28/02/2026: Absolutely brilliant night at Revels on Thursday! Had the burger, with the nicest pepper sauce I've ever had, and pint for €22, which was great value on its own, but the real highlight was the speed quiz. It was absolutely amazing fun and the host really, really brought it all together, great energy, great laughs, and brilliant engagement throughout. What a night of great craic, from start to finish. Highly recommend popping in if you’re looking for good food, a solid pint, and a cracking atmosphere. Thanks for a fantastic night!

27/02/2026: Myself and group of friends went to Revels last night for food and Speed Quiz.. the food was gorgeous ! I had a burger and there was alsa a mix of Tapas , really good food.. the speed quiz was great craic, we will be back next week. Didn’t take photos because we were immersed in trying to answer questions 😂

06/07/2025: I had the fish & chips special, which was delicious, along with a glass of cava. The two went great together. Also tried a mango / passion fruit tart, which was amazing! The place is cozy and the service is great. Had a lovely time!

04/07/2025: I saw the summer special for fish and chips and a glass of cava for €26 and decided to try it. The service from when we got there was great. We placed our order and the food was out in under 10 minutes. 2 cods were on the plate but I’d say the star of the dish was the tartar sauce never had anything like it and the fish was super crispy. 10/10 would recommend and the cava pairing worked really well!

31/03/2026: A cool pub in Rathfarnham! It’s moderately bustling, and the atmosphere is satisfying no matter who you go with. It’s truly lovely. The price of Guinness is reasonable, and the starter I had here—I think it was chicken wings—was really, really delicious. It tasted like chicken seasoned with hot sauce. The portion was quite generous, too. 100% willing to visit again

26/03/2026: Great iconic genuine local pub. Great pint and food. Lounge staff are great. Bar staff could be more friendly 🤔 - but maybe that's part of their quirky charm :-)

16/03/2026: Food was good. Fish was very greasy tho. Had to wait a long time to order as it was very understaffed (with impatient children with me) and after the food i was sick for 2 days. Was in the toilet for most of my day. They also had a problem with my reservation, said at first i dont have one and after a bit eventually got a table.

06/04/2026: A lovely spot for a cheeky pint on a sunny day, especially on the terrace. The pulled pork brioche is absolutely worth the hype!

27/03/2026: Whilst the food in this venue is really good the car park is a trap. Yesterday I went for a quick bite there. The parking is two euro an hour so I put in 3 euro as I had to leave after an hour and a half. I left on time but returned to the car to find it was clamped and on checking my ticket the machine had only given me an hour on the ticket. I had to pay 125 euro to get the clamp removed. I wont be going back. It appears the clamper is a permanent resident of the car park. 136 euro for a quick salad. Never taking that chance again.

12/04/2026: Nice lunch as always, but the food was a little bit cool, the vegetables a bit watery. Also, the music wasn’t up to scratch as it used to be much more either traditional Irish or traditional jazz now it was just a couple of very young guys playing mainstream Radiohead and what not.. missing the more cultural aspect.

12/04/2026: Very disappointed with the quality of breakfast (fry) I had here in past day (April 26). I was hungry, didn’t mind paying extra for extra items, as I was expecting high quality food. The sausages had to be left behind; such the grease and soggy texture… same with the white pudding. The fried potatoes were covered in seasoning that made them not taste like potatoes anymore, likewise with the mushrooms. Overloaded with seasoning, cheap quality food. This has been a resent development I feel as it was always a place i associated with quality food, cooked well and presented well. Now it’s no more than greasy, over priced, over-seasoned slob of a place. Won’t be back. Thank you.

16/03/2026: Food is terrible. Avoid. It was much better few years ago. Chips were raw in the middle, when we complained they brought one serving instead of replacing all and they were still raw in the middle. The peas (fish and chips) was liquid instead of mash and tartar sauce was very odd

22/03/2026: I really liked this place because I'd seen a lot of good reviews online. To be honest, the regular fish fillet was good, and the smoked fish was too. 🍟🐟 The fries weren't anything special, and there was no garlic sauce, only tartar sauce and ketchup. There's no option to eat in, which is a shame because it was very rainy that day. I recommend it for the experience, but there are plenty of other very good fish and chips places in the city.

22/03/2026: The service was quite quick and pleasant. However, it must be said that the fish and chips was extremely greasy, even for deep-fried. It's sometimes better in pubs for the same price. A tip: one fish and chips is more than enough for two people.

03/04/2026: I'll reconsider the review if my table ever gets service. Edit, finally got service: the beef stew was good, the Guinness wasn't. It's the first Guinness I've had in Dublin that was disappointing.

01/04/2026: We were there on Sunday for dinner time and had a great experience. Valentina, our waitress look after us, she made us laugh and feel like home. She recommended us beef and Guinness pie and we were not disappointed! We had a wonderful time and will definitely be back.

07/04/2026: Just had lunch there and everyone was happy with their food. Only one serving was the bar tender, but he was nice and did a good job of checking on us. Nice looking local pub for working professionals.

16/08/2025: Recently wandered in on a quiet Saturday afternoon after a long walk out from city centre and before returning back to Spain. I had the best turkey and ham dinner ever....it was like having my Christmas dinner early.....perfect in every way and served by a very professional server named Emma I think. Don't know when I'll be back...but I will....please don't change in the meantime. I also love their idea of Spanish Tapas.....next time eh!

17/02/2026: Best cafe in Clondalkin! Food and drinks are always amazing, reasonable prices, the staff are very friendly and genuine. Its a lovely chill atmosphere. My family and I eat here often, and there's always something for everybody to enjoy, with gluten free bread available aswell. The staff are very good about food substitutions aswell to meet dietary needs. Highly recommend 100% p.s. the boba tea is great here too!

30/07/2025: Gorgeous restaurant, we just had pizzas and drinks at the bar which were so delicious. I highly recommended the margarita.

29/07/2025: Lovely place, great cocktails. Pizzas delicious, would steer clear of the ravioli. Two of our party had it and both didn’t rate it. Tasteless and more like a soup broth with a bit of pasta thrown in.
