16/09/2026: This is a great place to stop near Kilmainham Gaol. The fish & chips were delicious. Friendly service and not busy on a Tuesday afternoon.
14/09/2026: It’s a heartwarming pub , we drove to Dublin from Kildare this morning for bringing my mum to st James hospital , during the time waiting for my mum we found this lovely dog friendly pub , they are not only providing amazing food but also made some fresh grilled chicken for my hungry puppy , because I forgot to pack her some food this morning 😂🫶🏻🫶🏻 thank you to the fabulous staff Sophie and another male floor staff ❤️❤️❤️!!! Will be back next time visiting Dublin

10/08/2026: We visited the restaurant today and ordered fish&chips and a steak sandwich. I have to say that both dishes were absolutely delicious! However, in my opinion, the steak in the sandwich could have been sliced into strips,that would have made it easier to cut and eat, though that is just my personal preference. Staff is nice and polite.
27/07/2026: Had a great time and good food. Staff was friendly and the live music was great and not too loud.

30/08/2026: This is for the service, I'm a local and would go on a regular basis. Unfortunately the quality of the waitresses declines steadily. I efer to one in particular, unbearable aphatic and almost huffing while taking orders. She does not even listen and takes wrong, already several times. Goodbye Kennedy, hope for better times

I ordered the steak sandwich rare and they did bring a rare steak sandwich, which in itself is rare. Restaurants rarely do the steak rare properly.
The deserts are very good too.
Would come back.

Sat on sofa in back area, full of dust, lights v high, not cozy at all. Had to get up and order a new drink.
There is many better places for the money.

10/07/2026: Had a great time. In for the World Cup matches, and the tennis. Great atmosphere and plenty of TVs around the pub. Good selection of beers, and the food is lovely. Fair play to the staff.
And that terrace, what a sun trap ☀️😎

05/09/2026: What a wonderful meal, experience, people, and place! I am vegan, and have very high expectations for taste, texture, and integrity to the planrts that are prepared. The food was scrumptious, full of flavor and balance! The service was impeccable! The atmosphere is fine, but very inviting. The dining room loos over the garden and fountain or The Merrion hotel courtyard. I highly recommend this place for vegans (and most likely no vegans)!
21/07/2026: I am honestly surprised this is not a Michelin star rated restaurant. It was far better than some I have been to! The food was wonderful and the service was exceptional. I would like to thank Timothy and Wael, you truly made our evening remarkable and memorable. I highly recommend eating here, you will not be disappointed! It was a perfect welcome to Dublin!

The staff very nice and welcoming .
We had a Sirloin Steak with fries and salad .
The meat was just perfect , very good size and was exactly the way we asked.
I recommend and I would go back again for sure !

15/09/2026: Waiting a very long time for drinks. Coffee and soft drinks, nothing unusual, nothing complicated. And yet, a 10-minute wait for the soft drink, and the coffee didn't arrive until 5 minutes later. Scandalous! If it were really busy, I understand, but the staff were paying more attention to each other than to the customers.
