The best restaurantsof irish in Dublin

08/12/2025: Of all the pubs I've been to in Ireland, this was one of the best in terms of atmosphere and options. We had a group of about 7, but like with most other pubs it was harder for everyone to talk and be heard by each other. The pricing was surprisingly great, considering the location. The small plates that we all got were a bit smaller than we expected, but the food was great either way.

05/12/2025: Great drinks and atmosphere. The staff is amazing, definitely a must visit place for casual drinks or dinning.

16/12/2025: Sorry to say, the food on my recent visit for lunch was disappointing, however venue and atmosphere was lovely.

29/11/2025: Sheer class from beginning to end. The food was nothing short of amazing, every dish packed with flavour and presented beautifully. The lamb was genuinely next level, one of the best we’ve ever had. The service was equally impressive; the wait staff were subtle, attentive and had an eye for detail without ever feeling intrusive. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and were made to feel relaxed and welcome throughout. Delahunts is a standout restaurant and we can’t wait to return.

05/01/2026: Coffee was really good quality. The food was incredible. Portion sizes were really generous and the flavour of everything was so tasty and fresh. The man serving us was super friendly and I love the option of eating indoors/ outdoors with a really cosy vibe to the whole place. Couldn’t recommend more :)

03/01/2026: Went solo for a stew and a cheesecake it was lovely lovey outgoing staff can pop in and have a conversation no problem so me everything is lovely local place

18/12/2025: This place is amazing. We are from out of town and felt super welcomed at this local pub. I highly recommend the pulled pork sandwich. So good ninjas to come back twice for it!

17/12/2025: Lea and Felipe are absolute stars there ! They done an amazing job , came here to watch rugby match and both of them were extremely helpful and sweet . Best pints of Guinness in the town

14/10/2025: Stayed here for one night, our room was clean and had a comfortable bed. The girl on reception was very polite and friendly she checked us in and out, very knowledgeable of the area. Room was warm and great powerful shower for a second floor room. The location was quite tricking to find google maps didn’t take us directly there. Stayed here to get the ferry the next day was a 30 min drive so was convenient for us. There’s a great under ground car park that leads directly in to the hotel. Overall a great stay and would return if in the area.

17/12/2025: Terrible pub, negative atmosphere. There is very little Irish feeling to this place. A Rude Aggressive baldy bar server who can't even speak English well and can't communicate last orders properly. Not very clean inside and toilets are filthy. I have never ate here, thank god. But, says it all. Avoid at all costs. Spend your money somewhere else. There are other pubs nearby that are leagues ahead. You have been warned.

19/12/2025: Love this little hidden café near the Four Courts. Great coffee paired with genuinely friendly, efficient service. It’s a popular spot with the legal crowd, and it’s easy to see why — smooth, high-quality coffee, a lovely selection of pastries and light lunch options, and very reasonable prices. The space is airy and welcoming, with a charming nod to the building’s history (look for the old Medical Mission sign). A small place but well worth seeking out. ❤️🫶🏿

17/12/2025: Very old school and a historic hotel with a lot of character. The room was bijou but well furnished with a modern bathroom. I loved the decor and the breakfast menu was very good and the food was excellent. All the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was surprisingly reasonably priced really can't complain and the bar prices were very reasonable for a city centre hotel. I'll be back

27/12/2025: Prawns Pil Pil is very greasy and not much flavour. Bread served is a bit burnt. Didn't like brownie much, it was trying to be fancy with the mousse layer on top. Prefer a fudge warm brownie with ice cream on top. Beet juice is nice and mam enjoyed her fish & chips + creme brule

09/12/2025: It's a very welcoming place, the food and service are very good; however, even though they have a heater on the terrace, it was impossible to be outside because water was leaking from the roof and it was raining a little. I would have liked to enjoy the sea view.

27/10/2025: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Hidden Gem in Foxrock Village From the moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted with a warm, friendly, and genuinely welcoming reception exactly what every great restaurant should have. We were shown straight to our table and given plenty of time to look over the lunch/dinner menu, which had a fantastic selection of dishes, all very reasonably priced. This was my first visit to this restaurant in Foxrock Village, and I sincerely hope it won’t be my last. I went for the goat’s cheese to start, followed by the roast beef for my main course, and finished with the apple crumble for dessert all perfectly cooked and full of flavour. The meal was beautifully complemented by a lovely bottle of red wine. From the warm welcome to the attentive service and delicious food, everything was spot on. A solid 10 out of 10.

04/01/2026: Excellent neighborhood pub that has the merit of being welcoming and showing sporting events. I highly recommend it. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. And the prices are more than reasonable.
