11/07/2025: We had Dinner on a Friday evening in the Chimac and we were highly satisfied. The meals came pretty fast allthough the place was quite crowded at 6:30. The burgers, one Chicken one Tofu, were very tasty and delicious. We ordered fries as sides and I am not lying when I say, the fries and the garlic Mayo were some of the best I had in my life. The prices were reasonable and we left the restaurant with the good feeling that next time we come to Dublin we certainly pay a visit to Chimac.

03/07/2025: The food in Rudy's was exceptional. We were in a group of five, all with different meal choices, and rave reviews from all.
The restaurant was busy, so there was a bit of a wait for the food, which is understandable.
We were near the kitchen and could hear, what I assume, were the extractor fans, which made it difficult to talk at times. Additionally, the restaurant was quite cold, and could be uncomfortable at times.
Overall an enjoyable experience.

They're recently introduced Himalayan Tasting Menu continues their tradition of innovative representations of Indian region cuisine. The combination of originality, taste, presentation and efficient, attentive and courteous service marks this place out as somewhere really special.

Los cursos eran recetas tradicionales indias traducidas al estilo moderno, absolutamente sorprendentes y deliciosos. El restaurante es elegante y moderno fuera del centro de la ciudad. Hay una estación de taxi justo en frente, esto hace que su visita sea mucho más fácil.

13/06/2025: We’ve been traveling for a while and honestly just craving vegetables. It’s surprisingly hard to find fresh, veggie packed meals while on the road, but Chopped completely came through for us.
The food is super fresh, totally customizable, and they’ll make it exactly how you want without any fuss. But what really stood out was the team working there. Even during
the lunch rush, everyone was friendly, patient, and just good vibes all around. You don’t always get that kind of energy when a place is packed, but they handled it like pros.
If you’re in Dublin and your body is begging for something green and nourishing, this is 100% the place. It’s fast, healthy, and run by people who care.
13/06/2025: Amazing salad place where you can select a prebuilt salad or build your own bowl/wrap. We came here every day for lunch while visiting from California, and we appreciated the fresh food and friendly service!

It's a very small space; a medium-sized fan is enough. I can't imagine what it must be like standing behind the coffee machine... I feel so sorry for the staff; at least we can go outside to the terrace 😪

19/07/2025: I went for breakfast a couple of days ago. Accidents happen but literally the whole relish recipient was thrown on me, my shoes, my bags and my clothes (unwearable) after. I've had to throw the shoes in the bin. Whereas the waitress who accidentally did it offered a coffee, I would've expected a bit more accountability and the bill to be waived off. I came out of the place full of sauce and paying full price. I won't go back.

13/07/2025: The expectations didn't live up to reality. We ordered the Gallagher Boxty for 2 and were surprised at the serving sizes. Granted American portions are larger, but there was 1 of most items. We left looking for something else to eat. The food was tasty, but not what we were hoping for.
