22/03/2025: The place has a lovely atmosphere with nice music, and the coffee is very good. The food is tasty, but the portions are extremely small. What really put me off was the serving style—despite dining in, everything came in disposable packaging: plastic forks and spoons, small plastic containers, and even my breakfast was served in a paper cup. For the price, I expected better presentation and a more sustainable approach. It’s just too expensive for such tiny portions in single-use packaging.

21/04/2025: We were here recently in a function room, very spacious and well maintained. Staff on hand in bar for everyone. They also had free tea and coffee which was lovely have a rainy day. Will definitely visit again for a family meal.

The veg thali is not recommended here.
Paneer sabji had a lot of oil.
The quality of food was not up to the mark.
I have had dosa here which is a much better option.

15/02/2025: I didn’t want to give this place a 5 star review because then the secret would be out, but you couldn’t not, the brunches and coffees are DELICIOUS!
It is a dog friendly cafe so if you are allergic to dogs then not the place for you, but otherwise you would be mad not to pop in and treat yourself to brunch and a coffee.

17/02/2025: Had an urgent personal matter come up and noticed hotel with plenty notice and they refused to refund my booking. Said no reason was acceptable to get a refund. Only hotel I've ever encountered refuse to refund. All others if book non refundable through a third party website understand if urgent matters come up and always provide a refund if notice given as they understand things out of people's control can happen. Never dealt with such rude inconsiderate people. Clearly don't care about anyone other than money. Do not book here as if something urgent comes up say goodbye to your money

12/04/2025: Came here after a long drive down the m50 , food was very tasty and hot . The place itself was very clean and staff were very friendly . I was served by a blonde girl at the till who was extremely helpful, she helped me choose a meal . Dissapointed I didn’t catch her name but great customer service regardless

07/04/2025: Bit of a mixed review! The cafe is always busy, which speaks for itself! Great food & coffee! Just wish service was a bit faster & efficient. Feel like it’s very hard to get the staffs attention at times & almost like there’s a lack of urgency even when it’s really busy. A great place overall

27/11/2024: Moore Street Mall is a mall that offers most of what you would expect - from shops to eateries. For those who like to shop, it is certainly a nice place, but for me, who is not a big fan of malls, it feels quite average. The atmosphere is okay, but nothing that stands out.
A visit might be worth it if you have a specific business, but not something I would go back to without reason.

27/03/2025: My mom and I visited the café today and ordered the pistachio croissants. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the experience. The tables were dirty and sticky, which made our visit less enjoyable. Additionally, while the cream in the croissant was good, the pastry itself didn’t taste fresh.
I truly appreciate supporting local businesses and understand the challenges of maintaining quality, but I believe attention to cleanliness and product freshness is essential for a great customer experience. I hope you can take this feedback into account.
