The best restaurants in Dublin

26/11/2025: A very nice place with a stunning view of the ancient castle. The food is delicious, homemade in the best sense, and they don't skimp on ingredients. The staff (a girl) is very polite and smiling. We ordered a turkey bagel and a chicken wrap, and we really enjoyed them; they had plenty of filling. The tea is delicious and makes 1.5-2 cups. The prices are reasonable.

04/09/2025: The hotel is located right in the center, very close to all the attractions (all within walking distance). The area is beautiful and lively. The staff is extremely kind and helpful with all our requests. The breakfast is exceptional. If I return to Dublin, I'll definitely stay at the Temple Bar Inn.

27/06/2025: It could be so much better. The young bartender on duty had zero training. He didn't know how to pour a pint. Unacceptable when they charge top dollar for a beer. Also dogs up on the seats, its also unacceptable in a bar serving food.

23/09/2025: The service staff manager was a little rude, and not cooperative, kinda ruined our whole mood of the party of 10 people. The food though was good, especially the starters. Dahi papdi chaat and pav bhaji fondue are a must try. The food was, all in all, good.

22/09/2025: It’s well worth the walk from the city center, as both the food and service are truly outstanding. The only detail that could be improved is the choice of music, which doesn’t quite complement the ornate Indian-style interior.

19/10/2025: It is said you should judge places by how they solve problems. If that is true, this place gets an A+. So it started great, the building is stunning and beautifully presented, the lighting is beautiful, the glass dome over the main area is magnificent. The staff were quick to look after us and the set menu had some nice options. Food was nice and the portions were generous. Then after the mains we were kinda forgotten about, so after 40 mins one of our party went up to the main desk to complain .. Nicely. The response was quick and without excuses, service resumed, apologies offered and we went back to a high standard of service. Would I go back, absolutely.

12/10/2025: The manager of the pub (at least that’s what he said he was) became quite aggressive and even tried to start a fight with me. It was around 7:00 PM, and I was not drunk, first beer of the day. He seemed to think that my friend and I were laughing at someone who had fallen, but we were actually laughing about something completely unrelated. Honestly, I understand that he might have been frustrated or stressed — and I wish him all the best — but I hope he learns to calm down. His behaviour felt dangerous for customers, and I have to admit I was scared.

14/09/2025: The food and the atmosphere was amazing, the staff even prepared a vegan plate with cassava, beans and cabbage for us. It was so delicious!
