08/09/2025: I am writing to share my disappointment regarding my recent visits to your restaurant. I have always appreciated authentic Indian food and have been a long term guest, but unfortunately my last two experiences were not satisfactory. 1. December visit – The Dal Bukhara I ordered tasted like it had been made with old gravy, with tomatoes seeming fermented, and the Gulab Jamun was not properly prepared. When I raised the issue, the manager’s response was dismissive and impolite. 2. Recent visit – I usually order Rara Gosht, which has always been served as a proper mix of keema and diced lamb pieces (typically 4–5 pieces). This time, however, I was served mostly keema with only two small diced pieces( 22.5 euros). When I raised this point, the manager again contradicted me, insisting that the dish is always keema-only. Not only does this go against both the menu description and my past experience, but the manager’s manner was again unnecessarily impolite and dismissive. I did eventually speak with the owner directly, and I appreciate that she was polite and helped resolve the situation. However, I feel compelled to point out a concerning pattern of food quality and dismissive attitude of the manager. I genuinely like your restaurant and want it to thrive. But food quality has clearly gone down, and the attitude of certain staff members risks alienating loyal guests. I hope you will take this feedback constructively and look into both the consistency of the food being served and the behaviour of your staff. All the best.

05/10/2025: An incredible place to shop and eat. They have a wide variety of bread buns, sweets, frozen fish and meat, some veggies and refrigerated products (rice cakes, kimchi, etc). The restaurant in the back is a 10/10 for authenticity and flavor.

22/09/2025: I ordered the #9 duck with steamed rice. I don’t usually care about bad service, whatever you know… But I got food poisoned from my meal yesterday. Some bad food poisoning, I don’t know how you can poison a meal with roast duck and steamed rice but here we are . It must be just be pure neglect..

29/10/2025: I had a fantastic stay at The Grafton Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the service was exceptional — warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. The room was beautifully designed, spotlessly clean, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making it a truly relaxing experience. The location is ideal too — right in the heart of Dublin, with everything within walking distance. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend The Grafton Hotel to anyone looking for a stylish, comfortable, and well-run place to stay in the city. Can’t wait to return!

03/08/2025: Food options were good and price was reasonable. Nice mix of Japanese and Brazilian dishes. All web based ordering and waiting times were short although we were there when quiet earlier in the evening

02/08/2025: I discovered Wasabi Sushi Bar on Uber Eats this week and have already ordered twice. The sushi is amazing. The picanha is divine. I can't even describe the brigadeiro cake. This is a restaurant I highly recommend! Just try it! ♥️

There is something comforting about seeing a spot take pride in its appearance, and Smaczne To Go gives exactly that impression. What truly stands out, though, is the food itself. 08/09/2025: Went there yesterday with a friend the place was in an absolute state but I thought maybe they were just really busy beforehand. Was met with awful customer service and my açai bowl genuinely tasted like MUCK I will never go back
