29/10/2024: Best bakery I’ve been to in Europe. Everything is simple, but made perfectly. Service is friendly, drinks are delicious and pastries are flaky.

07/11/2024: Our recent stay at the Fitzwilliam hotel for a family/girls weekend was exceptional. My daughter celebrated a special birthday that was enhanced by everyone we met from the moment we stepped inside the hotel door. The staff, service and food were first class. Our rooms were fabulous and the attention to detail.was second to none. I’ve known the Fitzwilliam hotel for many years and it never fails to impress. Huge thanks to you all for an amazing 5 star stay at your hotel. Mile buiochas.

21/08/2024: I come here very regularly as it enjoys the privilege of a beautiful location but honestly I’ve just had enough of the absolutely awful customer service. There are lots of examples but worst is that they just don’t bother clearing or wiping the tables. Again today i was in the coveted area, had to clear the table and wipe crumbs off the table and seats. Please do better for your loyal customers
