07/09/2026: The card machine prompted me for a tip after I had started paying with my card. Finger was resting on the machine and it allocated a 20% tip whilst simultaneously billing me. Not good

09/09/2026: Pub with good assortment of food. We shared fish and chips with a steak sandwich. Delicious!

27/08/2026: I stopped in for a Guinness before visiting Glasnevin Cemetery. A super enjoyable pub where you immediately feel comfortable and welcome. Great music, a friendly bartender, and a lovely garden. What more could you ask for?

22/08/2026: An amazing Pub with a crisp vibe and great staff, same reflected in their Pints and food . Had Guinness , Fried Scampi and Battered Cod . All three things were grand . The servers were so polite and responsive , checking in everything couple of minutes . Will be returning back soon .

20/08/2026: Very cosy friendly pub with a good quality food menu, a bit limited but what they do, they do really well and the ambiance and cosieness make up on top of that. The food is of a very high standard with particular attention to presentation, selection and quality. On a recent visit I had baked cod and chips with salad of rocket, tomato, onion, cucumber, peppers, lemon, tartar sauce and deep fried scampi thrown in for good measure. I've had this meal several times, fantastic value best in the general area at €16.50 as shown. The bar manager and staff particularly attentive and helpful and efficient. Frequently quiet and relaxing, expect it to be maybe busy Friday afternoon / evening with customers coming home from work.

17/09/2026: This place is a gem, hidden in plain sight. Right across from Temple Bar. Great wine list, diverse menu, great service! Fish&Chips was great, thick piece of hake! Beef cheeks melt in your mouth! Chicken sandwich was spectacular!

21/09/2026: What an amazing place! The food was fantastic. The service was very fast and the servers were always smiling. The location was perfect and the atmosphere was amazing. It’s like a small town café in the middle of a big city. I would definitely recommend this in your travels.

05/09/2026: Really nice pub with a great selection ton of whiskeys. There is a really nice atmosphere and the staff are very friendly. Toilets are clean too. Some of the tables at the back of the bar are poorly lit.

28/08/2026: Traveled to DUB from Charlotte for the UNC vs TCU game! This place was nothing short of amazing! Amanda was a really good waitress and took care of everything we needed! The food was amazing!

13/09/2026: Great new addition to Dalkey! Popped in here with my partner and daughter this evening for a bite to eat. We had burgers, wings, chips and the youngest was delighted with the soft serve ice cream! Beautiful cocktail menu, lovely friendly atmosphere and attentive staff. A big step up from what it was before. Well done guys, look forward to coming back!

07/09/2026: We had our day 2 of our wedding here. Couldn't have enjoyed it more. The staff were fantastic, the food was beautiful and the atmosphere was amazing. Couldn't recommend it more. Thanks again to everyone for making our day extra special.

06/09/2026: I ordered delivery from here after seeing all the positive reviews, but unfortunately I was sorely disappointed. I received the wrong pizza altogether. What arrived was soggy, poorly packaged and stuck to the top of the cardboard box. The toppings were also completely wrong, there was no pepperoni, which I had ordered, and instead it had raw bell peppers, which I hadn't ordered at all. The chips were equally disappointing: soggy and almost completely flavourless. After waiting for the order, I essentially ended up with a big soggy lump of food on my plate rather than the meal I'd actually paid for. Really disappointing experience, especially given the ratings. I won't be ordering from here again, and I'd recommend using some discernment before ordering based on the reviews alone.

25/08/2026: Nice small café in the heart of Dublin, right next to Christ Church and in walking distance of all the important sights. The seating area is upstairs and very cosy, in a pub-like way. Sitting by the window you can watch the traffic go by. The menu offers a variety of breakfast and lunch options, and there are also good looking pastries to choose from. In addition to all the usual coffee offers, the café has a long list of additional syrups, some of them on the unusual side, if you feel like trying something new. The porridge was nice and came in a fun ramekin. And the flat white was too - however, it was significantly spilled onto the saucer when it arrived. I'd have brought it up with the waitress but she didn't look to be in the mood to put up with it. I give her the benefit of the doubt that she just had an off day, but in terms of service I wasn't impressed. Despite that, I'd still come back for lunch or to try a pastry!

30/08/2026: Ranked by many reviews as the best pizza in Ireland, it is indeed a cuisine of very high quality in the enchanting setting of Powerscourt Townhouse.

30/08/2026: It was overall good experience. Their Guinness was pretty neat but we loooved their pizza! The music was a bit to loud, so it was sometimes hard to hear my friend but other then that.. everything was great!

13/09/2026: Had the most amazing night at my friends engagement party with my Brazilian husband. I could not believe towards the end of the night a bouncer approached our table and stated that the Brazilian waiter who had hugged my husband earlier had made a complaint that he was molested. He had been entrailed that my husband was Brazilian and had initiated the hug. I am utterly disgusted this happened. Our friends where a witness to the contact and assured there was no impropriety. My husband was so upset that the staff had informed the engagement party also, so we left. I understand staff have a need to support one another but this was uncalled for, lies and unacceptable. I will never darken their door again and am mortified my friends were put through this on their engagement night.
