Paulie's Pizza
Dublin
17/01/2026: Wow! What a let down. What started off as a lovely warm reception turned into a nightmareish ordeal. Can't fault the pizzas they were 10/10. How we were treated as paying customers I will never forget..10 minutes after our order our pizzas were slapped down in front of us..20 minutes later asked if we wanted dessert, we rejected the desserts as we had half a bottle of wine to get through. 10minutes later the bill was shoved in our faces and we were told we can relax for 15mins but must leave. On the button the bar boy came out grabbed our bottle of wine and asked us to hurry up we need to clear the table and poured the wine on the table missing the glass. No apology , picked up the glass and continued to pour while telling us to drink quickly the next guests are waiting..the restaurant was not full..nobody was waiting..and another waiter came over and ushed us out . 1.5 hours is all you're allowed here apparently.
If seated upstairs be aware that the staff do not respect the customers as they roar at each other and blare Kaiser chiefs and red hot chili peppers and treat their workplace as if they have their mates over in their parents house while they're away. Will not return to this poorly run kip
02/01/2026: Cannot fault the food or the staff. Lovely experience. Book well in advance. Very popular spot. A pint in Slattery’s across the road before or after recommended.

Mamó
Dublin
16/01/2026: Wow, where do I even start! From the minute we walked in, we were blown away. We were there for a private event and the staff were absolutely sensational at catering for everyone!
We had canapé’s during a champagne reception and they were fantastic! The haggis in particular was exceptional!
Starters were a shared dining experience for the group. I only had the beef tartare (as I’ve a fish allergy) and my husband and I are still talking about it 2 days later!
For main we had the Hogget & Beef shortrib. Both were absolutely fantastic and the attention to detail on all ingredients was superb.
For dessert, we had the Tiramisu & the tart. The tart was lovely and the flavours were all so complimentary. The tiramisu was wonderful, the hojicha giving it such a different twist which made it very refreshing.
We had the guest chef, Kyle Vaughan, and it was just such a wonderful experience. It’s no wonder that Mamó won Best Restaurant in Dublin at the 2025 Food&Wine Awards! This little gem is one not to be missed!
13/01/2026: We had an absolutely stunning evening at Mamó for my birthday last night. The food was delicious and the staff were attentive and friendly. They were also very knowledgable regarding all the dishes on the menu. Would highly recommend visiting for a meal, and it’s perfect to celebrate a special occasion.

Glovers Alley
Dublin
27/01/2026: Glover’s Alley was the perfect way to start our Dublin trip. We stopped in for lunch straight off a long haul flight and it could not have been a better introduction to the city.
We chose the chef’s secret tasting menu which was four courses and asked the sommelier to guide us with wine pairings. Every recommendation was spot on and elevated the meal without overpowering it. The service throughout was truly stellar. We were celebrating a birthday and the team went above and beyond with a handwritten birthday card and a gift of chocolates, which was incredibly thoughtful and unexpected. Little details really stood out, like our water glasses being consistently topped off and the bread service. Instead of leaving bread on the table, they brought out fresh hot bread throughout the meal, which kept it warm and made it feel intentional rather than an afterthought.
The ambiance was calm and soothing, ideal when you are tired from travel, with tasteful decor and a great central location. As for the food, every single dish was perfectly executed. The standout for us was the lamb prepared three ways, shoulder, belly, and loin. Each cut was distinct, beautifully cooked, and showcased real technical skill and restraint.
Overall, Glover’s Alley delivered on every level, food, service, and atmosphere. It set the tone for our entire trip and is a place we would happily return to and highly recommend to anyone visiting Dublin.
15/01/2026: This is a Michelin-star restaurant, but unlike many others, the staff don’t make you feel overwhelmed or intimidated. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, and the food was delicious. Prices are also not overly expensive for a Michelin-star restaurant, which was a pleasant surprise.

Masala Kitchen Indian Catering
Dublin
20/01/2026: Lovely food and service. Booked a catering for 30 people. The food was really delicious, everyone liked it very much. And the quantity was good as well. I really liked the service, the utensils were also provided by Vishal to heat the food. I have a very good experience with the food and service, will recommend it for sure.
18/01/2026: We ordered for 18 people, the 19eu menu with a mix of veg and non veg varieties, it was worth the price. Vishal is very easy to communicate and professional all through the process.
Delicious food with decent amount and a variety of options. The dessert Rasamalai is the highlight of all, malai Kofta is yum.
Thanks Vishal and team for all your work. Highly recommended for excellent variety of Indian food.

The Vintage Kitchen
Dublin
19/01/2026: This is BY FAR the best meal we’ve had in Dublin and honestly in many cities regardless of country or continent. The chowder was robust, complex and flavorful without the use of crab and lobster which most places lean on for flavor - I could literally have bathed in It. We also got the short rib and sea bass- Each dish was thoughtful, well seasoned and genuinely made you want to come back for more. If I find myself in Dublin again there is no question where my first meal will be. There are several Michelin recommendations in the area but they have nothing on this place - do yourself a favor and get your reservation now - I feel certain you won’t be disappointed. Chef Sean Drugan if not a legend already is certainly one in the making
14/01/2026: The mussels were outstanding, the short ribs were fork tender and slid right off the bone. The sea bass was excellent as well. The chocolate cake for dessert was magnificent. Great work guys!

Oscars Cafe Bar
Dublin
04/02/2026: A really good restraunt/bar. The food is one of the best I've ever had. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the bathrooms are a mess.
31/01/2026: Really nice and friendly staff, the food was absolute phenomenal, best eggs benedict i’ve ever had.
