The best restaurants in Dublin

05/12/2025: John Fallon’s was added to my “Dublin Pub Crawl” list thanks to the recommendation of my hotel’s front desk receptionist, who insisted it had one of the best pints of Guinness in the city. This is an old pub with character from floor to ceiling. The bar itself is on the smaller side, but there is still plenty of room. It has that worn-in, old Dublin feel that can't be faked. We came in on a weeknight around 9pm, and it was quiet. Not empty, but definitely not lively. Overall, John Fallon’s is a classic old pub with a ton of character, a great pint of Guinness and a calm, easygoing atmosphere. Not the liveliest stop on the crawl, but absolutely worth visiting for the atmosphere alone and for a great pint of Guinness.

29/10/2025: Large variety of beers you don't often find that always change. Some of them can be as expensive as 10-11 euro for a pint or even less though!

14/11/2025: Absolutely wonderful place. Friendly staff, great food selection, excellent coffee and super relaxing. Lovely environment and they always play great music. I love the sausage roll and their wraps (such as spiced chicken or chicken bacon caesar) in particular. Will continue to come on my free Fridays!!

29/10/2025: The prices are great, it's easily accessible and the atmosphere is lovely. I can get there quickly from my home and take away and dine in both work fantastically. The building is also really beautiful with the plaza behind. I recommend this completely!

09/12/2025: I strongly recommend this place, quality and quantity are very good and you can get the best suco de açaí north of Belem!

11/11/2025: I used to eat there up to 3times a week... however, it changed when they served me an old potato salad... which I got intoxicated from it... left the restaurant straight to the toilet... and the worst was the face of the girl when I was saying that I got intoxicated by the old poteto salad... Never again!

18/12/2025: Kieffer did a 10/10 service today, he brought the good vibes, got the drinks comin' with great attitude. Will definitely be back here!

17/11/2025: Fair warning, this place cannot tell the difference between hamburger and chicken. I ordered a hamburger toastie and when I got back to my flat, it was a chicken toastie, which I cannot eat. I emailed them and they said they checked CCTV and that I was given what I ordered. It’s concerning that this place thinks chicken and hamburger are the same thing. Luckily my bank approved my chargeback. Hopefully they don’t end up killing someone some day.

14/11/2025: A cool place in the center of Dublin where you can eat deliciously. A large selection of delicious burgers. The cutlet was cooked properly - not overdried and very juicy. As a dessert, I recommend trying the milkshake - it's just like in childhood from ice cream, which is made right there. Not cloyingly sweet, creamy and rich. We ordered strawberry and there was not syrup but fresh strawberries. The service is fast and pleasant, we almost didn't have to wait for our order

20/11/2025: I would not recommend the breakfast burrito. It was dry and had almost no taste (despite all the ingredients inside). Maybe the soup would be a better option.

27/10/2025: Karol served with smile but the other waitress wearing spectacles seems like she doesn’t want to serve customers. Visited the restaurant because of the good food but please improve the service. My partner also told me that several times the waitress with spectacles seems judgemental and giving side eyes. Smh

27/10/2025: A pretty good South Indian restaurant that truly preserves the authentic flavors and spices. The highlight, however, is its clean and well-maintained washrooms — a rare find among Indian restaurants, even the “famous” ones in dublin.

11/12/2025: I've been drinking 1000 pints in the UK then 2/100 pubs This is by far the absolute worst I came in here, wearing a brand new American hoodie from under Armour And the bartender literally pulled me to the side and told me that normally he wouldn't serve me but he knows I'm a foreigner so it's OK this time Absolutely horrible way to tray a customer! I've traveled the world over 60 countries. I have literally worn this same hoodie and almost everywhere I've gone. This is my signature hoodie and that guy said it's not appropriate. I'm completely lost and confused. I looked around, and I am better dressed than half of this bar

21/06/2025: We had breakfast there last Saturday and had super food and excellent coffee. The waitress serving us was superb and really looked after us. Superb cafe

11/06/2025: I love this small cafe and used to come for years and always bring some friend/family to enjoy a quiet time, the staff are absolutely kind, the atmosphere is great as the music too, and of course a lovely coffee, a slightly sweet caramel latte/cappuccino at the perfect taste (listen your customers preferences is a key of success, I’d say you’re rocking it). The below photo is from a quite while ago, as today I was so hungry and forgot to take a pic of my sausage roll which was great + caramel cappuccino.
