The best restaurants in Dublin

12/12/2025: Lovely hotel, delicious breakfast, sweet and friendly people!

12/12/2025: I'm currently staying here while on vacation and I have to say I could not have chosen a better hotel for my first stay in Dublin. The staff, both at the front desk and the restaurant, are polite, helpful and overall just a delight to talk to. Especially the blonde lady called Eimear (I hope I spelled that correctly) who checked me in and out was very helpful and an absolute gem. Talking about the restaurant, the atmosphere is absolutely stellar. The food you could probably find cheaper elsewhere but the atmosphere elevates it to another level, especially since there's live music every evening starting at 8pm. The experience makes it completely worth it. The location of the hotel itself is also very convenient for general shopping purposes. I can't emphasize enough how satisfied I am with my stay here, I'll definitely be returning to this hotel the next time I come to Dublin. Overall a great stay, thank you to the entire staff and once again special thanks to Eimear who was patient with me despite me being absolutely nervous when checking in and out. I'll miss this hotel.

20/07/2025: This is such a lovely pub. Very clean. Bar staff are so kind and friendly. Mixed age groups goes here. Very lively at weekends with bands playing and music on the speaker. Affordable drinks. Great range of cocktails. Good for parties and having a good night out. The food does be lovely aswell. Highly recommend this pub to anyone. I definitely go here again.

25/10/2025: Old tiny place in the outdated building. Tap water from toilet. It is better to waste money on casino than visit this place.

28/11/2025: Walked into Kenny's pub at 7:15 pm for a drink and two thirds of the tables are empty and reserved. And no free tables. If you didn't reserve don't bother going. Go to one of the other pubs in the area.

11/11/2025: as a frequent customer calling anytime on the journey from galway to dublin we called again today...... only to be totally disappointed. we didnt know about revovations and kitchen was closed. we were offered a sandwhich but service chatoic and then a butcher walk through coffee shop woth raw meat oh my god my stomach. next we were charged 27euro for 2 ham and cheese sandwhich a two coffee..... nobody asked how we would like our sandwhich some came on white soft rool with relish which we dont like. my husband walked outside threw his sandwhich in the bin while i complained to be told oh nobody every complained before so basically my opinion didnt matter and cost me 27.50. unfortuantely this is the end of our "relationship" with kennys of lucan

23/11/2025: Absolutely loved this place! Food was great and our waitress Ruby was awesome. Not only did she provide amazing service but she also suggested several things to do and see while in Ireland on holiday. Thanks Ruby you helped make our trip amzing! The Reeds

03/12/2025: A trendy but terribly overrated and crowded night bar. Long waiting line, prices are high, the place is absolutely packed with young crowds and the maze-like layout makes it very difficult to find your own group, go to the toilet or order a drink without losing your way around. The waitress attending one of the bars downstairs was probably the unfriendliest staff I have ever encountered in Dublin. Fair to say that she was absolutely overwhelmed by the amount of customers trying to order at the same time. They run very short in personnel. I will not return.

22/11/2025: My Fiancé and I celebrated our engagement party here. The booking process was very easy and the staff were very professional. We asked for a basic booking of just a space for 20 which was organised and to our surprise, 37 Dawson Street provided a bottle of Moët for our booking which was a lovely touch which we really appreciated. Will definitely be suggesting the venue for friends and family going forward.

28/11/2025: incredible great pizza, it tastes so amazing, but bro… they close like 45 min early, the service isn’t polite and without asking they charged me the bigger pizza so meh

31/07/2025: Amazing and helpful staff! I dropped in for an iced coffee and the staff helped me store some luggage while I enjoyed the area before my flight. Really kind of them!

09/11/2025: Popped in for an early dinner on Thursday with my family, 5 adults, have not been here in years as I live in the UK but my family go all the time. It has a lovely atmosphere and the staff are very friendly. Great choice of food on offer everyone had something different and it was all gorgeous - I had the pasta and it was a generous portion it was busy

12/10/2025: Very nice it was nearly 40 years since I was last in here. Great little place with a great heart, very nice lovely hidden beer garden, well worth a visit
