Rosie's Cafe

Dublin
19/03/2025: Very nice tiny and cosy place.Great option for quick snack either dine in or to go.Regarding price-quality totally worth it.
19/03/2025: I would like to rate the food, but unfortunately I was not able to. My wife felt worse after the St. Patrick's Day parade. She wanted to drink tea, but unfortunately a red-haired gentleman asked us to leave the restaurant because (as he said) we had the rest of the Fish and chips with us. I think it was very unpleasant, especially since we did not intend to eat a meal from another restaurant, and only drink tea there. It does not reflect well on the culture (I will not say all of it) but part of the staff.

Merrion Fare

Dublin
12/04/2025: Lovely surroundings for afternoon tea! Staff pleasant. Beautiful art on view. Presentation really nice but lacked flavour.
06/04/2025: My friends and I went to the Art Tea at the Merrion Hotel on a Friday afternoon and were so delighted with the experience! The atmosphere is both warm and elegant, with a pianist playing quietly in the background. The afternoon tea offered many wonderful teas to sample along with 2 trays, 3 tiers high, of sandwiches and scones. But the Merrion Hotel's Art Tea is unique and quite special as they fuse these offerings with the hotel's impressive art collection, featuring delectable petit fours designed to model particular pieces of art found elsewhere in the hotel common areas. Our servers were quite attentive and knowledgeable. Daniel, in particular, shared his knowledge of the artwork as well as the history of the hotel. The level of service was above and beyond and reflects the hotel's attention to hospitality. A must-do for any one seeking a special afternoon with friends, family or clients!

31/03/2025: Got married in February and I came to the Graduate for the meal and went up to a function room for the after. The food was amazing everyone was really impressed by it. Upstairs was really nice. I decorated myself but the space was nice the staff very helpful and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place. Whether you have a function or just want to pop in for dinner definitely stop by!

The Irishtown House

Dublin
30/03/2025: Me and 3 friends (we are all from the uk) went to Dublin to watch the shamrock rovers vs bohemians Derby at the aviva stadium....we were looking for a Guinness or two before the match....so walking towards the stadium we came across this pub that looked closed....and then a guy that was hanging around outside asked who we supported to which we replied in an English accent that we were neutrals here to watch a game....the guy ushered us inside to a great bar full of people with a great atmosphere 👍.....really enjoyed our few hours there and would love to visit again next time I'm in Dublin
01/02/2025: What a great pub. Guinness was great! Staff were friendly, helpful!

Seven Wonders CHQ

Dublin
01/04/2025: Handy spot for breakfast or lunch. Lunchtimes are the busiest. They do a porridge a coffee deal which is good though they've increased the price a lot recently. It went from 6.50e to 7e in October 2024 to then 7.50 in March 2025, less than half-a-year later. Those increases are bigger than wages & inflation, it definitely makes me consider cutting back on how often I'd splurge.
07/02/2025: Great food , especially cesar salad. The service is amazing and a great place for families. Overall everything is amazing and great atmosphere.

The Grasshopper Inn Restaurant and Bar.

Dublin
24/03/2025: I just recently had a Christening in the function room at the Grasshopper. I cannot speak highly enough of the place. Martin and the team were amazing to deal with and all the staff were exceptional on the day making sure everything ran smoothly. There is a super friendly atmosphere there in general. The food was fresh and delicious and the space was fantastic for an event. Everyone commented on the food and the professionalism of the staff. I would highly recommend The Grasshopper and will most definitely book my events there in the future. Thank you to the team at the Grasshopper for making our day so special and going above and beyond for us.
23/03/2025: Food lovely and staff are very friendly reasonably priced

Dean's Beans

Dublin
22/03/2025: Recommended by my son for a good coffee and good food.Had a coffee and sourdough toast. Nice atmosphere and very relaxed ambience.
11/03/2025: Matcha isn't good and very overpriced for what I got, the cheesecake was absolutely delicious but for 5.20 I'm not sure I would be back to try it again. You lose half the cheesecake in the parchment paper it's packaged in. Baristas were very talented and my drink was made nicely but just not with quality ingredients.

Brickyard, menu

Dublin
28/03/2025: Sandwiches are incredible and delicious. 3fe coffee is also a game changer.
25/03/2025: Amazing place, have many times walked by this but never observed. One of my friend recently suggested this place and we met here, beers are absolute stunning. We ordered paddle board where you can choose any 4 beers out of the list. Food we only ordered fries and it was good. Cocktail was great too.

Croga - The Tourist Trap

Dublin
17/11/2024: Small place to have good coffee, breakfast or even a light lunch ( they have crepes). We stopped by after visiting the Temple bar and on our way to the Guinness storehouse. Illustration: Chai latte for 4,5€ Labels: 2eat, 2drink, #coffee-bar, #breakfast
16/11/2024: We have gone to try the coffee with Bayleys. It's not bad but the 9.5 eur they charge seems exorbitant to me. Small and cozy place.
