15/06/2025: A very rude blonde foreign lady, they had placed food ready on the counter and by mistake I took the wrong order even though i was the only one in the shop.. then she was giving out to me... not acceptable , I've spent 47euros on my order giving them business and the service i got was not acceptable ..

21/10/2024: Good coffee, not consistently amazing, but to someone who isn’t that into their coffee will have a good mug of coffee. Friendly staff happy to chat and help. Good dessert and bakery food. Charging ports don’t work upstairs though :(

23/05/2025: I will not give it no stars on review but it does not give me that choice, so I have to give it a one not my decision .because now I like a Chinese .but tried this for the first time it was disgusting and left an awful poisoning taste hard to explain like I was at eating perfume with my curry. That’s what it taste like straight to the bin. 🤮 I should have known from the dirt of the front of the shop when you go into order and wait for your curry not even a napkin left. When I asked she said we have no napkins the dirt, the floors, the seats the walls disgusting
22/02/2025: Ordered from here yesterday whoever is managing this place has no respect or understanding from a customer point of view. We asked for a return because the chicken balls looked like charcoal to which the woman (manager) started screaming on the phone. To which they demanded the chicken balls back which they are probably going to re-use for sale..considering how addiment they were to get them back, no problem I said. It took us a few phone calls and 10 minutes of arguing over a few chicken balls which are basically just flour and barely any chicken. This company has no respect or care for what they do. Never will I order from these again. NEVER

03/05/2025: I placed an order for collection at 18:53 but didn’t receive it until 19:20. By then, my original items were unavailable, and I had to accept substitutes. There’s no seating available on the premises, so I had to stand awkwardly in front of the reception, facing SuperValu shoppers. Unfortunately, the food itself was not impressive either. Overall, a disappointing experience.

19/03/2025: Felt super outnof place coming here, took a trip out with the family for business, stumbled upon this little place, no one greated me and my wife and boys. Didn't seem to want to help us. Thanked them after i paid and not even a thank you back. Pathetic service worst money spent here in a super aukward atmosphere.. Wont be returning...

18/06/2025: Honestly the wait it a joke. Consistency is severely lacking with rotating staff and not enough people on. Took 25 mins and being the second person in the qué to be served at lunch and only one person on who clearly wasn't working there long. I felt for them as they are being let down

22/06/2025: Was in your place with my friends they were treated grand, but when I asked for the same thing, staff and security were really rude and told me to move from where everyone else was ordering. Even after I stepped back, the attitude continued my order was basically thrown at me. I stood there watching others get treated with respect, and the only difference was that they were white and I’m Black. Says it all, really. Hope ye take this seriously and actually do something about it.

13/06/2025: I’ve come to your coffee shop several times 10–15 minutes before closing (around 6:45–6:50 PM) just to get a coffee to-go, and every time I’m told you’re already closed or the machine is off.
If you’re open until 7:00 PM, why not serve customers until then — especially for quick takeout orders? This has happened multiple times, and it’s disappointing.
Hope you can fix this and stick to your posted hours.
10/06/2025: The manager told me they make their own herbal tea and proceeded to take out a box that they bought from Aldi
