide a relish or pickle for the very plain sandwiches. That would really help. Especially at 9euro each. Some nice cushions would really be appreciated. Both the plastic chairs and wooden couch seats are very uncomfortable. Thanks

20/03/2026: Manager was very ignorant to ward me a shouted at me to leave at 12.15 even do its open till 1am

18/03/2026: Visited here this week. Kids pick. Probably the tastiest, freshest and hottest McDonalds food we have had. The resturant was busy enough but Every free table was clean and ready. Everywhere was very clean and tidy. The staff were friendly and very efficient.

25/01/2026: I ordered 2 meals (kebab + chips + juice ) and other things and they sent us for the meals just one full meal and for the second one was just the kebab,without juice and chips and we paid full price .

02/08/2025: The bao buns are a hit every time. The bowls are so flavorful. Last time we ended up ordering a repeat of a dish it was so good. Love this place.

23/11/2025: I love Butlers but this particular café isn’t pleasant to visit. Staff rush customers and are quite rude. Mediocre beverages also. Doubt I’ll visit again.

17/11/2025: I love Butlers coffee and shops but can't say the same about this particular shop, staff are super unfriendly. The coffee is not a good one, too strong or boiling hot. Customers at this particular coffee shop also have an air of superiority which makes the ambiance unpleasant.

28/09/2025: When the staff shout at a customer across the room there is a problem. Serious hospitality training required here. With only one till they are a limited operation. Not a good experience. Go up to Shoe Lane or Two Beans and do yourself a favour.

19/12/2025: Popped in for a quick coffee this morning, which was lovely and strong, none of that weak stuff you get elsewhere. The staff were sound out, quick to serve but still had a smile. Grand spot for a no-fuss caffeine fix.

19/11/2025: We went for a coffee but discovered there were no toilets so left without purchasing anything. Can't rate what their coffee is like

08/12/2025: My son spent 4 days in Beaumont hospital with really bad food poison from this dump after eating a kebab. Even my dog ended up in the vet after eating his leftovers. My lad was that bad he wasn't even allowed visitors. Can not stress enough to stay out of this place .

26/03/2026: Had to check this place out as an American in Dublin and I loved it! Very reminiscent of a BBQ joint in the states, with the rock and roll decor and a killer cocktail menu with great food!

24/03/2026: Really disappointing, went in on a Sunday expecting the face painter and she wasn’t there? This was the main reason my kids love to go there. Haven’t gone since.

08/07/2025: My latte today tasted like a cheap 3-in-1 instant version. There was absolutely no foam. My friend's cappuccino was also like slop. The staff cleans the tables and floor when the customer sits down to drink coffee. Not when they leave. The tables are dirty. We were drinking coffee at a low table sitting in chairs and a guy with a broom came and started sweeping around us, even though the rest of the place was empty and in need of cleaning. To us it was like "Get out of this cafe!" I will never come to this place again. The foam was only for washing your hands, not in the coffee cups.

13/03/2026: Used to be my favourite takeaway until they changed the curry sauce, i would drink the old curry sauce with a straw but now it's too spicy to even taste my food, change it back! I only ever ordered from here for the curry sauce.
