The best restaurants in Dublin

07/09/2026: Stopped in because I had to use the bathroom and we sat down for a pint. The staff (Derrick) and other patrons were amazing and so friendly to talk to. Definitely a hidden gem!

03/05/2026: Best halal spicy chicken wings in Dublin Small restaurant but i always would get a takeout , i drive from Dublin 15 just for his chicken wings the batter on them is so tasty

19/04/2026: Its basic but what do u want? €6.50 snack box. Chips were salty but definitely frozen. Thigh looked suspiciously dark even for dark meat. Overall a quick easy solution if you get the munchies. Don't excpect miracles but considering what it is hits the spot. Very polite man who took my order

28/09/2026: Place was very busy, 1 of the 4 dinners had to be reordered 30 mins after the others came out. They had no sides as they ran out at 8p.m! Then 1 of the 3 desserts never came either. Very poorly run

25/09/2026: Definitely not worth the hype. The food was very average and the service was painfully slow, with huge gaps between dishes. The most frustrating part was then being told we had very little time left at our table when we wanted dessert — despite the fact that it was their slow service that had eaten into our booking time. We were essentially rushed out because another booking was coming in, through absolutely no fault of our own. My daughter’s dessert then ended up being thrown into a completely unsuitable takeaway container. For the amount of hype around this place, I expected so much more. Average food, poor service and a rushed experience. I wouldn’t bother — Dublin has far better options.

15/09/2026: The food arrived late, but that is normal, especially given that it was Saturday night. But it was totally oversalted! I would not get from them again.

15/09/2026: Was at the American football match I need some food to soak up the drink. They have some very good special offers so I got some chicken specified rice for dinner which I thought was exceptional value for the quantity that came out. Fast efficient service of the police clean or be quiet.

29/08/2026: Awful! Watery sauce, vegetables is just a load on onions. Chicken tasted awful. Egg fried rice tasted like nothing.

18/09/2026: Very nice staff, good coffee like other Brand coffee Shop, available sitting outside or inside, Soups,Salad, Pastries available, Good place for meeting someone and grab a coffee, I was in Apprenticeship class next building to the shop, I always go there for a coffee or lunch when I have classes. Good job guys, you guys are doing great as I work as a customer service I can see that. 🙏🙏

18/09/2026: Sorry to hear about the change in ordering. Tried to order direct from their website for collection and I was going to pay in cash upon and I was going to be charged 70cent for the pleasure so I decided to call them instead. Then I was left with an AI ordering system to do so the same thing and was again going to be charged 70cent so I hung up. I went down to order in person and was not charged any processing fee. Processing what? Paying to cover an AI service or simply order online to pay in cash. Utter nonsense. I said this down in person and he said it saves them a lot of hassle with the ai not having to answer the phone and I responded with so I have to pay 70 cent to you for this pleasure, he ultimately agreed and said he would bring it up with the owner. The server down there noted that so many other people had been complaining in person. Not happy. They Need to get rid of this system. I won't be ordering online or by phone ever again until this is stopped. Used to be lovely speaking with someone making your order now they are trying to charge you to speak with a computer. Nonsense!!

09/08/2026: Ordered a bucket for one today, for takeaway. Added extra mash. Got home to eat wat and found 2 mash and 2 chips for some reason. And none of my chicken. Absolutely disgraceful service on behalf of the staff. Sloppy store do not order from here. Edit: Upon returning the store and explaining the situation the staff were very reasonable and replaced the items of my order.

20/09/2026: Love the Howth market. Very happy place. Atmosphere great and a good seletion of different types of food and good selection of stalls

13/09/2026: Extremely hostile bar staff upstairs, sexist and unecissarily agressive to some women laughing while a few feet away men are laughing and shouting about a football match and nothing is said to them. Quite shocked at this 1950s attitude in 2026. AVOID.

13/09/2026: Lovely cafe with lots of tasty food options and drinks. Lots of seating too.

07/09/2026: Wonderfully kind staff who took fantastic care of me despite being so busy. Having received bad news earlier in the day, I was especially appreciative of the uplifting interaction and the wonderful chef who made the most delicious pancakes in the world!!! Thank you!
