16/08/2025: I met a friend here because it's a short walk for her from the car park as she uses crutches. It is a very busy place and it is a little tricky for my electric wheelchair but staff are very friendly and helpful.

04/10/2025: Stopped into The Horse Show House for a quick bite during a break from the RDS and went for the soup and sandwich combo it was perfect. The food came out quickly, was piping hot, and tasted amazing. The staff were super friendly and welcoming, making it a really pleasant stop. Great service and great food highly recommend!

Overall, we highly recommend you to visit to both the Morrison Grill and Quay 14 Bar. 05/10/2025: Gay couple denied seating in Dining room, shunted to bar by hostess citing “it’s all reserved”. Nonsense.

27/06/2025: It could be so much better. The young bartender on duty had zero training. He didn't know how to pour a pint. Unacceptable when they charge top dollar for a beer. Also dogs up on the seats, its also unacceptable in a bar serving food.

03/10/2025: This is honestly a very good establishment. Not speaking English, the owner of the salon read my daughter's messages on my phone so I could have my coffee. He is very helpful and kind. I recommend this establishment. Thank you for everything.

19/09/2025: The cafe is lovely but it has the rudest staff. I go there often and I never had a pleasant encounter. They ignore customers, roll their eyes, and are generally acting odd/full of themselves. very odd vibes from the staff, but the cafe itself and the food is good.

04/11/2025: May 9/25 My husband and I and two friends went to Europe for my 50th and my husbands 60th. Ireland was on our bucket list and we couldn’t visit Dublin without stopping for a visit in Connor McGregor’s pub. Food was outstanding, the local singer was so charming, the service was on point and they even accommodated an earlier seating because we got to town early. We got to wear Connor’s championship belt!!! Apparently, Connor is there quite a bit but he was away on vacation. We weren’t lucky enough to run into him but it was a night to remember. A must visit.

03/11/2025: We had the pleasure of visiting this place on our recent visit to dublin. We have never received such a welcoming and very friendly service. Im a big conor mcgregor fan so i had to see this place, was a real shame i never got to meet him but what a brilliant experience. The food was 10 out of 10, our steaks were cooked to perfection and the dessert was delicious. Also the proper twelve whiskey apple flavour was special! We want to say a big thanks to all the workers/security doormen there that saturday night 1st november 2025 who made it extra special for us. Highly recommend you all to visit the black forge inn! 🙏🏽❤️
