The best restaurants in Dublin

23/10/2025: I haven't been to Brady's since around 2019. However, I'm still writing a review for this place in 2024. Why? They have the best chicken wings I’ve ever eaten! I can't tell you in words how surreal the first night I had these chicken wings was. It was a late night in Ireland, my first time ever being in the country, and outside of the U.S. ever. Me and my family were staying in the area, and had seen good reviews so we decided to stop here after a long day of traveling. I was in a chicken mood for majority of the trip, so every restaurant we’d stopped at I decided to try their wings and see how they held up. The wings here were so much more than I’d been expecting. They were sweet and spicy, however they weren't overpowering and were just enough for me to finish all of them. The wings themselves were so fresh and crunchy as well! It may sound overexaggerated, but I really would fly all the way back to Ireland just to try them again. I’d also ordered some crispy duck as an entrée and it was delicious! So flavorful. As we were leaving, we also spent quite a while talking to our sweet waitress. This restaurant not only has great food, but great atmosphere as well. I encourage everyone in the area to try this restaurant if they already haven’t!

12/10/2025: Had a meal & drinks with friends on Saturday eve. Food was very poor (I ordered the Classic Burger, which was very nice in fairness), my Wife had the Sea Bream from the Specials list and it was really poor. The fish was tasteless, potatoes were oily and very poorly presented, 1/10. My Friend had the Teriaki Chicken, which was truly awful. The chicken was a breaded thin fillet cut into strips (Chicken schnitzel was also on the menu) and some teriaki sauce from a bottle drizzled over it. The rice was in a block, congealed under a warm light, likely for a long time. It was so bad. Service was very good & the lounge staff very friendly and professional. At the end of the night, any punter left in the pub (10 mins after last orders), were very rudely instructed to leave the premises. We might drop back for a pint at some stage, definitely will not spend the evening there and 100% will never purchase food from here again. Disappointing as we've always had a good experience in Bradys, but this was poor form.

02/11/2025: Excellent pizzas!! I highly recommend them, and the staff are very attentive, especially the Spanish-speaking girl; she's an excellent representative of Domino's Pizza Dublin. I'll definitely be back.

26/05/2025: Very happy with our experience here about a month ago. Top quality food and the service was exceptional. We visited with out 8 month old baby who was saying "roar" all the time after visiting the zoo , and the staff members were very kind to him. ❤️

14/06/2025: This used to be a great restaurant. Sadly, it’s now closed. A new place with different owners has taken over the location—it's called Koi Palace.

28/05/2025: Was there for dinner with my son @7pm on a Saturday. Lovely cute place with nice decor. The portions were sizeable and delicious. The staff were both attentive & professional. I would definitely recommend 👌

24/10/2025: The lasagna was absolutely delicious — I loved it! The garlic bread with mozzarella was also very tasty. I wasn’t too fond of the tiramisu; the chocolate sauce on top was a bit unusual, but it was still fresh and light, so worth trying. You’ll be dining with a magnificent view, so come here to treat yourself!

07/11/2025: Yet to eat in but have had their takeaway a number of times. They have a really good menu, portion size is spot and a great GF menu too. Gluten Free and safe for coeliacs, staff are lovely too. Will update when we get to eait in!

31/10/2025: The food was really disappointing. The portion was very small, and the eel seemed like it had been reheated in an oven or microwave multiple times. When it was served, part of it was burnt and hard, but overall it was cold and not fresh at all. There was also a layer floating on top of the water, I’m not sure if it was oil or something else, but it didn’t look clean, and I didn’t dare to drink it.

04/10/2025: This place is deceptively big. The downstairs is a medium sized bar area but still plenty of places to sit. Go upstairs and there is a bigger room with a bar that's right in front of the stairway. To the left of the stairway is another good size area with another bar. I would say that this place could easily accommodate 250+ people. Food was good although delivery was a little disjointed. They need a better system to track who ordered what or give the customer a number that corresponds to the order. Give the food to the bartender and have the bartender call out the number. Maybe have 2 people working the bar to help facilitate flow.

17/10/2025: Got beef burger ...taste like from frozen burger, wasn't happy with it , my friend got overcooked fish too dry . Won't be going there again

05/10/2025: Booked here last week,and was at very short notice,and they were able to accommodate 45-55 people for drinks and mains,I was dealing with Natalie from the start,to see what package suited us,great communication through out,food was lovely,team was totally professional from start to finish, would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for similar events,will be booking in the future,thanks again guys,Ian.

22/10/2025: I contacted Kerala Kitchen in Baggot St in order to place a group order for our office to celebrate Diwali. From the first email to delivery, Simrat looked after us so well! Great communication and excellent customer service. The food was incredibly tasty, arrived at the agreed time, packed so carefully with all our names on it - everything was perfect! Thank you to you Simrat and all the team at Kerala!

26/09/2025: Food was flavourful and filling. Located at a very convenient location and the dining area has amazing views of the street below.

01/11/2025: I was looking forward to getting Griolladh for the first time as I’d heard such brilliant things. I was so disappointed when it arrived. It was tiny & had 1 small piece of limp lettuce. I understand times are tough for everyone in the industry but if you’re paying over a tenner for a sandwich you’d expect a nice full sandwich.
