Grand Central
Dublin
17/05/2025: Barman refused to put on the USPGA because Walsall and Chesterfield was on, a match which nobody in the pub was watching. This isn’t so much a complaint because it gave us a good laugh.
14/05/2025: I remember cashing pay cheques here when it was a bank. This building has a rich history. Service was very good and friendly. Food was fantastic.

Jack O'Rourke
Dublin
04/06/2025: We had little time on our first afternoon in Dublin and was staying at a hotel about a 20 minute walk from this place. Stopped in for a beer and what a beautiful bar! I think I heard the pub had been around for 200 years....
The staff was helpful and patient. We had drinks/beer and fish and chips. All of it was wonderful!
02/06/2025: Always a good night in Jack O’Rourke’s, the staff, the drinks, and the food are brilliant. Great vibe, every time. Sláinte!

Canal Bank Cafe
Dublin
18/05/2025: Next level Cafe. Cioppino was amazing, twice. Chicken sandwich also great. Service was kind and attentive. Atmosphere and setting was lovely. Def recommend, whether it’s brunch or any other meal.

The Club
Dublin
02/06/2025: If you’re not a local, you’re not welcome here. Went at 17.00 for a quick bite to eat and was told that since we didn’t have a booking we would have to be gone by 18.30. This was fine with us. Once we were sat down and drinks were ordered, a waitress came over all guns blazing seemingly annoyed that we were put at that table. We told her we’d be gone by 18.30 and she said that she had taken the booking for a regular and he would be in by 18.00 (how were we supposed to know this?). We quickly ordered food promising to eat it fast. However, we felt so uncomfortable after the whole ordeal that we ended up cancelling the meal. Terrible service and an awful way to treat people.
01/06/2025: We didn't eat, we just had a few pints, but the place was very nice and the service was very good, we had a very pleasant time.

Drury Buildings
Dublin
10/05/2025: Nice spot, food was expensive for the portion size, but food was delish, Cant blame places for charging high price's, when our government is crippling the industry with their high taxes . But alas, great buzz, service was great and you have lots of afterdrinks options close by
28/04/2025: We had a wonderful lunch. We started with the pork tacos, which were delicious; then we moved on to the pork ribs, which were magnificent. The octopus was divine, the focaccia was a real dream and, to finish, the cheesecake and the DB tart left us speechless.
All of this was complemented by the excellent service and professionalism of Martine and Lucas.
I highly recommend them!

Ryan's Bar
Dublin
11/05/2025: Our waiter was awesome! He was very attentive to our needs. His sense of humor was very entertaining. He was the greatest and made our visit very, very memorable. Oh, the food was excellent too.

Roberta's
Dublin
12/05/2025: Fantastic atmosphere, divine cocktails.
11/05/2025: The dishes are very abundant, the food is very good, the place is beautiful, it is a shame that the service is a disaster, they push you all the time to order, they invade your table and rush you to pay and leave, it is not the fault of the waiters who are super friendly, it is clear that the policy of the place forces them to do it, but one feels very uncomfortable, I don't think we will return

Kavanagh's Marino House
Dublin
31/05/2025: They should have a new upgrade and free beers more beers lots of free beers it's to hot so I like it cold inside they should make new beers like slytherin beers hogwarts drinks
14/05/2025: Have just had the worst fish and chips ever in Kavanaghs. I've been reading reviews from a couple of years ago and there not bad. Obviously you had a different chef then. Today was absolutely horrible, fresh fish shouldn't smell of fish, the batter was soggy on both the fish and onion rings, the peas were straight out of the fridge. When I complained I was told the fish was fresh in yesterday from Kish. I was told hake is always a gray colour, I've had beautiful hake on several occasions and it was snow white in colour and odourless. The home cooked chips were an absolut joke burned edges ,hard in the middle. Cmon guys 20 euro and not willing to make a concession for complaining. Our total bill was 64 euros, lovely bar man and nice clientele, but you really need someone who can cook properly. I won't right you off totally, but I'll never be back for food. Maybe even giving us a free capuchino could have avoided this criticism.

The Wild Goose
Dublin
25/02/2025: Enjoyed a meal here for Sunday lunch, I had the roast beef, which was delicious real good cut, my wife had fillet of cod which was also lovely, service was also good and the atmosphere nice also but the big letdown was the price of a glass of wine, €13.50, absolute robbery thus the 3 stars, can’t understand for the life of me how that price can be justified for a glass of wine
07/12/2024: Excelente comida, servicio, menú y ambiente. Éramos una fiesta de 20 personas y recomendaría este restaurante

Doyle's Corner
Dublin
09/04/2025: Went here recently for a few drinks, the heating was on and the bar was like a sauna which made it very uncomfortable, at one point I went to the bar and was left waiting because there was nobody serving. Both not ideal when it's a Saturday night and the place is hopping!
25/02/2025: Hi there, myself and my family were not happy happening about your bar tenders in Doyle’s last Saturday gone by the 22nd of February he was a bit rude to my brother.

O'Neill's
Dublin
03/06/2025: We visited the pub on a sunny Sunday around 5:30 PM, and there were still plenty of free tables. Inside, it’s quite dark but very cozy and inviting. We ordered two beers with our food.
The Shepherd’s Pie (€18.25) was absolutely delicious and full of flavor. Some of the meat was nicely seared and crispy — for me, it was the best Shepherd’s Pie I’ve ever had. The Beef Stew with Guinness (€18.25) had a rich, hearty flavor. As a small side, it came with very tasty green beans and carrots, along with a few potatoes.
The stew also had large chunks of carrot and celery, which added a unique and wonderful flavor. It was served with a side of bread and butter.
The toilets were clean, and the staff was very kind and friendly. If we’re ever in Dublin again, we’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!
01/06/2025: This is a tourist venue and nothing more. The service was good but as I found out later in our trip nothing like real Irish service. The Guinness was poured terribly. We had lunch there. The serves were large but the food was a bit bland. If you want an authentic Irish pub you'll have to go elsewhere.
