21/07/2026: Not a great experience personally I think our group were all not impressed by the service (left waiting over 20 minutes for drinks) (over 1 and a half hours for the food we ordered) and when the food eventually came out it was very unpleasant, I can't say it was inedible, just very lacking in taste. Menu wasn't great either not much selection. We were so disappointed that it would put us off giving O'Dwyers a second chance because I do know restaurants and pub grub can have "off days" So in my personal opinion I would steer clear

Beautifully crafted food, top-tier ingredients, and a delightfully calm atmosphere. A genuinely excellent spot that doesn't compromise on quality or taste. Highly recommended!

26/07/2026: I regularly buy almond and sweet cheese croissants and they are delicious! I bought a chocolate cake two days ago and it delicious as well. What I really liked was that it was not too sweet as standard cakes. I will buy it again. Great bakery!

31/07/2026: Visited your bar near Heuston after getting off the train, and it was a mistake. The guy serving drinks clearly has no business working as a bartender—he belongs behind a döner counter. I ordered a drink, paid, and didn’t tip. The look he gave me was purely hostile and uncalled for. If your staff can’t accept a plain bill without throwing a tantrum, maybe they should switch to serving street food instead of proper drinks. Zero professionalism. Won't be coming back.

18/06/2026: Pleasant clubby room with banquettes and a few low sofas. Good, prompt service and helpful wait staff. Varied menu covers European and other cuisines such as a rich Irish fish chowder, crispy tofu salad with falafel, burgers, large variety of draft beers and Irish whiskies. Very relaxing place.

22/02/2026: The burger was absolutely delicious. It is a meal in itself. Handy you can eat it in the pub. Great price compared to other burgers you get in most places. Loaded fries are cracking.

06/02/2026: Food was tasting fabulous and the guy was very kind! Guy really has a thing for streetfood and knows what hes doing! At the time of my visit he served the food in a pub so there was plenty of space and it was very comfy! The owner said he will return on his own soon, wich i dont think will have any impact on the quality of his food! Would really recommend!

22/06/2026: From an American perspective the entrance was misleading. The lobby is very grand but there was nothing fancy about the room. No AC and only one small fan for our large room. No ventilation for the bathroom. Leaving the windows open broght in air and all the noise. The coffee maker is the most confusing machine I have ever encountered and it made espresso requiring hot water as well. The staff were very quick to provide more supplies as we ruined several trying to figure out the stupid thing. Close to the hop on bus which we used.

31/07/2026: The Birdcage restaurant is gone downhill simple fish and chips so bad one person in our group got decent size fish the rest of us got a sardine. Bought a coffee cake boxed when opened at home was stale wont be back anytime soon
