19/11/2024: A beautiful building, great service and lovely food. Try the baileys cheesecake. And a lot of screens to watch every football or rugby games.

28/10/2024: Usually it is good, as only going there for a quick lunch, burgers are very good. But most recent experience was a bit disappointing, food was a bit cold and service really slow. But more times all was perfect.

21/10/2024: I love this bar and have done for over a decade. It's standard pub grub but great value. There's a warm fire and cosy snugs and good service if not a bit old school barman type. I've been to several events here upstairs in the function room and you're very well looked after and accommodated. Highly recommend the place

09/11/2024: I loved the art work and jewellery. The amount of credit they were giving the artists were lovely. It is only getting a 2 star over how the security guard followed me around the shop and was in my personal space. It made me feel very uncomfortable and didnt make me feel very safe due to how close she was. I also visited the cafe, even more disappointed in the soup taste and hazelnut cake. Although theres many down sides, the employees that served me were lovely and they were so helpful!

24/09/2024: I was at the wine store looking for Portuguese wines. Apparently they didn't have any, but my astonishment and indignation was great when I saw Portuguese wines in the Spanish wine section!!! Learn, once and for all, that Spain and Portugal are two different and independent countries, just as the Republic of Ireland is not England!!!

10/11/2024: It’s the second time I go for lunch to this place, the waiters are very kind. I want to mention the great attention from Malaka, one of the waiters. I will come back for sure.

22/10/2024: This place is charming and has a beautiful sea view. Highly recommend to catchup with friends or a casual dinner. Staff are delightful and very pleasant, the menu is well thought out and the cocktails look good. The food is balanced and the portions are quite normally sized. It is a bit hard to find parking, but definitely worth a visit

11/10/2024: Booked a Deluxe Superior room for €264, got budget hotel service and budget hotel bathroom to match! Received very dismissive and poor attitude from night manager when we arrived, he just shrugged his shoulders when I asked him where it would be best for us to park our vehicle. I was told the following morning that we could have parked right outside the hotel in pay and display spaces! Reported the issue to Engin in the morning, and he apologised for our experience and gave a €55 refund. Now, the room we were checked into (#255 Jonathan Swift) is classed as Deluxe Superior, and charged at €264 per night - PLEASE BE WARNED - it had a budget hotel bathroom. See pictures that I took. Breakfast (food and service) was excellent, and the ONLY highlight of our stay at Ariel House.

28/10/2024: Nice pub. Very big with a beer garden and a lounge out the back. Pint is good quality. Service is quick but the main bar feels cold and unwelcome. Barman needs to know if he wants to work behind the bar he needs to get a sense of humour

03/11/2024: The Sunday roast is disappointing. I rarely leave reviews like this but this was a very underwhelming experience. The pudding was soggy. The mash smelled weird and the veggies were microwaved. The beef was ok but definitely not coming back.
