17/10/2025: Fantastic Pub, great atmosphere, service and a 10/10 Guinness 😉

12/10/2025: Great parking. Lovely atmosphere and the open fires added to the atmosphere. No waiting for a table, a very nice efficient waitress doing everything on her own. A lovely selection on the menu. Toilets spotless. Wheelchair friendly. Location very good. Just one thing, l thought 8 euros 50 cents was a bit expensive for a hot whiskey. Well worth a visit, and look forward to returning.

02/10/2025: Had a great dinner at Nando’s! The burger was super tasty and the service was brilliant. Big thanks to Calvin for being so friendly and attentive, he really made the experience better. Will definitely be back!

29/10/2025: Ridiculous carry on with booking a charity event and lack of communication from the team. Blaming not honouring past arrangements on “change of management”. A refresher on contract law would be appropriate for staff.

21/10/2025: Was here for a 4pm bottomless brunch for a hens on Saturday. The quality of the food and the cost was abysmal. The bride to be got the mushroom and spinach toast and ended up puking her ring up from the amount of oil in the food less than two hours after eating and ended up having to leave her own hens night. We don’t believe she had food poisoning just terrible quality food. I was the only person who got the burger which I thought was edible but extremely plain, but the next day I ended up puking and extremely bad diarrhoea for almost two days. The other guests had gotten the club sandwich’s which everyone said was dry, it was edible but not good as we were at a hens getting food into us was very important. McDonald’s would have been a better shout. Between 6 of us it cost almost 265 euro. Everyone agreed the chips were absolutely gorgeous though The service from the lady with medium to short brown hair in pigtails, she was so so so sweet and kind, she was lovely and bubbly but trying to catch her attention was unbelievably difficult especially when you don’t want to be shouting at staff or hollering for their attention when you can see the staff at the POS system directly chatting away. After the bride to be went home sick I went back to complain and spoke to the manager. I am still waiting to hear back but the experience other than the super lovely waitress who served us was just so bad. Would definitely be back here again for drinks but absolutely under no circumstances any of the ladies who attended the bottomless brunch for the hens would be back for the food. I completely understand that things happen sometimes food can be just dry, plain simply not great and there’s no point in complaining as it is what it is but We had booked this place as the reviews overall were amazing and we were sorely let down. The bride to be hens night was completely ruined because of the quality of the food from this venue and I ended up puking and having severe diarrhoea after eating the burger from here. Looking forwards to hear back from the management.

07/11/2025: I ordered through Just Eat for collection, but when I arrived, the restaurant told me that a driver had already taken my order and that they couldn’t give me another one. They told me to just cancel it, saying that “many people do that” as if it were normal. After that, they spoke among themselves in their own language and completely ignored me, which felt very disrespectful. To make things worse, Just Eat is now telling me they can’t do anything since the order was for collection and not delivery. It’s a shame because the food is actually good, but I wouldn’t recommend this place based on how they treat customers.

21/10/2025: Great food and service. The Meal Deal at €14.50 is probably the best deal in the city centre...big serving of noodles, a spring roll, prawn crackers, and a can of soda. Friendly staff and your order is ready within minutes!

18/10/2025: Had dinner upstairs at ASADOR with friends and we managed to fit 5 people comfortably at a table normally for 4. The staff were attentive and friendly from start to finish. We shared some of the breads and spreads, then each tried a main and a side—every dish was delicious, with perfectly sized portions. For dessert, we all went for the chocolate fondant with ice cream, which was a highlight. Great dining experience overall!

15/09/2025: Myself and some friends popped in there Saturday after we did the Vintage Afternoon Tea Tour on the bus, the girls had gone in here earlier before the tour for a half hour and liked it so we went back there, the place was busy so no seating inside and that was roughly at around 2.30pm so we had to sit outside in the yard which I didnt like at all because it was freezing. I did see a yard heater at the back but not where we were sitting, first off they dont take cash at the bar outside and the guy behind the bar was very smart about it so I had to go inside each time to get a drink and the bar staff there were not impressed I had cash one guy said to the girl serving " she wants a Moretti and she is paying cash " and made a face then snapped the cash out of my hand so bad manners all round. My next issue is the toilets they are unisex so when we went in there was a stink from them of urine and to use the bathrooms I had to close the toilet seat down whilst having my hand wrapped in toilet paper after a man used it and also had to wipe away urine that he had left there on the toilet !! To me that is disgusting and why women and men have to use the same bathrooms is beyond me, as the day went on the toilets just got worse and I didnt see anyone coming in to clean them. The girls serving outside were nice and we did like the glasses that the drinks were served in but for me that was the only positive, I didnt think the atmosphere was that good at all and we were there for a few hours, we left there and went to another bar for food and I dont think I will return again. I can't comment on the food as we didn't eat there, it was €7.90 for a pint of Moretti which is standard over pricing when you are in Dublin City and I am from Dublin and work in the hospitality industry.

16/10/2025: Thank you to Luis at Valet. He went above and beyond accommodating us when we arrived at the hotel and we were running behind on our Book of Kells tour. People like Luis are quintessential when operating a hotel of this size and status.

30/07/2025: Gorgeous restaurant, we just had pizzas and drinks at the bar which were so delicious. I highly recommended the margarita.

29/07/2025: Lovely place, great cocktails. Pizzas delicious, would steer clear of the ravioli. Two of our party had it and both didn’t rate it. Tasteless and more like a soup broth with a bit of pasta thrown in.

07/09/2025: Nice city centre pub with friendly staff and warm atmosphere. Couple of craft beers on tap including a nice Kinnegar IPA. Pints are €8 though which is a crazy price even for Dublin. Won't be back.

02/09/2025: A pub that remains a quiet gem of the Northside, wonderful stained glass windows and a great affinity with the nearby Abbey Theatre. Stout is excellent.

15/10/2025: I've never had fish and chips this good, not even in London! The atmosphere is quaint, the service is quick and friendly. If you're visiting Howth, don't miss this pub!

10/10/2025: The food was great and the servers were friendly. There's a bar area with music and a more secluded area where you can relax and eat. The pasta with salmon and the apple crumble were very good.

23/10/2025: The service was good and the style of the restaurant is pleasant, but the pizzas were poor. Particularly the four cheese, which was basically just a margarita, with lots of tomato sauce, mozzarella, and one or two small pieces of other cheeses. It looked the same as the porchetta pizza, but without the meat. Homemade chocolate cake was nice.

17/10/2025: Had a absolute epic time with my friends thanks to Adam the barman. We came looking for a whiskey tasting and despite it not being on the menu, he conjured up a magical whiskey flight and took us through the history of whiskey making in Ireland, the whiskey of each of the various brands as well as the techniques behind each brand and what made them special. This should absolutely be offered on the menu and had it not been for Adam, we would most likely not have spent the amount of time there that we did.

17/10/2025: Clara was amazing, accommodating, flexible and helpful. Great spot for team night out.

04/10/2025: Chai latte isn’t great, was given wrong food order and had only noticed when I had left, staff dismissive and standing around talking

30/09/2025: My favourite place for Acai bowl and hot chocolate. So far, Tribe has the best Acai in Dublin after testing several of them. Don’t walk, run!

12/10/2025: We had fantastic evening at McSorleys. We came with our baby and pram and were so warmly welcomed and excellently looked after the whole time. Great food, great food, excellent service. Will definitely be back.
