07/05/2025: Had a great lunch at Sullivan’s hotel. It was superb and the service from the staff was exceptional. Highly recommend this place off the main highway.

03/05/2025: This is the most incredible find! Wonderful food, great value, incredible service and amazing staff. Top it off with an atmosphere of home from home where everyone is treated like family. We were lucky to find this venue so please please do not miss it, it's worth stopping in for real home cooked food and a heart warming chat with the owner and staff. Highly recommend!

21/07/2025: Stopped into Coyne’s Gastropub with my family for a birthday lunch while visiting my son at the Gaeltacht, and it was such a lovely experience. We sat outside, watched the All-Ireland hurling final, and enjoyed very tasty food. I had the lasagna, my son had the fish and chips—both were delicious. I would highly recommend the chocolate fudge cake for dessert, So good. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the whole vibe was just really relaxed and welcoming. Honestly couldn’t fault a thing. Would definitely go back!

21/02/2026: Not what it used to be. Ordered Singapore fried rice which was €11.50 and always used to be served in large portion. I got a tiny plastic tub the same size as the rice portion for €3.50. Rip off.

28/10/2025: Came across this lovely bar whilst in Athenry. It has an old style charm, cosey and above all, serves first class Guinness,the traditional draft and the 00% . It also has a good selection of draft beers on tap. Friendly and a place to definitely visit.

18/09/2024: E' un self service e in orario di punta si forma una certa fila ma piuttosto scorrevole e veloce. Io ho preso lo stufato di agnello e devo dire che ha superato le mie aspettative perchè saporito e morbidissimo. Non all'altezza delle aspettative invece la "mitica" torta di mele. Prezzo abbastanza adeguato al tipo di ristorante.

25/05/2024: This is a fairly large restaurant catering to tourists, but has good food reasonably priced. I had a salmon and spinach quiche with salad, that filled me up for the rest of the day. Good value.

30/11/2024: We used to enjoy getting kebabs and chips here. They were absolutely phenomenal. After a coeliac diagnosis the chef and staff have gone to great lengths to start including a gluten free menu ! Gluten free kebabs, pizza and wraps. They have been so accommodating. 5 stars and the friendliest service !!

12/11/2024: I would recommend this place to anyone. Lovely freshly prepared food ( no re fried chips), good portion sizes and very clean place. We had pizza, chips and Kebab. The pizza here is delicious with a perfectly crisp crust. Kebab was tops with fresh vegetables and sauce topped off the culinary delight. We would definitely come back again.
