24/08/2025: 🍔Burger 5/10 | 🍟 Fries 3/10 🍔Burger + fresh buns + burger was not too oily - burger was served a bit too warm - strong taste of bacon, which wasn’t adding a good taste - cheese was not felt + big pieces of meat, well done - no special taste in the burger - burger was rather dry 🍟Fries - basic fries - no special taste - no dressing included

28/09/2025: Service very bad manger was very rude food took 2 half hour they forgot the rice would t order from there had to return the food because it was cold

20/09/2025: Yesterday I placed an order at this store, I don't know about his name but the person who took my order was rude. I've never experienced this before, but I felt strongly ignored which made me very uncomfortable. Why would you ignore a customer while taking their order? Was it because I looked younger than you? It was the worst experience in Ireland

23/08/2025: Ordered a delivery an it was cancelled because of a concert saying road is blocked but it’s not google maps is saying it’s 10mins drive from us never in my life heard the likes of this before and they owe us food that we got charged for a never received!! Joke

10/08/2025: We had dinner here. There's no place to sit, so you have to stand to eat. The pizzas are delicious and worth the wait. The prices are reasonable.

09/09/2025: Great location with a lovely outdoor seating area… when it’s not under the rule of the militant barista who runs it like Fort Knox. She’s Starbucks’ gold champion for fastest patio closure 2025 and presumably training hard for the 2026 title. One moment you’re enjoying your €6 flat white, the next the chair is whisked from under you and you’ve been displaced. The only time I’ve ever seen true light in her eyes is when she’s evicting people who have just bought their coffee. She’ll shut the patio down a full hour (sometimes an hour and a half) before close. Today, she even started cleaning an hour early, I assume she got her floggings in ahead of schedule to be so “gracious.” Now she’s advanced to closing off indoor seating too, packing up the front chairs like some caffeinated drill sergeant. There’s no stopping her. She must be stopped. Frankly, this is worse than Starbucks’ political affiliations. And when you’ve finally been booted out? She parades the chairs and tables in front of you with a possessed look of victory. Evil is afoot in Dún Laoghaire Starbucks.

26/08/2025: There is a thing called “observing consistent decline of quality” “seeing pathetic service” etc etc I’ve been such a regularly ordering customer through online platforms and it started off with great tight packaging with no drop spilling, but now, now it’s as filthy, leaking and wrecked orders - also, I don’t know why on earth - Starbucks is weirdly using a plain brown, weak packaging rather the Starbucks’s very own printed strong bags! Alarming, isn’t it! See the photo I’m uploading how pathetic it’s becoming now - you think the money we give you comes freely?

19/10/2025: Grease! The floors throughout the whole restaurant are like an ice skating rink, disgusting with how greasy they are, people slipping everywhere. Their solution is the constantly have wet floor sign up. The trays are greasy, the bathrooms are ancient and also greasy

28/08/2025: Lunch was very good and very expensiv too..As the price at cash doesn't match what show on the board (16.95 instead of 8.95 for one plate with Soup...as soup was 3.95 extra.... Ask for pricing before taking anything....

11/10/2025: We got a burrito and a burrito bowl and both were fabulous! Good price for a LARGE portions. Friendly staff and good atmosphere!

06/09/2025: The staff is very friendly. The bathrooms are very clean, the space is large and I eat and the food is very delicious cheap to be in Dublin, since I come from Spain. I recommend that if you are passing through Dublin you have the opportunity to have lunch there.

25/07/2025: I've been to this café a couple of times and had a great time! The hot chocolate and pastry selection were delicious! I especially thank barista David, who made me feel at home. I highly recommend this place for a great breakfast before a class or exam!

29/05/2025: Probably the nicest coffee shop on UCD campus opening to the public. Coffee is decent & cakes/pastries above average. Good spot for UCD visitors to take a coffee break.

08/08/2025: Manager Vilma needs to be fired. I seen her screaming at a women with her child over the lady asking to use the bathroom. Going from 0-10 over very trivial matters, zero professionalism, extremely aggressive. I told her that woman was with her child and she smirked. Disgusting I’ve never seen a manager behave like this in any of the other chains. The fact that they keep her on says a lot. I feel sorry for the staff there god knows how she treats them.

15/07/2025: It's great for meet-ups and popping in for quick coffee fix

12/10/2025: We visited after a long walk in the Wicklow Mountains and had a really lovely experience. The welcome was warm and friendly, and the food was exceptional. While a few dishes on the menu weren’t available, the alternatives offered were excellent. The three-course menu at €36 was great value for the quality we received. I was pleasantly surprised, and despite reading some mixed reviews, our experience was truly positive. I’ll definitely be back and would happily recommend it to others.

03/10/2025: We had a truly delicious meal and lovely experience this evening. It was my mother’s 80th birthday and we wanted something special but affordable and that is what we got. We could have had an early bird menu which is super but decided in the A laCarte as we wanted the Dover sole which was superb. The service was great and it was a lovely ambiance with linen tablecloths, fire and French music and impeccable service - just enough attention without being intrusive or pushy. Overall ,a really lovely evening. I can’t understand why it isn’t heaving - maybe people think it is going to be expensive but it isn’t, it’s good value. Thank you.

02/08/2025: The bao buns are a hit every time. The bowls are so flavorful. Last time we ended up ordering a repeat of a dish it was so good. Love this place.

07/09/2025: I ordered cheeseburger and fries and also McChicken sandwich. The chicken was a processed damp slice of processed puss, it was ouzzing with juice and bland burger shell with long life lettuce. It was far from chicken! It was tossed in a bag which took 15 minutes waiting and vanilla milkshakes left to melt in stale atmosphere at €4.20 a pop! In the interim of waiting several Just Eat men came in and out and plonked their grey discolored bike bags stuffing clients food in while at the same time ordering food over the same counter, these bike bags are wet oily bags coated in road oil and dirt. Serious hygiene issue going on here. The tables downstairs were not clean with food debris left thru out and not a cleaner in sight! My God ..McDonald's have gone down hill, I won't be entertaining them for a while.
