04/12/2025: Am done with here. Work locally, just waited 25 mins for a takeaway toasted sandwich. When I asked for a refund they realised they hadn’t put the order in. Staff too busy having the craic behind the counter. Got one thrown in a bag and handed to me. Burnt Oat milk latte pathetic- flat and half filled At €16.65 for the two it’s a complete rip off- too many other offerings in the area. Won’t be back. Ruined my lunch break and my appetite

31/01/2026: I stopped in here for a quick pint but as soon as i walked in the door the staff made me feel at home , great service , good banter and when i got my food it was delicious , ordered an Irish stew , one of the best i had ( (mammy's excluded ) dont tell her . Here is a place Definitly worth checking

04/01/2026: Great for big groups. I’m an American tourist here for my last night in Dublin and this place did not disappoint. Came in around 5:30 for dinner with my family of nine. No one was upstairs so we went on up. Shortly after getting settled in the bartender took our drink orders and promptly returned with them. Took our food orders and the kids played chess. It smelled a slightly musty and the lighting is appropriately dim. Food came out in a very timely manner and I must say it was absolutely fantastic. Best meal some of us have had in ten days of traveling. Beef stew was cooked and flavored to perfection. No fat or anything poor quality. The best! Sweet potato fries and Bangers and Mash were awesome. Mac and cheeses were a hit with the kids. Thank you for taking such great care of us. Guiness was spot on too!

28/09/2025: A coffee shop where you can drink coffee and have a quick snack. The price is lower than in authentic places, but the assortment is also ordinary. We didn't have to wait. The coffee is acceptable.

04/12/2025: Milk Issues!! Used to love going here for a coffee then a relaxing walk on the beach but not anymore. The number of times, usually after 12 on a Saturday or Sunday, there’s been a chalkboard sign on display saying ‘No Milk’ is becoming frustrating. I appreciate running a business is tough, managing the flow and ebb of customer demand, but I prefer my coffee with milk, not oat or soy alternatives. How can they seem to consistently run out of milk, regularly.You’d think that would be a low tide for a coffee shop. Love the people, the service and the coffee when I’m lucky enough to get one. Unfortunately, the ‘No Milk’ issue is leaving a sour taste in my mouth. Please sort it out and then I’ll be back.

19/10/2025: Had an awesome night at Jackies in Dublin. Good music and the drinks and food were fantastic. Big shoutout to Danielle, she kept our glasses full the whole time and even after our booked slot ended, she hustled to find us a nice spot. Really nice girl, made the night one to remember.

14/10/2025: Incredible pub with a great theme and atmosphere. Conor is an incredible bartender and a huge asset to the team. Great cocktails and service all night.

22/01/2026: A small, tranquil space that only fits a few guests — and it’s fully booked most days for good reason! The staff are warm, and the food is delicious from start to finish. I highly recommend the Dahi ka Puchka, Mango Prawn Curry, and Achari Baingan. I’ll definitely be back soon! P.S. they don't have baby changing Station if you are going with a young child.

14/01/2026: Everything was good. But the fillet steak was amazing. I had picanha which was good, but my husband's fillet was perfect. The barbecue wood fire really makes a difference in the taste. The starters were also very tasty especially the risotto with duck.

06/11/2025: Cocktails were the only good part of this dining experience was rushed by staff to order and our waitress was incredibly passive aggressive the atmosphere was acceptable but they were playing pop music that no way fit the vibe I ordered the chicken burger and truffle and Parmesan fries the burger was wet and soggy at the bottom and the fries didnt have much flavour or Parmesan overall I wouldn’t come here again

18/08/2025: Amazing!!! We were here three evenings ensuite. And the best was the singer today (name??) Thanx for the Guinness. Espacially the two ladies behind the bar!! Incredible!! How fast they work and at the same time so relaxed, even singing and dancing during pressing the beer. Sorry for my horrible english- greetings from Ilka and Peter from Berlin/Germany

15/08/2025: 1 of the best places in Dublin City to enjoy not just the fantastic Creamy Guinness along with other drinks. But Carla and staff go really beyond what is expected. Local people are extremely friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend this place as since in Dublin it's very difficult to find a better place.

24/07/2025: So *this* is what proper fish n chips is supposed to taste like. I've never been the biggest fan of the dish, disappointed numerous times, but this is a rare instance that the internet overlords of 'must visit' places is actually correct. I tried to do a walk-in when they opened, but they were already booked for the afternoon. Luckily, the nice young lady offered an evening reservation, which I took. It ended up being quite relaxed and not crowded at about 17:00, so I was happy I took this option. The haddock was about as perfect as I imagine fish n chips should be. The chips were quite good as well. And the tartare sauce is like opium. Had to get an extra heap of the stuff (it costs quite a bit extra). Friendly staff... not a cheap outing, but well well worth it over that other Dublin chain restaurant that will remain nameless.
