13/11/2024: Had a fabulous meal here last night. Staff were very attentive.

07/11/2024: Hemos cenado esta semana en Patrick Guilbaud y Capítulo Uno. Tomamos el foie gras salteado en Dax tonite, y créeme cuando te digo que podría haber sido un entrante en cualquiera de esos dos lugares Michelin estrella. Wow! Chef Grahah Neville puede no tener ninguna estrella Michelin (todavía) ... . pero este lugar es el verdadero negocio! Nos encantó su entrada principal de lomo de cerdo asado con repollo saboyano y jus de cerdo también. Bonitos bouches de diversión, gran pan! ¡El puré de patatas nos recordó a Joel Robuchon! Bonita carta de vinos a un precio razonable también, por copa o botella. Gran servicio. Si estás en Dublín y quieres una buena comida, prueba Dax... ¡por mucho menos que las dos estrellas! ¡No te decepcionarás! Bravo!

17/01/2025: we went here as a party of 4 for new years eve , with two people who were gluten and dairy intolerant. which can be issue at times while dining out. would highly recommend this establishment. The food and the atmosphere from start to finish was fantastic . What really impressed me was the gluten free bread is made fresh on site , it was absolutely delicious, instead of the usual Tesco free from stuff. It's well worth the trip.Can't wait to come back

11/01/2025: Had dinner here before Xmas and was delightful from start to finish…could not fault anything with cooking skills top notch (always has been but portions sizes are now perfect for meal) and a big shout out to the young waitress she is a credit to the business and will go far in the industry. Hopefully restaurants like this and other in Wexford will be kept as needed

19/01/2025: most of the dishes are ok, but I ate a dish with cauliflower and groats, everything would be ok - if the cauliflower was soft or semi-soft, but it was hard as a stone, it was impossible to cut it, and after two parts it was burnt and smelled of burning. it wasn't good.the best are the wings with cheese and celery, well prepared, the sauce is great, the meat falls off the bone, very tasty, the fish and the steak.There are no alcoholic cocktails.

02/02/2025: I ordered myself a Chicken & Beef Fajita that exceeded my expectations. The meat 🍖 was very tender and was cooked to the highest standards. The only issue was the portions size not the biggest for the price you pay.

05/01/2025: I found a hair in my plate. The waitress changed it for another one, she was lovely. Once we were going to pay, they asked me if I wanted to pay separately or together. I said separately and they charged me all, another mistake, but it was ok. My complaint is for the blonde women (older staff) was very rude to us, with 0 customer service. I saw her attending the guys next to my table and she was horrible to them! I've been there good few times and I brought friends and family, but today was the last time. Never again. Now I can understand why there's always new staff. Horrible experience and very disappointing.

12/01/2025: This was one of our favorite restaurants in Galway and it was just luck that we encountered it. It was late and we needed to eat dinner. Thank goodness this place was open and provided such a delicious meal! The atmosphere was lovely. Live piano playing. Dessert was incredible. They even let us take a baguette as we were leaving for free.

08/01/2025: Absolutely loved it, fantastic service from Jules. Lovely atmosphere and delightful company with us for dinner. Great assortment of wine with a very knowledgeable waiter.

11/01/2025: Today we had lunch in One Pico. 11–25. Main course and side dish were cold. A lovely piece of pork but taste less. Plate was cold. So food was also cold. . Best part of lunch was the wine and the Irish Coffee. Maybe I expect somuch better from this restaurant but it does not happen. So where do we go to get the best food.?? We have been coming here for decades. It used to be always perfect. No longer so.

06/01/2025: This is a fancy Mitchelin star restaurant in Kilkenny with beautifully decorated portions and imaginative ways of cooking the food. The service is attentative and nice. The price is a good value for what you get (it's a 3-course set menu, lunch is more affordable than dinner). We really enjoyed the experience, though personally I felt the atmosphere was "lacking something" - that could have been just because we had a late lunch setting and the place was quite empty.

04/02/2025: A good place for a different breakfast/ brunch experience. The ingredients seem very fresh and plentiful. The service was very good and prompt. The place was packed but the food came out reasonably fast. The only comment I have is about the setup and design of the place. It definitely needs a refresh and a french themed decor would make such a difference.

03/02/2025: An excellent choice to celebrate Candlemas and enjoy authentic French pancakes and pancakes😋 😍No difference with those I tasted in France, maybe even better. The place is rather small and ideal for eating for two people, but despite the good product, the place did not make me travel to France 🇫🇷 The ambiance could evoke more of a French atmosphere. Playing current French music is not enough. The service needs to be improved. You can also order takeaway.

13/02/2025: Croque Madame is a thing of beauty, great coffee and desserts too. Not cheap, but well priced for Dublin!

07/02/2025: We stopped here for brunch after it was recommended by one of the Teeling Whiskey tour guides recommend it. We were not disappointed and the French toast with bacon was delicious, as was the full Irish breakfast my husband ordered. We planned to come back for dinner but did not make before having to fly home but if their breakfast was anything to go by, I would definitely recommend it!

01/01/2025: Went for lunch with family and the food, setting and especially the staff were wonderful. The atmosphere is very relaxed and friendly, we tried everything on the menu and everyone liked every course. We also had a very young child in the group and the staff were wonderful with him.

01/01/2025: We had a most amazing New Year's Eve dinner at Bishop's Buttery. We had a tasting menu with paired wines and everything was perfect. The food was superb and the wines were a great match. The service was always spot on.
