The best restaurants in Dublin

20/05/2025: I had the most amazing lunch here. From go, Jess and her colleagues offered a welcoming afternoon. Each course was phenomenal. The halibut was out of this 🌎... The 🍷 list is great. And I received excellent pointers at every turn. An added bonus is you can watch activity in town unfold though the windows. I can't wait to return!!

16/05/2025: I chose 44€ for the 3 courses which is a reasonable price for high quality ingredients from michelin recommended restaurant. The temperature was perfect, and the seafood and pasta were cooked just right—nice and even. The host was really good and accommodating.

01/05/2025: A positive surprise, given the modest external appearance. My friend and I enjoyed a good dinner there, with attentive and professional service by the waitress serving us and other staff. We had several vegetarian dishes and all tasted well, so I can guarantee the place for vegetarians. For vegans, there are a few options too. Details: My friend suggested we get the olives; now... I LOVE good olives and often get excellent ones. I rarely order such appraisers since in many restaurants the olives served are same or less than the ones I regularly buy, so why bother. In this case, I was positively surprised both by the quantity and quality of the olives served. We enjoyed the Mushroom & Gorgonzola Arancini as we did the Mushroom Panzerotti, which was very tasty. Lastly, the Buffalina was just what we wanted: fairly simple, thin-crested pizza with specific accurate taste. The only (small) complaint I'd have is with the wine list: the Italian wine we initially chose wasn't available so we 'had to' with a more expensive one, which we did enjoy. All in all: a place to return to for either lunch or dinner.

28/04/2025: Lovely food at this truly Authentic Italian restaurant with a great choice of dishes not all listed here. The staff are exceptionally friendly and efficient. Never disappoints.

03/05/2025: I’m gonna start with this key point first, my lady NEVER eats out more than two times a month and we ate here three times in a week. Aside from that the food was amazing and priced fair, the service was very professional and attentive. The atmosphere is an open airy casual vibe. Mad Egg Is the GEM of Dublin

28/04/2025: Reservado Hugo's por consejo de amigos, luego leí algunas de las críticas y todo lo que puedo decir aquí es, si la Leona en hugo's defendió su restaurante con tanto vigor no puede ser malo y no lo fue. 04/05/2025: Myself and my husband are total beginners and we felt immediately at ease with Abel and Naomi. Abel explains everything very clearly with humour and patience. We enjoyed our lesson very much.

17/05/2025: Etto has long been one of my absolute favorites. Had an outstanding family dinner there last night. Brilliant service from Miranda. Everything was delicious but suppli, mussels, sharing ribeye and Iberico Presa were standouts. Prunes a must. Wonderful.

15/05/2025: The service was amazing and the food just so spot on. We had the mussels which were likely the best mussels I have ever had. We shared the demonico and added the specialty salad. Service was delightful and Etto did not disappoint!!

05/05/2025: This place is an absolute hidden gem. It serves the most delicious Italian food, made from fresh ingredients and prepared to perfection. Prices are reasonable, service is stunning, and the setting is cozy—it's impossible to flaw this place on anything! 100% recommend it & most definitely will be back soon!

22/05/2025: Six minute walk from Temple Bar area, traditional Irish pub, friendly atmosphere, good food, nice pints, traditional music after 7 PM…highly recommend.

09/05/2025: Totally delicious meal. The special starter of foie gras and duck terrine was phenomenal, and the steak frites hit the spot perfectly. Great wine selection. Staff could have been a bit less pushy on dessert/coffee but it was a weeknight and I understand the guys wanna head home. The table next to us kept taking out their phone torches to read the menu and it often disturbed my mum, catching her eyes as we were eating our meal. Perhaps you could have small standing battery charged reading lamps to offer just while reading the menus and taking them away once the order has been taken.

24/05/2025: Fantastic old pub that made you feel as though you were part of the neighborhood when you stopped in even though you live across the ocean from them. Great food, service, and atmosphere. Loved it!

22/05/2025: What a great place for dinner. I was visiting Dublin with my mom and this place is a local's pub, not full of tourists. Their fish and chips were delicious as was the Guinness stew. The Wild cider was excellent. Our waitress, Jill, was super busy, but still did a great job.
