Pudzers Café
Dublin
02/04/2026: Abysmal service - went in and ordered 2 sandwiches, after 45 minutes we noticed that the people who arrived after us were being served while we were still waiting. Went in and brought this up with the waitress who responded that it was on its way without actually checking. After highlighting that other people were getting their sandwiches after us, she actually went to check and saw that our docket was missing.
I repeated out order and then 15m later our sandwiches came out, with two pastries as an apology which I thought was a nice gesture. However this was eclipsed by the fact that when I sat down to eat my lunch, one of the sandwiches was the wrong one. Would not return here again.
18/03/2026: We had the peri peri chicken and pulled pork sandwiches, and the chili bean bowl. All tasted really delicious. Ingredients were very fresh. Nothing artificial. Portions were very decent for the price too. Will definitely be back.

02/04/2026: It was a really great experience. We went for the early bird over the weekend and the staff were lovely, especially the manager who really looked after our table. The food was brilliant - pizza was just perfect. We’ll definitely be back, and their early bird deal is very good value for money

J2 Grill & Sushi, menu
Dublin
05/05/2026: Overpriced. I ordered the nigiri omakase for dinner and it was 33€ and only 7 pieces!!! They didn't disclose that on the menu. Not even a miso soup complimentary. It was definitely not enough, and for 33€ I expect at least to be full. The quality of the sushi was ok by Western standards but below average by Japanese standards. The Burger King across the street had double cheeseburgers for 3.5€ and I guess you could buy 10 of those for 7 pieces of sushi here. Would not come back here.
03/04/2026: Wow, wow, wow! A fantastic discovery.
A must stop if you are a sushi fan and visit Dublin.
The staff's attention is excellent, above 10! Friendly, attentive, nice. He welcomed us with a hot tea.
We ordered a second round of food and he gave us two more tempura prawns, since there were 5 of us and the reactions are three units.
The food is of excellent quality and made with love.
We highly recommend it, so hopefully we can come back soon.
Thank you very much for everything! :)

Bracken Court Hotel
Dublin
14/04/2026: This review is for the dining experience:
We booked an "afternoon tea" for two. The set up was absolutely delightful and area that the "afternoon tea" was served in was perfect for dining with two children as space was spacious yet pretty private, so kids had room to move freely and didn't bother anyone.
I would definitely book that area for dining with kids next time again and I must say that hotel staff are definitely very kids friendly.
Everything on the platter was tasty, tea and coffee hot and strong. We had a walk through restaurant and bar and all seemed very clean.
We will definitely be back, with kids as they had a lovely time.
25/03/2026: A very nice hotel, well located near the fishing port (about a five-minute walk) and Ardgillan Castle (three kilometers). The staff were welcoming and genuinely friendly. The room was well laid out and comfortable, as were the bedding and bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and varied, with fried eggs, toast, different types of bread, and a multitude of condiments and fresh produce—there was something for everyone, and plenty of it too. Dinner was different each night, featuring typical dishes, good wine, and a wide selection of beers. The room was cleaned daily and everything was spotless. We took a road trip and visited Dublin, including St. Patrick's Cathedral, Blarney Castle, Kylemore Abbey, Kilkenny, Belfast (including the Titanic Museum), Glendalough Causeway, and other sites I love and that are quintessentially Irish. We had already been to Ireland but in the South West and we were not disappointed either, two stays with countless and very pleasant memories.

The Art of Coffee
Dublin
21/10/2025: Dropped in for lunch and grabbed a sandwich — it was honestly class, really fresh and tasty. Coffee’s always great here too. Staff are sound, and the tall girl with brown hair was especially polite and had a lovely smile. Proper nice spot, definitely one of my favourites around
16/10/2025: Always a great spot for coffee. The team are friendly and the service is quick, even when it’s busy. The girl at the counter always has a nice attitude and keeps the place running smoothly. Great coffee, good people, easy choice every morning.

Corner Note Cafe
Dublin
25/04/2026: Very rude waitresses. I went with 2 friends and one of us didn't want to eat anything just a coffee because the only vegan option was not interesting for her and they said that we all needed to eat a main course even though we were sitting outside and all the tables were empty
19/04/2026: Best place to spend a sunny day in Dalkey. All the staff are so friendly and lovely. We had a fab waiter - Logan . Fantastic fella, had us getting the specials, and some delicious elderflower drink. Food and drink 10/10

Harbour Master Bar & Restaurant
Dublin
13/05/2026: Not expected from the outside, but very nicely and tastefully decorated.
We were seated immediately despite not having a reservation.
Friendly service, quiet atmosphere.
A bit of a shame there was no drinks menu regarding beers and non-alcoholic options. It was difficult for my colleague to choose.
03/05/2026: God music & Guinness. What more do you want.

Amy Austin
Dublin
28/04/2026: The food at Amy Austin would not disappoint, we went with the chefs special, and there was a lot of food and the taste and flavours profiles were amazing. The cocktails are very tasty too. The only complaint was that the dessert didn’t fit very well and overpowered the entire meal at the end.The place is also very tiny and can turn loud once fully packed, nevertheless will be back for more!
27/04/2026: No complaints about the food, service or atmosphere. Jammed on a Saturday night and liked the intimacy of the place but we had an issue with the tasting menu that we both ordered. We were given shared plates which were single portions as opposed to double the size of a single portion if that makes sense?? If I order a tasting menu I expect to get my own plate. If my partner orders the tasting menu she expects to get her own plate. In AA they give 1 plate to share that isn't double the size of a single plate so basically you get less food. How is this right & how is that good value for money?? There's a bit of play acting going on here and we didn't like it. We brought it up with one of the staff and were told that's how the kitchen serves for 2 people. We left hungry!!
