16/10/2025: 10/10 experience Glasgow-Dublin My bf and I came to Dublin for 3 nights 4 days. On the last day, we decided to come here for our last stop, and it did not disappoint. Customer service was speedy, flavour of the bubble tea was perfect, swiss roll was delicious! Not too sweet, just like the way us asians like it😋. Joy, the staff at counter gave me a little bag of haribos as a gift! Thank you Joy❤️❤️❤️

21/11/2025: Lovely hotel with nice staff, but it's over priced I believe for the quality of the rooms, TVs without modern smart facilities, etc. I also paid €28 per night for valet parking, but valet really means you just have to queue at reception to give them your key, give them 15mins notice to get your car back and both times I gave notice I was waiting much longer; once because they were busy and had another car to move first (I don't see how that added so much time) and the second time because there was a delivery truck in the bay - it's far too expensive for the service.

04/01/2026: It was fantastic experience spending a day and night in St. Helen's hotel. 2 rooms we got were clean, comfortable and classy. Breakfast in the morning with a fantastic service. Gardens are well maintained even in the winter. Christmas decorations made the place magical and the big Christmas tree in the lobby was stunning. Hotel definitely worth recommending.

11/01/2026: The hotel was very good, with excellent access and a super central location. Estefanía at reception is a lovely girl, truly passionate about her job, always offering full attention to guests and tourists. She is very hardworking and attentive to everything we needed — a truly special person. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

27/11/2025: I came today for lunch for the 1st time and will not return due to the rude lady at the counter with the big lips and short frizzy hair. She wasn’t wearing a uniform so she probably is in charge some how in which I feel sorry for her staff then…food was ok but this lady was giving me rude looks as soon as I walked in and out. No need for it.

29/10/2025: Received poor service, came in with a nearly empty restaurant and 4 tables who came after me were served before me. Waited nearly 40 minutes to be served. Was provided no utensils nor napkins. Had to go get them myself. This is the second time I’ve received poor service here.

29/01/2026: Outstanding culinary delight in intimate seafood restaurant. Had the Chowder soup to start which was off the chart delicious followed by Seared Scallops with Saffron Risotto which was equally good. Sat at the counter and chatted to chefs whilst they cooked. Highly recommend this to anyone who loves seafood. Excellent service and atmosphere.

19/01/2026: Myself and a 3 friends popped in after a long convention day and ordered dinner ! The waiter was so so kind and lovely, I didn't catch his name but he told us he was Malaysian, truly made the evening! Genuinely considering going back just for him! ✨️ Food was lovely and out quick, we all loved it! Lovely quiet and yummy 🙂‍↕️

01/01/2026: Good food and a welcoming atmosphere. The only flaw is the service, which leaves a little to be desired. Slow to serve and clear, giving priority to other customers who arrived later.

02/12/2025: Really great bar service. Beautiful, opulent, spacious bar and lounge with good wine selection and very nice bar food.

31/08/2025: Good pizza, but very expensive - 8 or 9 euros for a small reheated slice of pizza is a lot.Sitting on stool, eating with hands.However, it's in line with the unjustified prices in Temple Bar. I will not go back.

29/08/2025: We were hungry after the bars and this place was open. So we figured, why not? It was actually good food! The pizza is on a Chibatta type dough with really great toppings. Give it a try.
