26/10/2024: Normally a great spot for the foodhall, but I had a very poor experience on the ground floor when I asked about the availability of a product and the response was rude and blunt, almost as if I was bothering them by asking a question, even though I was invited to ask a question, I didn’t interrupt their work. Honestly very very poor customer service!

20/03/2024: Did an online order late at night on the 12th and it arrived really well packaged on the 14th! Would (as always!) recommend. Perfect for Drops yarn and baby yarn, as well as a great selection of needles.

07/11/2024: Recently visited and I agree with the other reviewers. This is a cozy little pub and seems to attract its fair share of locals. The front bar looked charming but that was all full up so I was seated far in the back. The chairs and table are uncomfortable. Case in point, the tables are so small and tightly spaced you can’t even slide a chair underneath because they are wider than the tables. Many folks are sitting at angles as a result. Lots of bench seats, so that doesn’t seem to be a problem for all patrons. As for food, all of it is standard pub fare and executed quite well. Burgers are great along with the onion rings. The fries are chunky and crispy, a perfect combination. Overall, nice little pub and well worth a visit.

02/08/2024: Cannot fault the food they makes their own nachos from tortillas the traditional way! The menu is modified to suit the pallet of the locals I think, but if you want it hotter just let them know and they’ll turn up the heat. The mobile kitchen is very nicely decorated it’s a shame it’s placed behind a wall because the trailer is really very nice (cute cactus by the window adorable). I gave atmosphere 4 because it’s a little tricky evaluating a stand like this. The graveyards don’t help, but they’re making the best of the location, so I can’t fault the commitment to the hustle. The price is fair because the food is really so good, I really can’t fault it, you have to try it!! My favourite is the chicken burrito, and pibil tacos, highly recommend! The pulled pork nachos are good too, for me a little too much pork, but everyone has their own preference. The home made nachos are wonderful. I would love to see a burrito bowl added in the future if possible, but the menu is good considering the limitations of the trailer. What they offer and produce from this mobile kitchen is truly impressive. I’ve seen restaurants so far less with far more. My bf and I get food here most weeks we love it! I highly recommend this place if you like Mexican food. I hope this places grows, because I truly believe in it, it’s great, fresh, tasty foods.

19/04/2024: So so good, we got the veggie quesadilla, 3 tacos (1 beef, 1 chicken, 1 pork) and 1 chips for 2 people and we were stuffed! So delicious and we had more that enough dips to go with it. What a gem in the middle of Balgriffen!

22/10/2024: Orders on deliveroo to my hotel on Stillorgan Rd - food arrived really quickly and was still nice and hot on arrival. Burger was really good as was the fries. If I’m in this part of the world again I would try and stop by in person to have the ultimate fresh burger.

10/10/2024: This Hotel is right in the centre of the pubs, restaurants and shops. Easy to walk to main attractions.

18/12/2023: I order today at 10:22 via uber and never get the meal nor any respond to my mails or refund.. dont rely on big companies when a cancel happened try to reach the customer as the shop. I didnt get any respond from uber and around 4 pm there was not on app that is cancelled still no explanation. Overall poor services.

27/11/2023: If you want a traditional greasy spoon cafe, this ain't it. Some places are Vegan Friendly. I call this place pro-Vegan. I ordered the 50 Shades of Green bowel. What came out was a wobbly wooden bowl with enough fruit for 5 a day for the next fortnight. It had a base of frozen banana, rice milk, spinach, kale & matcha powder. While the toppings were blueberries, pear, pumpkin seeds, brazil nuts & pomegranate seeds. The coffee was comforting and not quite as out there as the snack is. There is a sign on the wall there that reads, "We operate a no laptop policy between the hours of 11am and 2pm as we need our tables for the busy lunch period." Not sure how strictly it is enforced as there was a girl there with her laptop when I arrived between those hours.

01/08/2024: Ex Ballymunners living in Australia and back for a holiday, hunting for a coffee that is as good as the ones in Aus, this place definitely lived up to it. Don’t understand why Irish coffee places can’t do large flat whites but sure the lattes were delicious

05/08/2024: Love this place. Best coffee in the area. And probably the most reasonable too. The owner and the baristas are top quality when it comes to making the coffee. The staff are exceptionally friendly and get to know you very quickly which is a nice touch. I dont have to ask anymore what I want, they just know what I am about to order! Brought some kids in recently as they also do great icecream. Love their bring and take book section too
