The best restaurants in Dublin

23/05/2025: Expected more from the chicken and mushroom pie and even the sausage rolls. But once you calibrate yourself for the fact that this is a coffee shop inside a container it’s not half bad. Nice outdoor seating too!

21/05/2025: It was my first time coming here and I’d heard the coffee was amazing, which I completely agree with. Unfortunately, I found the barista who opened the cafe this morning to be unprofessional and rude. I don’t just go to cafés for the coffee, but also for the atmosphere, and this interaction was not what I’d expect when having coffee out. A lot of places in Dublin can offer great coffee but it’s the staff and the experience that make you want to return.

06/04/2025: Visited here as a solo traveller, in need of a "happy place". Staff very welcoming (lady) poured me an amazing pint of guiness pointed me to the big screen at the back. Shame the match was rubbish Lol. Front Bar nice, cosy and atmospheric

31/01/2025: We were welcomed by a wide selection of drinks and extremely friendly company. This is where we go in the evenings while we are in Dublin. Guinness on tap and Orchard Thieves rounded off our day.

20/05/2025: Excellent service at Dublin Pearse St Station on the morning. All coffee just €3, made fresh. Only thing is it's a little too hot, but taste great after it cools. Has squid for loyalty taps which is nice. Good range of hot and cold food too.

25/04/2025: Cozy coffee shop that opens early in the Latin Quarter. The prices are fair and the coffee is excellent!

27/05/2025: The service staff, almost all Spanish, by far the best thing about the hotel. The head cleaner was rude, and the breakfast room manager was also completely sour-faced, rude, unhelpful, very curt, and made no effort to understand Spanish people. The rooms were like any 2-star hotel in Spain. No air conditioning. Normal mattresses, no toppers, and an open wardrobe. The renovated bathroom had a step up to the room. No amenities, no comb, gel, and shampoo in a non-branded pump bottle. No refrigerator, and the bed was 1.35 meters wide. The location was unbeatable, but you pay for it with noise at night from street parties and creaking wooden stairs. The price was very expensive.

17/05/2025: Tried their grilled chicken in peri peri flavour. The taste was really bad, the peri peri sauce tasted way too tamatoey to be a peri peri sauce in the first place. The chicken wasnt marinated at all and was totally bland from inside. Not recommeneded.

12/04/2025: Nice place, good food but the prices are just too high. Still in the norm of these days for coffee & croissant, excessive for things like eggs on toast. And all in all, you are still in a fairly small shopping centre, next door with a butcher.

01/04/2025: ¡Qué placer! Vine aquí para una celebración de cumpleaños y no puedo esperar a volver aquí. ¡Siento que se acerca una nueva tradición! El sábado 29 de marzo, a las 14: 30, vine aquí a tomar el té de la tarde con mi novio por su cumpleaños, y oh chico fue una delicia. En primer lugar, el servicio fue excelente. Lucy, nuestra excelente servidora nos llevó a nuestra mesa y nos explicó todo, y lo que realmente se me quedó fue cuando dijo "el cielo es el límite" y seguro que lo fue! ¡Tuviste que sacarme de ahí! El sándwich abierto feta batido era uno de nuestros favoritos, al igual que la rodaja de frambuesa pistacho, simplemente para MORIR. ¡Nuestro té favorito tenía que ser el whisky irlandés y la crema! Todas nuestras necesidades fueron atendidas en términos de más alimentos, condimentos y tés. La decoración era impresionante y nos dieron los mejores asientos de la casa! Nuestro día fue realmente especial.

13/03/2025: Servicio extremadamente decepcionante en el salón Lord Mayors para el té de la tarde - nos apresuró a salir por la puerta antes de que nuestro tiempo asignado se terminó quería el pago antes de que termináramos, el personal grosero - cuando lo traje a la atención de los hoteles que lo cepilló - no volverá y era un cliente habitual - el servicio se ha ido cuesta abajo. Es una lástima ya que la comida y la decoración son fabulosas
