The Vintage Room
Dublin
28/11/2025: I didn’t have any food so I can’t comment, however staff is really friendly and accommodating. I was here on a Friday and the vibe and people in the pub where great, I would recommend for drinks definitely. The pints are class and good price.
08/10/2025: Lovely pub on the N81 after Tallaght.
Plenty of space to park, clean place, nice staff and lovely food.
I went there for lunch with my 4 year old and my partner, the fish and chips and chicken wings were lovely.
The batter of the fish was light and crispy, the chips were perfectly cooked ( something you dont always find! )
I would go back to try other food on the menu.

House of Read
Dublin
22/12/2025: Cute teahouse with the sweetest waiter. Be sure to try the sausage rolls with relish.
05/12/2025: I have passed by this chocolatier’s many times . That changed yesterday. The layout inside is a feast for the eyes , so many beautiful chocolate creations inside . The man serving us yesterday was so friendly . We had a hot chocolate and an americano and had to try the cakes. So picked up a rocky road and a chocolate caramel shortcake. Have to say everything was outstanding. Fell in love with the place. You seriously need to give this beautiful place a visit. I know my hot chocolate and this was one of the best.

Flower & Bean
Dublin
02/12/2025: Wow this is a little hidden gem :) It is in a little random place but once you find it, it is a cozy and warm place to be! Great for kids and the food... is one of the best bang for buck deals in Dublin!!
27/11/2025: This place is gorgeous. The food is carefully sourced, well made and fairly priced, but above all delicious. Sitting by the window with a coffee in an enamel cup is a singular joy. I have noticed it is really family friendly also. The owners have created something really special here.

Shack Restaurant
Dublin
13/01/2026: Pleasant atmosphere, super attentive staff (in our case Elisa a 10!), good, quality food, and reasonable price/quantity! To be repeated!
11/01/2026: Tasty traditional Irish food in a cozy setting. Tables are close together and decor is traditional. Service was friendly and relatively quick. We ate an early dinner without a reservation and were seated in 10 minutes.

Saba
Dublin
23/01/2026: Sophie our server was amazing thanks so much.
08/01/2026: I celebrated my birthday at Saba yesterday and found the experience disappointing. I’m not someone who complains usually, but I really think my honest review is needed here. The service was very poor. The person who took us to our table didn’t give us a welcome or anything- rather he just said over his shoulder “can you wait a minute” when we arrived which was strange since the restaurant was empty so it’s not like he was busy. He barely gave us a chance to explain that I had a reservation booked before he started listing the specials etc. The waiters barely gave us any attention even though they walked past they didn’t look at us, and took a while to take our orders, never checked on us to make sure we’re okay or anything. In fact, I had to get up and go to the counter to get the bill as we were being ignored. The waiter also made a face when we said we were paying separately even though this is quite normal for a group of friends. I didnt like that I had to pay a mandatory service charge although the service was very poor, inattentive and not friendly . Also I had mentioned it is a birthday celebration when booking- but there was no free little treat included, which always was in many other restaurants. The food was not great too- the pad Thai was not fresh and the egg was burnt which two of my friends were dissapointed by. It’s a shame since when I was there in 2024 both the service and food was good which is why I chose this place, but I would never recommend this to others now. The quality has really gone down.

The Saucy Cow Vegan Food Temple Bar
Dublin
04/01/2026: We ordered two burgers and some fries to share. The fries were tasty but a bit spicy and hot. We ordered the ones with lettuce, pickles, and veggie patty, but there was very little meat, hardly any at all. I quite liked my "chicken" burger, except for the buffalo sauce, which was incredibly hot. I had to remove one of the bun halves because I can't handle spice and I didn't like it at all. I asked the waiter to add a slice of cheese to my burger because none of the "chicken" burgers include cheese. The other burger was a double "meat" smash, very tasty but nothing special compared to others we've tried. Overall, we liked the place and the food was good, that's undeniable, but we've had better veggie options. Even so, we liked it and would go back, but we'd try other choices. What we liked least was that it was very cold inside, and also that the burger didn't come with its own fries.
03/01/2026: food was incredibely good and so many choices! meat alternatives were authentic. but the restaurant door couldn't fully close so it was cold inside

Industry & Co - Home
Dublin
18/09/2025: Love, love, love these stores, both on a personal level and also from working with them via our brand Scribble & Stone. Vanessa and Marcus have done amazing work bringing the most gorgeous curated collections to Dublin across homewares, childrens and lifestyle gifting. Go and visit the 3 Dublin stores and the rest of the Drury street area for a real taste of Dublin and an all around lovely experience. Indie retail is becoming scarcer and scarcer in Ireland and globally so we really need to support these gems that make a visit to a city special and that in turn support other indie, local brands too.
02/09/2025: The hot chocolate was just not good

Glas
Dublin
12/01/2026: Best dinner I had in Ireland. We did not take any pictures because we were enjoying ourselves to remember! Staff were so helpful navigating several allergies. The food was delicious and the combinations of ingredients were so fun and different. This was a bit of a late addition to our itinerary and I'm so glad we went!
09/01/2026: We loved everything about the restaurant from the decor to the atmosphere to the service to the food. The food was really creative and bursting with flavour, as were their mocktails.

Boco
Dublin
12/01/2026: Nice atmosphere, friendly staff, but the gluten-free pizza is a hate crime.
Visited here recently with friends. The beer was great and the staff where lovely and accommodating. Unfortunately, the kitchen seems to have a personal vendetta against Coeliacs. I'm always grateful to be catered to, and have low standards (by necessity) but the weirdly inedible, flavourless, and barely cooked gluten-free pizza sent me into an existential crisis. I didn't have the heart to complain in person because the staff were so nice, so I’m leaving this here as a public service announcement: Go for the atmosphere, stay for the drinks, avoid the GF pizza like the plague.
08/01/2026: Solid favourite, consistently great food & service. 😊
