31/10/2025: I came in to have just a hot chocolate with a friend and leave with a mega smile on my face! An excellent service, the team composed of three Brazilians of an excellent service... the girl at the reception very friendly and polite... I highly recommend the place!

26/10/2025: Food arrived warm not hot. Food was packed good but the meals were an MASSIVE let down!! Everything was either burnt or undercooked and soggy with no real taste of anything. Nothing was edible. Will not be eating here again.

30/06/2025: Ordered 2 breakfast rolls, 5 minutes within ordering my food I rang them to add dietary requirements( it says ring restaurant to add dietary requirements),as there is no option when ordering and was told the order left the shop? Within 5 minutes of ordering food? So firstly not fresh and secondly they wouldn’t let me add my preference said well cancel your order and reorder it? Not happy at all not a good service. If you are ordering food you should be allowed to give dietary requirements. Won’t be ordering again

23/11/2025: Hands down, this is one of my favourite places in Dublin. The restaurant itself is cute and has a great vibe but the food (and Classic Sangria) is what keeps me coming back. I’ve never had a bad meal or bad service here and it’s my go-to place when we have folks in from out of town because I know they’ll have a good experience.

21/10/2025: It was my last lunch in Dublin, and I couldn't have chosen a better place. Everything was fantastic! When I return to Dublin, I'll definitely be back.

30/09/2025: Extremely disappointed. It was amazing little place, we got rolls for so long from them. Last week I decided to grab a bite, price went up. Oh, well! The roll had barely anything in it. It was 90% bread with zero taste. I think it was my last visit.

11/09/2025: If Carlsberg did sandwich bars!!! Nice and clean establishment, friendly staff, very tasty food. I'll defo be back when I'm back in the area. Outdoor seating also.

04/10/2025: Great pub!, it has a lot of history behind it. It's there since I was a child in the 50s, always worth a visit. Staff are so efficient and so friendly.

They even agreed to help me organize a small surprise for my husband's birthday, which meant a lot to us. We received a very warm welcome from the moment we arrived. The hotel is clean, the food is very good, and the location is perfect for exploring the city. The room was lovely, with a superb view from our terrace. We highly recommend this hotel to all travelers visiting Dublin. Keep up the good work: it's so pleasant to be surrounded by such attentive and helpful staff! 11/12/2025: Even though it’s busy most of the time, there’s something oddly calming about browsing here. It’s easy to wander through the floors without feeling pressured. You can take your time with the displays, and the staff never hover, which makes it a genuinely pleasant visit.
