Ruchii

Dublin, 30-45£
10/05/2026: Had a fantastic dining experience at Ruchi Restaurant. We started with the lamb seekh kebab and lamb chops — both freshly made from scratch and absolutely class. You could really taste the quality and freshness in every bite. The house special mocktails were super refreshing and paired perfectly with the meal. For mains, we ordered the lamb boti, chicken biryani, and the non-veg thali — all full of flavour and very satisfying. A special thanks to owner Satish for the complimentary dessert at the end. It was homemade, delicious, and a lovely touch to finish the meal. Great food, warm hospitality, and definitely a place we’ll be visiting again!
30/04/2026: This was one of the best experience so far in ireland. The food was amazing the quantity was good and delicious. Ambience is crazy and even they have a 90 capacity seating upstairs. Really liked their gajar halwa and raita. The mix veg and aalo sabzi was amazing. The service was also good. I told them i liked the raita and manager gave me one more raita without charging. Quantity was really good i had to get a take away box as portions were huge. They have thali in both vegetarian and non vegetarian options. Will suggest to try their thali as it also has an amazing sweet dish.

Darwins

Dublin
18/07/2026: We’ve been coming to Darwin’s for years and, we’ve never left disappointed until now. It was always one of our favourite places because of the warm, welcoming atmosphere. Being greeted by Colin and Sandra made it feel personal, relaxed, and homely. Sadly, that charm seems to have disappeared. Our recent visit was extremely disappointing. The new menu simply doesn’t suit the restaurant. The food was greasy, bland, and lacked the quality and flavour we’ve always associated with Darwin’s. It honestly felt like style had been prioritised over taste. The whole experience also felt rushed, and the cosy, atmosphere that made Darwin’s so special has been replaced with something that feels like all these new “retro” restaurants. It has lost the character that kept us coming back for so many years. The couple sitting next to us—who we’ve recognised from years of visiting Darwin’s—shared exactly the same opinion. They also said they wouldn’t be returning because they felt the restaurant had lost what made it special. Change can be a good thing, but unfortunately, this change hasn’t worked. We’re genuinely saddened to say that after years of loyal custom, this was the first time we’ve left Darwin’s unhappy. We sincerely hope the owners listen to the feedback from long-time customers and consider bringing back the quality, atmosphere, and sense of welcome that made Darwin’s such a special place.
11/07/2026: Jumped out if the hotel to grab the dinner. Very nice establishment, good food and beer.

Bunsen Baggot Street

Dublin
23/05/2026: We went for lunch on the recommendation of a friend. The place is small, but if you book or arrive a little early, you can easily find a table. The menu is very simple, with just a few burgers, to which you can add a few toppings and extras. The burger was excellent! The fries are especially noteworthy: they have several different types, and the portions are quite generous. Recommended!

Saddle Room

Dublin
07/07/2026: We had an incredible dinner at The Saddle Room! After spending 2 weeks traveling in Ireland, we had lots of great food. This meal was definitely the best! Our server Ellen was so sweet and attentive. She gave great recommendations and was very kind to our 1 year old daughter. Highly recommended this place for a fancy dinner.
30/06/2026: The Saddle Room | The Shelbourne Hotel | 27 St. Stephen's Green, Dublin 2 If you are searching for the best restaurant in Dublin for a truly special dining experience, The Saddle Room at The Shelbourne Hotel is the answer. We dined here during our stay in Dublin in late June 2026, and this iconic Irish institution delivered a flawless evening from start to finish. Setting & Atmosphere: The Saddle Room is one of Dublin's most storied and beautiful dining rooms — a masterclass in grand Irish hospitality that balances old-world elegance with warmth and ease. The private golden booths are among the most comfortable and distinctive seating in any restaurant in Ireland, and the open kitchen adds a wonderful theatrical energy to the room. This is fine dining that never feels stiff or pretentious. The Food: The menu is a celebration of Ireland's finest ingredients, with an expertly curated focus on premium steaks and fresh Irish seafood. The Chateaubriand is extraordinary — melt-in-your-mouth perfection, presented and carved tableside with genuine theatrical flair. The oyster bar features the freshest Irish oysters, and the seafood tower is an absolute showstopper. For lovers of classic preparations, the Beef Wellington carved tableside and the lavish cheese trolley are experiences unto themselves. Service: The Saddle Room's staff are among the best trained in Dublin — warm on arrival, knowledgeable, gracious, and utterly attentive throughout. The kind of service that reminds you why great hospitality is an art form. Our server guided us through every menu option with genuine expertise and care. Location: Steps from St. Stephen's Green in the heart of Dublin city centre, The Saddle Room is perfectly positioned for pre-theatre dining, a celebratory dinner, or the best Dublin lunch. Iconic Grafton Street, the National Museum, and Dublin's most celebrated landmarks are all within walking distance. Café Lisboa

Dublin
30/07/2026: The staff was friendly, however 4 euro per croissant that tastes like it's been sitting in the display for at least 2 days is absurd...
30/07/2026: The coffee and bagel with salmon were delicious; the pastel de nata was okay.

Fidelity Bar

Dublin
02/08/2026: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ one of the best meals I’ve had in ages! The small plates idea is brilliant, it meant everyone could share and try lots of different dishes, and I loved that each plate came out as it was ready. It made the whole meal feel really relaxed and meant there was always something new to try. The prawn toast was the best I’ve ever had and honestly everything we ordered was delicious so hard to go wrong. The cocktails were gorgeous too. The staff really made the experience, they were so friendly and chatty, took the time to recommend their favourite dishes and cocktails, and made us feel really welcome from start to finish. Such a fab spot for dinner and drinks with friends. We’ll definitely be back!
01/08/2026: Such a nice modern taken on asian food. such easy service and ordering process. We cam for food, but stayed for drinks, their cocktails had the perfect mix of everything necessary. O'Sheas Merchant

Dublin
09/08/2026: We ordered fish and chips and a Caesar salad with chicken. The best fish and chips we had in Dublin. The pub is very nice and in a great location. 100% recommended. Much better than at other well-known and more famous places in Dublin.
09/08/2026: Amazing pub with delicious food and atmosphere opposite the ‘oldest pub in Ireland’ but that was rammed so came here and best decision made it was lush

The Old Storehouse

Dublin
09/08/2026: Impressive pub, plenty of Guinness flowing, happy and cheerful staff, people having fun, great music and lots of live entertainment.
08/08/2026: At the end of our stay in Dublin, we had already tried several very good pubs and restaurants, and this one was our last choice. It was very disappointing because the food was defrosted, tasteless, and very expensive for what it was. Furthermore, the additional 10% service charge at the end hadn't been mentioned beforehand, even though the service itself wasn't great.

Indigo

Dublin
14/05/2026: OMG!! The best bed... had the most relaxing shower also (the soap smells sooo IRISH SPRING like!!) What a a fancy spot. we left before breakfast, but we heard great things! Nestled in a quaint community. a 12 minute walk to shops, ice cream, a supermarket and the cutest flower shop ever! definitely recommend staying here when in Dublin!
14/05/2026: Was at a function there. Food that came during function was surprisingly poor. Chicken skewers with a grape stuck on the end of i which were bereft of colour/sauce, sausages with no colour & grain mustard & wings which were meh. Update: 2nd event attended, beef was chewy and almost inedible. Apart from that, the place is a gem
