20/07/2026: Lovely food! Tawa chicken had amazing taste to it and spice!

13/07/2026: I am very disappointed with my experience at Zaika Restaurant. This was my first order from them, and I spent approximately €35. When my order was delivered, I discovered that one of the items was missing from the bag. I immediately contacted the restaurant to report the issue. Sadly, the response I received was extremely disappointing. The staff member acknowledged that an item was missing but said, “I DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR MISSING ITEM; YOU CAN RAISE THE COMPLAINT with Deliveroo.” I found this response unprofessional, discourteous, ignorant, and completely lacking in customer care. While I understand that delivery platforms can sometimes be involved in resolving order issues, customers should still be treated with RESPECT and offered assistance rather than dismissed. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend Zaika Restaurant. Good customer service is just as important as good food, and unfortunately, my first experience fell well below reasonable expectations.

06/07/2026: I saw someone in the reviews say to get the mocha, and I’m so glad I did! It was a darker chocolate taste, rich and not overly sweet, which is how I prefer it.

The pizza is always hot, fresh, and generous with the toppings, and the sides like garlic bread and wedges are top-tier. Whether ordering delivery or picking up, the staff are always friendly and polite. Great value meal deals and a local spot you can count on. Five stars!"

21/06/2026: The first time we stayed at this hotel, the room was big and spacious. That's what we were expecting on our return. But we ended up with an end of the hall room, very small, the bed was against the wall, I could hardly get in after climbing over my husband. If they had told us the first visit that we had an upgrade, we we would not have been so disappointed. We came in late, due to our tour and were too tired to go down and try for another room. They said it was a queen deluxe but felt like a regular double. The room was clean and the staff very nice

19/06/2026: Very good hotel. The only complaint is our room was a bit small for 2 people with large suitcases and the flooring is sticky. The staff were excellent. Special thanks to doormen Guillermo and Helmut. They went above and beyond to be helpful. We would definitely recommend it to any visitors to Dublin. Safe and walkable to all downtown amenities.

11/08/2026: Just now today 11/08/2026 Tuesday at 19:55 I went to get a take away coffee (double espresso) and the lady worker said they don’t have small cups , I said it’s okay the big one, then she started brew the espresso in a mug ( I didn’t know why she didn’t just brew the espresso directly into the take away cup, and when I was about to pay I noticed the price is €5.20 .. I said is it the price, she said yes. I said €5, she said YESSS because it’s double, you don’t want it… I said yes I don’t want a double espresso for €5.20 … and I just left… straight to voici and I got the double espresso for €3.40 .. I always prefer to support local businesses like ( ernesto , voici, nicks coffee etc) but sometimes I regret doing that when I feel scammed, never paid or seen a double espresso for €5.20 anywhere in the 15 countries I have been to 🤌😂🤦🏻

25/07/2026: Very disappointing experience. I ordered avocado on toast with sausage, but I could barely taste the avocado. The breakfast was bland, tasteless, and poorly prepared. I paid €18.95, and in my opinion, it wasn't even worth €5. I won't be coming back, and I definitely do not recommend this place. The staff were also terrible.

07/07/2026: At the entrance, the oldest female server showed absolutely no sense of service—she didn't even say hello when we walked in. Seeing that she said nothing, we went ahead and found our own seat. Then she called out "Wait a minute!" while slowly handing us the menu, which was extremely impolite. When it came time to pay, it was still her, and she didn't even bother saying "Welcome back" or look up from her work. What kind of vision does the owner have? What kind of business philosophy allows such people to work there? In contrast, the younger servers were more professional and courteous—so I give them one star. We paid about 40 euros for two dishes, but the food had no character at all—simple and bland. Having been to so many restaurants, this is the only one I wouldn't recommend.

30/06/2026: I got nasi lemak rendang chicken, the sambal is nice but more to sweet, not spicy, food portion is generous, price is average. The location is near to my school.

28/04/2026: Insanely horrible condition of bathroom and dining area. Homeless persons??? inside begging for food all the time i was eating and employees did nothing about that. Also staff didnt even speak proper english which should be a bare minimum in a country like Ireland. As a tourist i wouldnt recommend at all. This literally made me see dublin as even more filthy place.

23/04/2026: Forgot 2, 1L drinks and a Large garlic sauce delivery driver barely spoke English, nachos are burnt to a crisp, portion sizes for wedges is laughable feeds maybe a 4 yr old and when I called to ask about my drinks he told me he can give me a coupon as his only option, said no I want my drinks and garlic sauce and he said ok one sec and put me on hold and then came back and said yes they’ll send them but they’ll be long because the delivery driver has to go back to the shop and grab them and come back mind you he’s on a bike and the dominos is far from our hotel absolute disgrace such an excuse for a dominos

23/07/2026: A cozy café, just the way we like them. The drinks and cakes are delicious. The staff are super friendly. A Dublin must-visit.
