Brass Bar & Grill
Dublin
20/05/2026: A grand hotel, except we were so disappointed when myself and my wife and our adult son arrived back from a show around midnight and were refused a night cap drink in the bar by a very ignorant bar man who informed us that we could order a drink in the hotel lobby but we would have to wait 30 minutes. Then the girl at reception told us we could only order drinks from our room. We did so and our drinks arrived in 15 minutes and paid the exorbitant price of 42 euros for 2 whiskeys and a pint of Guinness. I should say it left a bitter taste in my mouth about the staff and service in this hotel.☹️
19/05/2026: We had an excellent stay. The staff on reception were fantastic and very friendly. The room was fantastic. Food was excellent. Highly recommend the house burger. Staff in the bar/restaurant were fantastic and very friendly. Breakfast had a wide selection and food was fantastic. Staff were fantastic and friendly. Highly recommend The Talbot for a fabulous stay.

Peggy Kelly's
Dublin
28/05/2026: Came here for pints in NYE and it became one of my favourite pubs. Love the vibes in this place.
24/05/2026: In addition to good beer options, they have small food and cocktail menus but quite good options on both. We're regular fans of the chicken tacos and the old fashioned. Outdoor area is great during summer, and inside is snuggly and warm during winter. The attached off license has some really great options including the best selection of canned cocktails we've found.

16/05/2026: At a function upstairs, lovely food and good music. Nice size room and lovely atmosphere.
09/05/2026: Wouldn’t bother with this spot. It’s in between a pub and a soft play area. Staff are awful - no thanks

The Barge
Dublin
03/05/2026: Incredibly busy. No way to find a place in the evening if the weather is good
As for me, it’s very loud, and it’s extremely difficult to hear what the person next to me is saying
24/04/2026: Quirky layout in a lovely canal side location. Staff friendly and the Guinness was great ! Recommended

Oarsman
Dublin
06/03/2026: Before and after a soccer match in the Aviva both times the experience was very enjoyable.Proper old style bar staff even though the pub was bouncing and they were busy not afraid to make eve contact so you new you were next to be served.
28/02/2026: Ive visited twice now and each time has been a Friday evening after 8.
-The atmosphere is great for conversation and not too crowded.
-The staff were friendly and attentive. -The pints of Guiness were wonderfully creamy
-AND THE BRISKET ROLL IS THE BEST SANDWICH IVE HAD IN DUBLIN
Ive had a dream about that sandwich after each time I've eaten one. Proper crust from the rub, not overly smokey and the roll is a perfect match for holding up under the juices of the brisket without falling to bits and being too firm to bite or chew. It's a place that will be in the rotation of where I'll visit when I go into town. If that sandwich leaves the menu I'll never be able to return for the heartache that will come with its memory will be too painful to bear.

Trinity Bar Venue
Dublin
04/06/2026: Very busy but a fab atmosphere.
Food very good. Staff lovely
04/06/2026: Overpriced because of where it is and it offers the same grub as almost every other place in Dublin. You are paying a premium for this tourist trap and it isn't that good. We got the chicken curry with chips and naan. The naan was a cheap tortilla. The curry was ok.

23/05/2026: The Garden Room offers a stylish dining experience with a calm and elegant atmosphere in the heart of Dublin. The food presentation was excellent, the service was professional and attentive, and the restaurant atmosphere felt modern yet relaxing. It’s a great place for breakfast, lunch, or a peaceful dinner while visiting the city. The interior design and overall ambiance create a comfortable luxury feeling, making the experience enjoyable from start to finish. A lovely restaurant choice for both hotel guests and visitors exploring Dublin.
04/03/2026: I had a wonderful experience at The Garden Rooms. The food was absolutely delicious, and the service was just as impressive. The Goat
Dublin
18/05/2026: There’s a man in this pub that looks like a giant teddy bear, and when I see him, I wanna squeeze him
17/05/2026: A great meal to celebrate communion, lots of them happening on the same day and whilst that might affect the standard at some places, this was not the case the food and service were excellent! Would definitely for again and would recommend to others.

Halo Restaurant
Dublin
17/02/2026: We had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Morrison Hotel, and can honestly say it is one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Dublin.
The location is excellent, right in the city with easy access to everything, and having parking directly at the hotel is a huge bonus. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay, which really made a difference.
Breakfast was outstanding, with a great selection and very high quality. The room service menu was far beyond what you would normally expect. We ordered beef Wellington, monkfish pasta and several desserts – everything was delicious, reasonably priced, and delivered to the room within 20 minutes.
The rooms themselves are modern, newly renovated, spotless and very comfortable. You can clearly tell that a lot of thought has gone into both design and cleanliness.
Overall, this is an excellent hotel in every aspect. We would highly recommend The Morrison to anyone visiting Dublin and would not hesitate to stay here again.
14/02/2026: We spent one night in this hotel located in the centre of Dublin. Everything was perfect : very clean, the bed is huge and comfortable. I would definitely come back.
