27/06/2026: Manager here is very odd. Possibly the rudest experience I’ve ever had in a pub. I’ve a few tattoos, think that might’ve been why, that’s blackrock for you. The place across the road the exact same. I see a lot of other reviews here with the same thing, manager telling people to leave because “other people are waiting for a seat” even though we’re literally paying for pints. Really really odd place. Don’t recommend. Energy here is absolutely horrible, surprised to see any decent reviews at all.

27/06/2026: Don't know what's happened to Silvio's nutgrove was ordering for years 😕 fish is horrible kebabs are frozen don't order them and when you ask for extra salt and vinegar you don't get it delivery is terrible food was cold so many times just gave up on this place

19/07/2026: was told only toasties at 10:30am when coming in for cooked food. Menu states all day brunch. There are other people with cooked food. The tables are filthy too. Would not recommend

27/06/2026: Went for some breakfast. Had avacado on sourdough with two "poached" eggs. Felt like the avacado was from a tub, quite processed. Eggs seemed to be reheated in a microwave, when I cut into one it "popped" sending hot egg all over my hand. Yolk was completely cooked throughout, generally thought poached were a little runny. Bit disappointed tbh.

15/06/2026: The menu stated that the lemonade cost €5.95, but I was charged €6.70 instead. Charging customers more than the advertised price is extremely misleading and feels like a scam. If prices have changed, they should update the menu instead of surprising customers at the register. Very poor business practice. I’m wondering how much is then a medium or large lemonade, 10 euro??

20/05/2026: I ordered an iced fudge hot chocolate for nearly a whopping €7(medium).There was soo much ice and barely any drink and the drink that was actually in the cup was watery because if the amount of ice 🧊.I expect better and I would appreciate a refund asap😡

15/11/2025: I still don’t understand why you need to order at the door and then grab a table while they have many waiters that can take the order. Restaurant and food is great but just ordering at the counter and getting a paper number seems a bit cheap compared to the price of food you pay.

01/07/2026: It’s disgusting that the staff here constantly delete reviews so I need to keep doing this so people avoid the place. I ordered a few months back and when my food arrived the delivery driver was screaming down the phone at me to come outside. My wife and child were terrified immediately, and I went outside and couldn’t see him. He rang again screaming at me, but I could now see him at the wrong door. I think he was panicking because he was parked above? I’m not sure. However he seemed really aggressive and his English wasn’t amazing. I rang Jamaal , they apologised and told me to ring the following day to speak to the manager. I did that, and the guy lied to me and said no manager was there. I was fuming because we had a huge , thuggish delivery driver screaming aggressively at me down the phone and scaring my family , why would Jamaal tell me to ring for the manager? When I said I’ll just leave a few bad reviews if an apology (all I wanted at the time) wasn’t given, the guy then said he WAS the manager and started shouting threateningly down the phone. The food is actually grand for when you’re hammered and you don’t mind eating greasy slop, and I used to enjoy it. I’ve gotten as many people as possible in Inchicore to never go there since the aggressive delivery man came and the manager berated me over the phone and I’ll continue doing so. If you want good food, rascals or even golden spoon , really nice staff there instead

09/04/2026: I ordered a doner kebab from Jamaal 5 in 1 Takeaway and the experience was very disappointing. The kebab was not good at all. It was cold and felt like it had only been slightly reheated rather than freshly cooked. The meat tasted as if it wasn’t properly cooked, which immediately put me off. The overall taste was poor and not something I would want again. The toppings were extremely limited. There was hardly anything apart from lettuce and some sauce. For a doner kebab, you expect at least a few more options or a better mix, but this felt very basic and incomplete. It was a takeaway order, and even basic things were missed. The staff forgot to add napkins or tissues, and on top of that, there was no cutlery either. It almost felt like they expected the food to magically reach my mouth once I opened the packet. Maybe he is a magician in his own shop, but in reality the food quality does not support that idea. Prices are cheap, but I also noticed the kitchen and it did not look standardized or very reassuring. The staff were rude, lacked etiquette, showed no politeness, and avoided eye contact. The overall atmosphere felt uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place at all.

28/06/2026: Had the A7 combo deal, mush in a tray no flavour rubbery chicken, chicken balls arrived plain, which are suppose to be salt & chilli, curry sauce thick sloppy & cold, waste of money, won't be ordering from here again.

02/07/2026: Large selection. Good food & friendly staff. They use all the apps like just eat and have their own app that's better. There's not much more to say.

17/04/2026: I’m a support worker and recently visited McDonald’s Artane with the people I support. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and proactive. They were very attentive to the people I support, and I observed the same level of care and attention given to other customers as well.

26/02/2026: Pictures speak louder than words. That sorry looking object was a QTR pounder with cheese. No onions again, Maybe that is a cost saving measure. Ate some of it and threw it away. Very very bad. That's my last McDonald's.

14/07/2026: Nice big mcdonalds Plenty of seating. Good car parking spaces outside. Can be very busy at times especially late in the evening/ night time.

03/02/2026: No seats, up stairs is always closed. No where to sit.

11/01/2026: Drive through is yar only man. Simple , quick and good value. The service is always top notch.
