The best restaurants in Dublin

01/04/2026: I really liked this restaurant. I've eaten a lot of pizza and I'd put this is my top 3, which includes Tango in Killarney and the now-closed Marco's from Midleton. The base, the mozzarella, and the tomato sauce were in perfect proportion. Our waiter was so kind and helpful and the atmosphere was really relaxing and welcoming. The lighting is really well done in this restaurant to create a welcoming space. I'd definitely eat here again.

02/02/2026: Great place to have a nice meal. Service was fast and staff was friendly. Food was delicious. I would definitely come back if in the area. I think 4.1 overall stars don't do them justice. I think if you want American diner experience and tasty food then step inside.

09/03/2026: We visited Milano Pizza in Dun Laoghaire yesterday, 8th March, about 3 pm as a family, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. Here are the main issues we encountered: We arrived with our 1.5‑year‑old child and were seated right beside the door, which was uncomfortable due to constant drafts and people coming in and out. The glasses and cutlery (knives and forks) on the table were not clean, showing visible marks and signs that they had not been washed or dried properly. My wife ordered the Pizza Leggera, and when it arrived, we were surprised to find a large hole in the middle filled with salad. Nobody explained that this is how the dish is served. The base was extremely dry and the overall taste was very poor. I ordered the lasagna, which had almost no beef flavour and was of very poor quality. We decided to leave as soon as possible, but when I tried to pay, the card machine wasn’t working, and we ended up waiting 15 minutes just to complete the payment. After living 13 years in Ireland, this was genuinely one of the worst and most unpleasant dining experiences we’ve ever had.

08/03/2026: Everything was great. Friendly staff , lovely environment. Being a pizza place, we would have preferred hot straight from overn. Pizzas were served lukewarm making sit in experience not worthy. Pasta served was very nice and super hot. 👌 .

22/12/2025: Starter of Ravioli quite small & didnt pack the punch expected. Pasta with Nduja & prawn tasty. Dessert if Tiramisu tasty. Enjoyable evening. Staff attentive

09/12/2025: Perhaps the best Italian restaurant I have been to outside of Italy! Was absolutely blown away by the quality of the food and wine, and amazing, attentive service. The prosciutto and burrata was perfect, and the risotto was one of the best, creamiest risottos I have ever had. Will 100% return on my next trip to Dublin!

13/03/2026: During several of my recent stays,Upon check-in, I had several pieces of luggage, yet some of the older doormen did not come out to assist until I had already carried my bags to the entrance myself. I noticed that some of the older doormen consistently had minimal eye contact or greeting. This occurred not only upon arrival for check-in but also each time I went out or returned to the hotel. Younger staff, however, were proactive and welcoming. I have stayed at many five-star hotels, and this is the first time I have encountered such a lack of arrival service. For a hotel of this level, I would expect all staff to provide a consistently warm and professional welcome. I hope this feedback helps improve the guest experience.

23/02/2026: Went on Pancake Tuesday last week and it was understandably very busy. Staff were really on top of the rush while maintaining professionalism and serving great food in a timely fashion. We love it here and visit regularly. I’m a big fan of the galettes and the kids love a chocolate crepe.

10/12/2025: Kitchen closes at 7.45 so didn't get to eat. Really disappointing - they could make this clearer on their socials.

30/11/2025: While the establishment has a charming aesthetic, its location is quite central and often congested. The interior is very small, and seating may be near patrons waiting in a long queue. ​For those who appreciate subtle flavors and elaborate confections, the offerings may appeal. However, as someone who doesn't favor sweet dishes, rose flavorings (in both tea and cake), or delicate desserts like macarons, the offering wasn't to my personal taste. Despite this, the quality of the cake and tea was good, and the service was sophisticated and attentive.

30/11/2025: Amazing Experience at Ladurée! Just had a lovely time at Ladurée in Dublin with my friend. Patricia, our host, was super friendly and made us feel right at home. She answered all our questions and was just genuinely nice. We tried the croque monsieur and wow—it was so tasty! The food was fresh and really hit the spot. Honestly, all the staff were great, but Patricia stood out and made our visit extra special. Highly recommend this place if you want good vibes and delicious food. Thanks, Patricia!
